Fantastic food. The restaurant is so clean and the waitress was so attentive. Refills without asking cleanup without interruption on my family personal conversations. 100% recommend this location Rick Castillo

Zane's is a true small town treasure. They moved from their old location into Old Town Seabrook. They are currently co-habitating with Damn Fine Pies and are open from 4 to 9 PM. Their selection is similar to their old location and tastes just as good. The burgers are great and parmesan fries are phenomenal. Seating is all outside under the trees so plan accordingly. We had a great meal.

I live at the complex behind this place and I always passed it up coming home. Today I tried the crispy chicken bacon ranch fries and they were delicious! The chicken crispy and well seasoned, the bacon equally crispy. The whole dish was very enjoyable. Now I'm glad I have this place at a walks length. For sure a hidden gem. It won't be long before it blows up.

3.5 stars for Zane's Zane's is a burger place with a few other items on the menu, like wings and cheesesteaks. the restaurant is cozy with assorted nasa memorabilia on the walls. they have a beer/wine bar, no drafts. the burgers are smoked and then grilled. i found the smoke flavor somewhat heavy and overwhelming to the whole burger experience. it muted the other flavors that i would have liked to have come through. the serving plates are frustratingly small and you get stuff all over the table. GF folks: they do not do lettuce wraps or gluten free buns - but can do bunless. the water had a chemical taste - not sure what that was about. service was friendly and quick.

Yeah, man, I'm back again. The downside of Zane is that people will start to figure out how good it is, and I will have to fight the crowds to get in. Zane's hamburgers are without a doubt the best burgers in the Clear Lake area, full stop. The downside of Zane's is that people will start to figure out how good it is, and I will have to fight the crowds to get in. Winner...

This is what I call a Hidden Gem. After a long day at the beach, I found this place via Yelp. It's around 20 minutes from the beach. It has indoor/outdoor seating. I was pleasantly surprised to find live music as we entered. We were immediately greeted and seated. There were only a few patrons dining at tables and bar. It was decided upon the Smoked Wings, Parmesan Truffle Fries, and the Hotdogs. The Smoked Wings and fries were delicious! They are jumbo and juicy. Nice smoked flavor and was super tasty with the Blue Cheese dressing! The Parmesan Truffle fries are phenomenal. My favorite item so far. Im a sauce snob, had Blue Cheese, Ranch and I can't remember the last one, sorry. I did not get a chance to try any of the alcoholic drinks but definitely will upon return. Our server was kind and attentive. The restroom was clean and I liked the BigFoot knowledge. The More You Know

If you are looking for one of the best burgers, then look no further. My wife and I stopped here for dinner on a date night on a whim. It's truly a hidden gem and very easy to overlook riding down 146. We walked in and were greeted immediately and instructed to sit anywhere we'd like. We chose to sit out on their patio as it was a nice night and the weather was just right. Our server was prompt and she was so nice and hospitable. At one point she sat with us to take our order, which was completely fine by us....made us feel at home or like we were at a friend's house. The restaurant is nice and was clean. I hated to see it so empty on a Friday night. The ordering process was easy and our serve gave us some great advice. My wife has some food allergies and we were completely reassured they could accommodate her. We normally try to work our way around certain plates due to her allergy so it was nice to have them notice and make sure we were taken care of. About 10 minutes later, our burgers arrived. Words can't do justice to how delicious these burgers were. They have a subtle smoky bbq flavor and a great texture. They were juicy and perfectly cooked. I had the hangover burger and boy was it good. These were able to take the top spot in my Too Burger list. The fries are soft, crunchy, pillowy and delicious all at the same time! They're like of potato chips and fries had a baby. I'd venture to say this place is so much better than any of its well known and more popular competitors. Unfortunately they are pretty hidden and away from the hub bub of Kemah so they don't seem very busy. So yourself a favor and get there now. I promise you won't be sorry. We're already planning our next outing to try more items from their menu. They are BYOB so that's another plus in my book!

Came here with a group of friends on Friday night, seemed a little slow. We initially came to grab some drinks as we had seen on Yelp that they had margaritas on their menu, however it has been removed and we were offered frozen sangrias. Looking over the menu they specialize in burgers, i went ahead and ordered a bacon burger, my friends also ordered some wings, mushroom burger and the comeback burger, and a philly cheesesteak. Overall, the food was amazing! Everything tasted fresh and the wings wereee SO SO GOOD! The sangria honestly surprised me as well after one drink i had a nice buzz going. The staff was super friendly and attentive! Honestly this place deserves 5 stars! Id definitely come back to try more of their menu and hopefully they can expand their drink menu as its only limited to wines and beers. Maybe add some cocktails to the menu!

First time trying the mushroom Swiss burger, which was exactly what my taste buds wanted, great flavor, and the burger was put together very well. The beef accompanied with the Swiss cheese and fresh mushrooms was top-notch! Service was excellent as always, lots of smiles and friendly conversation. But what knocked my socks off was the banana pudding I took home for later. I got home and just thought I'd just taste it, but it was so good. I ate the whole thing! Trust me when I say if you don't have enough room to eat the banana pudding there get it to go. It is totally worth it! Sorry there's not a picture but I just ate it up!

