First of all, the AC must have been set at 50 - soo cold. Outside side it was 68. The food was ok - typical Zaxbys. The dining area was absolutely filthy! Floor sticky, tables dirty. Terrible. I watched as the "cook" in the back continually threw the food order at the front. One popped open and I don't know what she did with the food. Probably dropped it like they dropped mine. I have to say as a person who is used to getting horrible service wherever I go and after reading the recent reviews of this restaurant I was skeptical. But I have nothing but compliments to this restaurant. I was greeted when I first walked in,had great service,the food was great.the restaurant was clean, all tables were wiped off, the floor was spotless, the drink machine area was clean, all the employees had clean uniforms on and shirts tucked in and did not see one of them on their cell phones or not doing what they were supposed to be doing. Worst experience ever! All the employees were in the lobby socializing except one girl running Drive thru by herself. The managers did not care. They had no napkins, straws, or lids! Employees were loud and playing too much. My boyfriend had burnt toast on his plate. It took forever to be served and no one checked on us until they noticed our irritation. Horrible service!! Sat in the drive thru for five minutes with hungry kids, asked to pull forward... sat for another 10 while I watched at least 10 other cars go around. Came out with food and no drinks, came back out with a small drink instead of the medium I paid for and crispy chicken instead of grilled. Oh, and I waited another 5 minutes for the drinks to come back. If the kids had not already had Chick-fil-A for lunch I would have gone there. Lesson learned! read more

This is the worst Zaxby's ever. I went last night and the lady was very rude. She was also the only one working while the other employees were standing in the back on their phones and laughing. I got my food after waiting forever and asked for seasoning salt. She didn't give me a lid on the cup and the salt was spilling everywhere as I drove to the point where I just poured it out of the window. My mom went today and got me a big zax snack and she came back and I opened a boneless wings meal. I was very angry and threw my food away. We went twice while staying at The Inn at Sea Island. My husband went in the evening and so did I. He was rushed and asked if everything (sauces, napkins, etc) and of course nothing was in the bag. The sauces you have to pay extra for so you'd think they were in the bag. Same thing happened when I went back 3 night later. read more

This is by far the WORST Zaxby's I've EVER been to. If your not happy with a job that is all about customer service, then QUIT. The first thing that seemed very rude to me was that a couple of kids walked in after eating there and the male employee which I'm thinking was the manager told them they couldn't get a refill on their drinks he said that because they walked out of the store they couldn't get a refill, however they just stepped out to their car. If paid two dollars for my drink I expect to be able to refill it. When my order finally came up I did not receive the extra zax sauce that I purchased I let the employee know and she very kind but then that same male employee rudely said "what?" And rudely double checked if I paid and gave me the sauce. Then I was very disappointed by the fact that my chicken was cold. The cheese bites were also cold. It's also very uncomfortable to feel that my every move is being watched. Like can I please get some more ketchup and refills in peace. This guy was very unprofessional and very rude and made it a very unpleasant experience will NEVER come back to this Zaxby's again. read more
