Worst customer service ever! Called in at 2:15 for a chicken pita shawarma, get there in 15mins as per instructions that it'll be ready in 15mins. 1st mistake, They make it in the shrak rather than pita, I tell them I didn't order that. They didn't honor it to me with the pita price considering it was their mistake. So I didn't take it, I wait another 20-25mins for them to make my pita wrap, finally get the food at 3:00. 2nd mistake, they didn't add the items requested in the shawarma. Went back in and asked for a refund. The girl at the front had such an attitude, she did not even apologize for the inconvenience of waiting, the inconvenience if the incorrect order. Such a horrible person in charge of the front of the restaurant. Wish I could give it zero stars!! read more

i don't eat mediterranean food often besides halal guys (lol) so i decided to branch out of my comfort zone and try this place out! i was feeling a little skeptical about coming because there are a lot of reviews that mention how unfriendly the customer service is, but it wasn't a problem at all. just because the employees aren't over the top friendly does not mean they are being rude, it could just be their demeanor. don't let that stop you from trying this delicious place out :) i ordered the small beef/shwarma combo plate (#2) and the portion was huge ! that's coming from somebody with a large appetite, so if you're just ordering for yourself there's no need to upgrade. the tabouleh was average, so i'd probably opt it for a mediterranean salad next time cause that was really yummy and fresh! also the garlic butter is really flavorful so i'd recommend asking for more!! 4/5 stars because it was a little bit of a wait for the food (15-20 mins) but next time i go, i'll just phone in my order :-) read more

This little Rancho Cucamonga gem is cranking out some of the best Mediterranean in the Inland Empire. Personally, I'm a fan of the Lamb Shawarma Combo plate with rice and their Mediterranean salad. I got the Chicken Kebab combo in a size small which comes with one skewer, rice, pita bread and a sauce of choice (garlic is my favorite so far). Also, the combo comes with 2 sides of choice, I got hummus & falafel. Everything was great and the portion was filling. The taste of their food and the quality is amazing! This place is truly FIRE . This is some of the best Lebanese style Mediterranean food I've had. Their prices are higher than other spots, however! You're getting amazing quality here as well as the option of two sides. They will even give you domas or falafels as a side option. The lamb was delicious, but everything else tasted mediocre. We shared the small "Lamb Chops" combo plate, "grilled lamb chops sprinkled with house spices" served with 2 side salads, rice, pita bread, and choice of sauce ($15.99). It's really nice that they offer different sizes of their combo plates (S/M/L), but being new customers, it was confusing figuring out how much to order. I called and asked about the size of the lamb chops, and was told they're the size of my palm, which would be a nice light/moderate meat portion for one person (about 3 oz of meat), but our lamb chops were maybe 1/3 of the size. They were smaller than the palm of my 2 year old, not counting the thin bone that runs along side them, so we'd sadly not ordered enough food. But, the lamb was very tasty, and we both enjoyed it! My husband is a better judge of Mediterranean food than I am because he likes it a lot more than I do - it's one of his favorite cuisines - and he wasn't impressed by any of the other food that came with the combo (besides the delicious lamb). I personally loved the rice :) The pita bread was just basic. We chose the tabbouleh as one of our sides, and it was boring. I really didn't like the Tehina Salad - it was like eating a pile of dressing with a few flavorless tomatoes mixed in. I go there to pick up my food and I couldn't believe what I saw especially during these times with Covid. The cook had no mask, the guy putting food in containers who I believe is the owner also no mask and had sweat dripping off his nose into the food area. I watched a girl with a mask around her neck walk to the bathroom with her gloves on try to open the bathroom door which turned out to be locked. Then walked back to the kitchen and grab the utensils she was then putting in the bags. Was absolutely gross. On top of that it took about 45 mins to get my food. I should have asked for a refund after all this but the placed was packed and I was just bitter at the lack of disrespect this place has for its customers. The rice was good consistency with great flavor. The only thing I found wrong was that the meat felt overcooked( not that big of a deal compared to other places). Food was made relatively quick and there was enough sitting space with a TV as well. It was also my first time having Turkish coffee, so I'm not sure how to compare it to others but it was like an espresso with a little sugar(but with a fine ground texture to it). Nice people and well crafted Mediterranean fare. I often get a lamb kabob combo and the lamb is always tender and cooked correctly (I get it cooked medium). Instead of the rice I ask for the Mediterranean salad and get sides of hummus and falafel. Never disappoints! I've also had the beef/lamb shawarma sandwich - it comes in either a pita or shrak bread and I find I prefer the shrak bread and have them add the green chili sauce.
