Horrible and dirty, staff is rude. Tried this place 3 time in the last 20 years and the only thing that has changed was the name.

Authentic Northeastern Chinese comfort food! Most East Coast Northeast Chinese places cut corners…read morewith thick batter and wrong mushrooms. Green Dragon BBQ cures that homesickness. Guo Bao Rou: Double-fried, shatteringly crispy exterior with tender pork. Perfectly balanced sweet-and-sour sauce. Tastes just like home. Chicken Stew with Hazel Mushrooms: They use real hazel mushrooms, not cheap shiitake. Deeply savory, tender chicken, and flavorful glass noodles. Chicken pieces are slightly small, but the taste is spot on.Highly recommend for genuine Dongbei flavors.

It was absolutely fire! The pork was perfectly tender and had that amazing 'wok hay' flavor. The Misses & Changes: Braised Tofu (4/5): Still good, but I remember this dish being better in the past. It just fell a little short this time. Beef Soup (3.5/5): A new try, but I'd pass next time. It tasted fine, but it felt more like a fast-food soup and wasn't what I was hoping for. Braised Chicken & Mushroom (2.5/5): Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing dish. It was very soupy and watery, less 'braised' and more like boiled chicken. The chicken was overcooked to the point where the bones were falling apart. I was hoping for a consistency more like Three-Cup Chicken

Walked down there today to get some curry chicken, and it's very flavorful as to be expected - and I love that they add snap peas and water chestnuts to their curry! The woman at the front is extremely effective for how busy it can get between both the in-person orders and over the phone, and was even able to order in Chinese with her! 多謝您們,唐人中華料理!

We decided to go out of our way and give them a try, based on some old Yelp photos of their pan fried dumplings and how good it looked in the photos. I constantly subject myself to new, lower-end establishments in hopes of finding gems here and there, but I should have known better with this one. This restaurant is very typical of any Chinese fast food restaurant and they serve most of the usuals here - I'm hoping the "usuals" of Chinese fast food need no introduction what so ever. In addition, there are your lunch specials as well, which are served daily from 11AM - 3PM. We ended up ordering the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings and a Chicken with Garlic Sauce Lunch Special with Pork Fried Rice and Wonton Soup for takeout. First, before I dive into the flavors, it was very disappointing to find out that the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings only came with 6 pieces. 6 pieces for $8!?!? What has this world come to that a bootleg pan fried pork dumpling is $1.33 each!?!? As for the food, meh. The pork dumplings were rather very average. It wasn't great, but it wasn't the worst pork dumpling I've ever had. As for the Chicken with Garlic Sauce - another meh. I've definitely had better when it comes to this type of a lunch special. The taste of it all was just a bit off and not as good as other Americanized Chinese fast food we've had at other places. It was worth a try to see if they served better pan fried dumplings than our favorite Chinese fast food restaurant, but the answer was a clear NO. As for the other food, it wasn't much better either.

It's conveniently located in the large plaza alongside Home Depot and 99 Ranch. I've stopped by a few times for lunch, and their midday specials are incredible. For just $11.99, you get a main dish, rice, and soup. The portions are very generous--I always leave completely stuffed! My absolute favorite is the Basa Fillet with chili oil; it's packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The lunch menu is vast, so there are always plenty of different options to choose from, ensuring you'll never get bored even if you visit frequently. Beyond the food, the overall experience is consistently great. The dining room is clean and comfortable, and the service is exceptionally fast and friendly. They also offer discount days for teachers, seniors, and first responders, which is a wonderful touch for the community.

The food still tastes good and that was the only thing positive about our dinner tonight. Service was quite poor today. We had appetizers and two entrees and there was barely any room on the table for us. The check was dropped and no effort was made clean up anything. There was barely room to sign the check. Our previous visits, we left fulfilled and happy - not so much today. I hope things turn around for this place.

THE GOOD ----------------…read more+ All of your typical favorites from a local hole in the wall American Chinese restaurant can be found on their menu. + Lunch Specials are daily from 11AM - 3PM and are served with fried rice + soda or soup. + Lunch Specials were served fresh, extremely hot (like burn your hand holding the box piping hot) and with LOTS of fried rice and entree food. ++++ Hunan Chicken lunch special, Chicken with Chinese Vegetables lunch special, Curry Shrimp lunch special boxes all were solid and hit the spot. ++++ Fried Dumplings (8 pieces for $7.40) were also pretty good (although my better half would disagree). THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - As it typically is for American Chinese restaurants, the place was very dingy and looked suspect, but, as mentioned above, food was good for what it is.
