I've been coming here for a while and now decided to take my business elsewhere. Made an appointment and came in. Girl told me to check in on the iPad. It was asking for an account. I told her I didn't have one. She was sitting there verbally directing me to just do it. When you call for an appointment I believe it creates an account but no one tells you. She just wanted to sit in her chair and was rude. I left with a beautiful no chip but within two days my nails were breaking in the middle. I have never seen this. Found out from other resources that the tech should not file the nails after the gel is set. I called the manager to try to fix this and told her that four of my nails were broken. She said I should have come in and it's been over a week. And that it's normal to file them. I have never seen that. Well I get that but a manicure should last two weeks and it was over thanksgiving. Least she could have done was try to keep me as a customer. She didn't offer a partial refund or a credit for a new one. Paid $37 plus tip for this and it didn't last 3 days. I'm so disappointed I have to find another place. She's not a good manager if she won't side at all with customers. read more

I've been seeing Anna for four months. This has been a challenge for me. I have tried this place on multiple occasions and I have FINALLY found someone I like and I have CDO not OCD! Yes I am that picky. I do not like lumps, bubbles, thick ridges yes no one is perfect. It's just MY pet peeve. Worst experience at a nail salon ever for me. Had my acrylics filled in and the lady did such a terrible job that I had literally two nails fall off within the first five days and when I called them to see if they would replace it for free they told me since it had been more than three days they couldn't. Also had two nails become infected from the job done there and that's never happened in my life. Came back and had fill in done free of charge which was nice of them to offer after seeing my comment but service was rushed, sloppy job and once again have 2 nails off within a weeks time. i brought in my daughter to get a pedicure and a manicure for her 8th birthday party. i brought her in on a friday and by saturday the nail polish on her hands had come completely off! i've been to other salons with my daughter for a pedicure and manicure and let me tell you the nail polish does not come off the next day. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. even my baby's pedicure hertoe nails were not cut or filed down and her nail polish came off within a couple of days. her toenails were super long. totally unacceptable whoever this technician is shame on you!!!!t read more

On October 5th I got my nails done, red underneath and black on top. Today I came to repair two nails that had fallen off. I called ahead of time to ask if there was availability and they told me they would take me right away. I told them I would be there in 15 minutes and there was no need for an appointment. When I arrived I was told there was a bunch of walking and it would be 20 minutes (even though when I tried to put my name down I was told there was no need). So I put my name on a waiting list finally when I got called the gentleman who was supposed to do my nails put on my tips and started putting on the wrong colors on. I explained to him what was previously done to my nails. He replied with "can you come In tomorrow and have the person who did your nails do them then?". I told him no I work the next couple days and I didn't want to walk around with bare plastic tips on my nails. So I was told that he wasn't capable of doing them and I would have to wait for another nail tech to finish and do my nails... 30 min later finally I am seen by different technician. The nail color came out COMPLETELY wrong the whole experience took well over an hour to repair 2 whole nails and I was charged 10$ after the last nail tech even told me that the color was off. I will never be returning and the whole experience was a complete waste of my time and they If none of the nail technicians were capable of fixing my nails I should have been told that as soon as I sat down. read more

I've been wanting to come here for a long time and finally made the decision to get my eyebrows done. I'm glad I came here because they did do a good job. I received many good compliments from people that day. The workers here treat you very well and there are no attitude problems like you will find at some places. The worker was very joyful and kept a good conversation. One downside is that it is a little pricier than other salons. I'd come here to get my eyebrows done again, but only if I had to. read more

