They served me raw chicken!! I called and explained situation to management and they did not seem very concerned this happened. I am beyond disgusted. Do not eat there!!

I tried the Asian salad for the first time and it was very yummy. The eggroll was delicious also.

Came in today for a quick lunch. Soon as I came in, I was immediately greeted and I ordered the Zaxbys signature sandwich. The sandwich was so good and it came on a plate with crinkle fries and their zaxbys sauce! Their zaxby sauce is so good, I could dip anything in it! The inside was so clean and it looks like an actual restaurant and not like a fast food restaurant. It's a great place to get lunch or dinner!

Was looking forward to trying the Chicken Philly. This is what they handed me. Taste was good but overall lacking. I found a few chunks of chicken in there. The service at this location was chaotic. They asked for my order at the drive thru and I had to say it 3x before they acknowledged it and got it right. The lady was having a conversation with another worker in the background. Then they were short with me when I was paying, telling me to take my food when I was trying to put my wallet away. Overall unprofessional.

My second time trying Zaxby's but this time It was lacking flavor. The fries were on point but the sandwich I expected more. it's not bad, first time was amazing but not sure what happened this time.

Places is absolutely horrible customer service doesn't exist they left me for 40 plus minutes with nothing to offer but my money back then charge me by accident again to have me wait even more time Liza needs more training the manager didn't even assist me with even a apology this place definitely is ran wrong

Stopped at Zaxby's for a salad on the way to job #2. The service through the drive-thru was quick. The staff was pleasant and my order was correct.

Love Zaxbys but had the worst experience tonight. Asked for nibblers tossed in tongue torch and the photo below. Also got 1 zax sauce for two meals.

Excellent food and service! A bit crazy during lunch time. Only criticism is they need more than one drink machine.

Hi There, My husband…read moreand I go to Hurricane's in Longwood almost every Thursday night, around 7-7:30pm. We love their menu anyway but Thursday, ALL-DAY is Happy Hour. And I have to tell you that my favorite thing on the menu is their Tuna Appetizer. A glass of White wine and the Chef will fix it any way you like it. I like my Tuna RAW! Tuna, along with their fries or house coleslaw and I'm happy for the night. And, the service is great. The Servers are attentive, working their tails off and smiling and I go back every week just to talk to these who have become friends. Don't miss it. It's worth every bite.

The menu said you could have two sauce flavors on your order; but the server said you couldn't do that with the five piece. I got the Secret Weapon sauce, described as 'Sweet garlic soy sauce'. It had a rather mild flavor closer to soy sauce than garlic. I liked it better with the blue cheese dressing. Got tater tots for a side: they were nicely crispy and salty, but it was a fairly small serving, I thought. Service was pretty good: they asked proactively if I wanted a refill of my soda; and later asked if I wanted a soda to go ... but then forgot to get the to-go soda until they saw me sitting after paying my bill.

The lemon pepper and garlic Parm are my favorite flavors. Crunch outside and cooled perfectly inside. The tacos are so flavorful and you must get the consomé. It was so good that I came back the very next day and brought my sister and my niece. This time, I ordered tacos and a birria quesadilla (the one that looks like a pizza). They also offer an actual birria pizza, but we went with the quesadilla -- and let me tell you, it was BIG as hell. Everything was seasoned perfectly, tasted amazing, and the presentation was on point. Now, let's talk about the location because you might think you're in the wrong place. When you pull up, it looks like an industrial area -- big parking lot, office buildings, and the place doesn't even look open. The windows are so dark and tinted you can't see inside, the parking lot might be empty, and you'll be questioning everything. Still pull on the door. When you open it, you'll see they're open. It's to-go only, no dine-in seating. The service is friendly, and they'll give recommendations if you ask. You order through a kiosk, and honestly, everything on the menu is good. I've had the tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and even the ramen -- all solid. But let me be VERY clear... My favorite thing on the menu, hands down, is the fried bread pudding. That shit is on another level. Straight up dangerous. I swear I went into a sugar coma after eating it because I passed out immediately after. It's that good. I didn't even wait until after my entrée the second time -- I ordered the dessert first because I already knew what it was giving. No pictures. No regrets. I'll absolutely be back.

The service was friendly across the board, and everything came out quickly, both drinks and food. Brunch prices are a great deal, too. I'm glad I stopped by because the Yelp photos didn't do it justice, hopefully I can help add some that'll show the vibes better. I'll definitely be back to The Porch.

We also tried the mimosa double since they had a special for brunch for $5.50. I got the breakfast sandwich which came with smashed potatoes. The server was great and checked in on us several times. The food took a good amount of time to arrive, but it was decent. I had a bite of the wrap and I liked the crunch of the croutons. I felt like it could've used a smidge more dressing, but it was overall good. The sandwich was also good, but I think it could've benefitted from being on sliced and toasted bread instead of potato bun. The egg was also very well done; I prefer it a little jammy or runny. The smashed potatoes were pretty good and it came with a decent amount. The mimosa couldn't used a smudge more orange juice, but it was a double so understandable. A little loud inside, but it's an open area with dart boards and loud conversations. We didn't have to yell and we could carry a conversation well enough. Parking was a bit rough. We parked around the corner on the street.