Good customer service, nice location and great tasting food. I appreciate small businesses and will frequent them over chains any day. I want to see them thrive so I'll be back, hopefully for the wings next time. My puppy was able to sit on the patio with us, they brought him water and a fan to help in the heat. Thanks to the owners for being so hospitable!!

I have eaten here at least once a week since they opened. Every place has to shake through the opening. Add to it the 146 construction! So happy they're here in Seabrook, Tx. Burgers are spot on. You can't go wrong with any of them. They had a mishap with buns being stale. They changed supplier's the next day. Big Salad is great! I order it when I want something filling yet "healthy". I get the spicy chicken added so it's like a buffalo chicken wrap without the wrap. House made chips remind me of when my mom would make them in my youth. Smoked wings? Who else around offers those? I'm so glad they're back on the menu. Their meat is never frozen. Being small, family owned it's understandable if they run out. I would rather choose another option than have less than fresh and lower quality. All the options beat anything around.

O...M...G!? I wish I had photos!? We were waiting for this gem to open and we were able to eat here for about two weeks before we moved to Pearland. Today, we made the 45 minute drive and it was SO worth it!? This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST Burger ever!? The service can't be beat! I had the pimento cheese bacon jam burger... the taste was euphoric!?!? Then we also had the Texas comeback burger ... and we will be coming back!!! Fries seasoned to perfection... great tunes and wonderful decor! The yard bird my son had and he said oh wow!! Equally impressive ... if I could give six or seven or TEN stars I would!!

Huge staff of waiters, indoor and outdoor seating. Giant covered patio facing the Kemah Port, a field of docked Sailboats. And Kemah's theme park with roller coasters and rides right on the water. So fun, for those of us living farther inland. I feel like I am in a skit from High School Musical 2, summer, summer, summer! Serenity, Madison, Sarah, and Kylie. All very helpful upfront and happy. Nothing spectacular, but bright yellow stall divider walls, and large commercial tile slabs, easy to clean with a mop, sinks, uh normal and...yep, nothing to see here... I used to come here all the time with an ex-boyfriend but haven't been back in years. I made the drive from Katy to Bacliff to pick up some vintage garden trellises, and at just two miles away, I immediately knew lunch had to be at T-Bone Tom's. One of my favorite things about this place is the absolutely massive outdoor seating area. It's covered, so normally it's a fantastic place to sit without roasting in direct sun, but after several days of heavy rain mixed with Houston humidity and temperatures around 90 degrees, there was absolutely no convincing anyone in my party that sitting outside for lunch was a good idea. Only my second time ever sitting indoors here. The place was already bustling by 11:30 and packed by noon, which tells you everything you need to know. We were greeted immediately when we arrived, and even though we came through the back entrance for patio seating, the hostess was cheerful and accompanied us to the dining room, where we were also immediately greeted by one of the indoor hostesses. Our server Joshua was excellent throughout the meal--friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always on top of things. We started with drinks and boudin balls, which came with four and ranch dressing. I tend to go through phases of what I'm addicted to, and right now it's boudin balls. If it's on the menu, I'm ordering them. These were fried to perfection, hot, and delicious. A great appetizer to start the meal. While we waited to order our main course, there were two things our table seemed to rave about: giant drink glasses and crackers. It sounds silly, but not having to constantly wait around for refills makes a big difference. And crackers on the table? It seemed like memory lane for the older members of our party, who quite enjoy bits of nostalgia. So few restaurants bother doing little things like that anymore, so my lunch selection was awarding me kudos before the lunch even started! Mom and Mark split the 14 oz. ribeye with spinach and potato salad. Although splitting two sides might have been enough, Mom added a side of mashed potatoes for herself. It's always a toss up with restaurants and steak. True mediums aren't always a true medium--you have to order medium rare or medium well to get it just right. But the medium here is actually a medium. Mom kept talking about how delicious the steak was and said it was one of the best she's had in a long time. If you know my mom, compliments don't come easy. It's a big deal. Ha. I ordered the plate I always get: the Monterey chicken with fried okra and spinach. It may have been years since I was last here, but this dish is as excellent as it has always been, if not better. The chicken was incredibly tender, cooked perfectly, and covered with flavorful mushrooms and onions. I also really love that their vegetables are homemade rather than straight out of a freezer bag. The fried okra and fresh spinach were wonderful. Berta ordered the chopped beef sandwich with potato salad. They gave her so much beef, there was enough for two people to enjoy that plate. She ended up taking more than half home. We finished the meal with vanilla ice cream and their infamous bread pudding, which was warm, rich, and easily enough dessert for four people to share. Mom had ordered it for herself and said she didn't want to share, but when she saw how big the portion was, she asked Berta and I to join in. T-Bone Tom's is a popular place among locals and tourists alike. It offers great food, a fun atmosphere, friendly service, and remains one of those places that still feels uniquely Texas in the best possible way. We'll definitely be back, and much sooner this time!