Look I'm a harsh critic. Life it too short for bad experiences especially ones you pay for repeatedly. This place is fantastic for pedicures. Great ambiance that makes you want to fall asleep. I got the deluxe hot stone pedicure for $45. Worth every penny. The massage chairs even massage your buttocks. It was wonderful. Great array of colors. Plan for about 60-75 minutes. Other places I tried. TK nails on 75th for the longest time but got tired of bright lights, yappy, loud workers and clients. Tried the place near Orange Theory and Trader Joe's off Washington too. I've only been once so hopefully my review wont change in the future but this was a really nice place to go for gel nails. A friend recommended it to me so I checked it out on a Friday afternoon - I did call ahead, which I'm glad I did as they were pretty busy for Friday at around 4:30pm. I was greated, taken care of quickly, and my nail tech Ryan did a great job. I'm not normally super chatty when I'm getting my nails done as it's more of a decompress and relax time for me, and he respected that which I appreciate. I love coming here with my sister, it's "our" spot. Last visit was amazing, I got a tropical pedicure and a no chip, and my sister got a full set in the prettiest mermaid blue. Our second trip, I got a pedicure and my nail tech seemed rushed, it was busier so I understand a bit, but im still paying for my service, so I would like it to be a nice time. Im 8months pregnant and was looking forward to this trip all weekend, and i was a little let down. My sister got another full set, and asked for the stiletto shape, and was told no, that it had to be square or round. I don't understand this, if it's because it's more work, I'll pay extra for the shape. She got stiletto on our first trip and it was no problem, so i dont understand why this time she got told no. She chose a square shape after being told no, and i could tell she was disappointed. I dont know if we'll be back. I'd rather go to a place where I know I'll get what I want, even if I have to pay a little more for it. read more

Worst experience ever. I got a full set of acrylics, the lady who did my nails, filed my finer nails so much that they started bleeding. It was so bad , to the point, that if I washed my hands, they would burn and turn red. I called the owner and she didn't do anything about it.My fingers hurt so badly, that I had to get the nails removed the next day, later on I found out that I ended up getting an infection and had to go to the ER. As a veteran no-chipper, I can confidently state that there is something very off about the process by which my manicure was done. I asked for a French manicure...no base coat was applied first, the white polish was not no-chip, then the base coat was used as the top/sealant coat. My nails were left with a tacky feel to them and are improperly set (soft finish where I am able to leave an indent in the polish), and less than 24 hours later the polish is chipping away. I was in a hurry to continue on with my errands, so did not completely process the short cuts being taken, but the bottom line is I paid $40.00 for junk workmanship and you will too!! So glad I didn't have cash (cash only tips) to tip because the girl certainly didn't earn it. **I landed in this joint based on pure convenience - I typically go to another salon 20+ miles away where I pay $30.00 for a no-chip where outgrowth is a problem at my 2-weeks mark! read more

Hello all. I never make reviews because I respect service workers and even if they mess up i don't ever get bothered. HOWEVER this nail salon was the most unprofessional one i have ever been to. I made an appointment to get a dip mani and pedi. When i sat down at the pedi section my nail tech asked me if i was getting anything else besides my pedi and i asked her for the dip mani as well. She then rolled her eyes at me and grabbed the dip colors for me to look at. I was confused at her reaction but just left it alone. Then she proceeded to give me the quickest pedicure on the planet and the entire time was stopping my pedicure to have a conversation with her coworker. Again ignored this. Then, she stopped in the middle of massaging my feet to CHECK HER PHONE. Which is extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. I told her i didn't want to get my finger nails done anymore, let her finish my pedicure, paid and left. Heres a picture of her on her phone in the middle of my pedicure. I have a video of her caressing my feet while talking to her coworker instead of massaging my legs. Unfortunately i cant attach that to this review. I think, overall, they do a good job. My gel manicures last 14 days with ease after being done here. But... -If I book a reservation for 4, we want to sit together. What's the fun in getting a mani/pedi with a group and not being together? -It annoys me that tips are cash only. It says to me they are hiding tips from the IRS. The credit card exchange fee is not that big of a deal. -Communication in English has been difficult a few times. Fix those things and I'm back with a 5! read more

I've been to this salon half a dozen times. It's always busy but I've never had to wait. The decor is pretty, BUT I've gotten green fungus or whatever it is under my gel nails TWICE now, and not because the nail lifted and water got underneath it. The first time was not bad, a very small spot, so I let it go. But today's spot is much larger. And twice in 6 visits? Um, no. I read online it happens from not cleaning equipment between customers. Guess I'll be finding a new nail salon. I won't be going back there. read more
