This review is based on our first experience at Your Pie... The people building our Pie were helpful & served with a smile. We showed up 30 min before closing & still received a warm welcome. Jesus, who was our cashier, was very informative & nice... he told us that they deliver thru LA Bite & we can also call in the order or order online... Great choices! Jesus also brought our pizza to us & asked if we'd like an extra plate (pizza tin). Yes Please! He's so nice! He even thanked us for coming! Ok, so... my hubby built an awesome pizza! So tasty! Here's the order: White dough, Marinara, Shredded Mozzarella, Mushrooms, Green Bell Peppers, Red Onion, Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Bacon, Black Olives! YUM! The crust was thin & was crunchy yet still a little doughy! Nice & fresh! FYI: They also serve Gelato & Alcoholic Beverages. You can make your pizza a combo as well... Rookies. Who ever is in charge in this Friday night is messing the whole pie up. Not only is my food 20 minutes late, they didn't offer anything to hold me over. They also didn't offer the tip back that they force you pay before your food ever arrives. Rookies. Every last one of them. That twenty minutes is DOUBLE the time they told me it would take after they took my money. But don't worry, other folks are eating and have been served even though they came in after me. Who wouldn't want the possibility to make a pizza packed full of toppings for one set prize personalized to their taste buds? You can order a pre-made pizza from the menu or like I said, create your own. I did the create your own route as always because I like to pack that pizza high with toppings. You can pick from Gluten free, white and wheat crust. You then pick your cheese THEY HAVE VEGAN CHEESE, HALLELUJAH! Finally you add on all your toppings and sauces to make the perfect pizza. They have draft beer for $3 (I am from out of state so the fact that they had this option was beautiful and exciting to me.) They also have panini's, salad and gelato that looks incredible. Everyone in our party loved what they ordered. This was some of the best pizza from one of these type of "build your own" restaurants I have had. If I lived closer I would frequently visit! I'd give this place minus 5 stars if that was possible. Do not eat here for any reason. The workers have no idea how to make and prepare pizza, or how to put together their premade unappetizing pasta ingredients. Nobody who works there cares about the customers, their jobs or the quality of the food. The food that came to our table was disgusting and revolting. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Get frozen pizza from your grocery store instead. It will be better than the garbage served to us, and you won't have to put up with mean, ungrateful and surely workers either. read more

Came here for the 1st time this evening because I saw a rude parasite slandering this establishment on "nextdoor". I think that's slander and if he doesn't care for how they run their business he can get pizza else where and not defame a business at the same time. We were greeted by the friendliest bubbly gals ever. Offered us tons of options for our pizza, salad and drinks. Establishment was clean and welcoming. Another loyal patron stated she noticed it to be "quiet" for a Tuesday where normally you can earn double rewards points on your order. Hoping the slanderous post didn't affect business. We will repeat and bring lots friends and I've been telling everyone I know. I think too many business owners have suffered enough. Where is my pie?!! Seriously, we have not had such a bad dining experience in a while. We each created our own pizza and I made a salad for myself and one of the small premade ones for my husband. Wondering why everyone was getting their food before us, we waited patiently about 20 minutes until we noticed them carrying an order around no one claimed. Turned out our pizzas went to him and he left. They asked if we wanted his...uhhh no. Not at all what we ordered, it was two, we ordered three with completely different toppings. The entire staff stopped working and all just stared at the two pizzas and had no idea what to do. After they they offered to remake or give us a credit for next time. By then we were well over it and just left. I have never come across such an untrained staff in my life, even one person with any kind of clue on how to run their business would have helped, just a bunch of clueless kids here that wasted our time. read more

Awesome! This place is just awesome! I recently seen a customer ask for every piece of dough to be covered with meat, I thought this was obscure but whatever it was hilarious to see. Now I know I can go the extra step and ask for more cheese or whatever. Anyways Service: the Workers are awesome I enjoy seeing people work together and see how they read each other's minds to get a task done. We were not greeted as well this time but the ladies were in the back do something but rushed to the front to help us out. Emily is nice and loud, seems to be In charge gives off that feel but she's great always here when I come. Breana helped us out and asked about the combo which was a yes. Great people thank you Valerie for you help as we'll my build was GR8!!! Food: it's a build your own pizza and they just cook it for you so the only part they can miss up is the cooking. After a crazy day at work and not really wanting to cook dinner, the kid suggested Your Pie and it was a great call. It was about 6pm and the place was getting crowded. It has a great city feel that you do not see in many places in the Coachella Valley. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door and they started prepping the dough we asked for quickly before heading to the line where the toppings are added one by one. The wife had the special which was a peach proscuitto pizza with ricotta and a balsamic drizzle, the kid had a pizza with like every meat known to man, and I went with a simple tomato and artichoke pizza. I love wood fired pizza because the thin crust gets a nice crust with just the right amount of char to give it an extra burst of flavor. They used a combo of shredded mozzarella and fresh buffalo mozzarella and it really worked great with my toppings. They had a nice selection of beer and a bunch of them on tap. read more

I was excited to try this place while visiting for a long weekend in Indio. Ordered the gluten free crust because of an allergy, and while happy they had the option it's frustrating when places charge $4.00 up charge for a crust that a lot of people have to order because of an allergy. The pizza came out half raw and with a soft floppy crust. When asked if they could put it back in the oven to cook it longer the answer was "no, because it will melt the other toppings" no offer to make me a new one or anything. Waste of $14.00 read more
