Been coming here for a few years don't know if they got a new cook, but the guy sure doesn't know how to cook pizza send it back once pure raw tomato paste. I asked for the light sauce they put heavy sauce. Paid for extra feta olives on a green salad they put black olives. Zeeks Pizza - Hawaiian - Pizza Near Me - Lynnwood, Washington

This company has HORRIBLE customer service. (1) They refused to honor their (measly $3) coupon. The other night we decided to order food for delivery and selected Zeeks due to the two sets of coupons that we had received with our last two orders (over the summer). I tried to use one of the coupon codes on my online order but the number wasn't working. So, in my order comments field I asked that they apply the $3 coupon to the salad that I had ordered and provided the coupon code. Nope, wasn't done. No communication. When the food finally (!!) arrived a lifetime later (see #2 below), there was no acknowledgement of the coupon so I asked the delivery driver about it - nope, he couldn't/wouldn't help me but said to call the Zeek's "customer service" (a misnomer, see #3 below) for assistance. (2) The food took forever to be delivered and, worse, was stone cold by the time it arrived. When I ordered, the app told me that it would take 70-80 minutes to receive the food. The only other time I've had to wait that long was on a Super Bowl Sunday but I wasn't in a hurry so didn't mind waiting. However, my error was in assuming that, despite the wait, I would still receive somewhat warm food at the end of that time. Not only did it take significantly longer than the originally stated timeframe to receive the delivery but it was as if the food SAT FOR ALL THAT TIME before they bothered bringing it to me. Honestly, the pizza and breadsticks were literally cold. (3) Zero interest in customer satisfaction. As noted above, no one bothered to address the coupon issue with me -- it took me THREE attempts (comment in the order, verbal request to delivery person, phone call to Zeeks) to finally be told that they were refusing to honor their coupon. The attitude was one of "we don't care whether you are a happy customer or not" -- really, a very pathetic lack of interest or even attention. When I complained about the food being cold, I was told that they would give me a credit (!!) of $25 for a future order. So, wait, what? You will not honor a $3 coupon but you'll give me a $25 credit? The problem is that by the time we got to that part, I was already so disgusted by this experience and had already decided I was DONE ordering from them EVER again so getting a credit for a future order was no better than the rest of the transaction. Yes, they have good pizza (mostly, I like the chewy crust) but they are too expensive to start with and, worst of all, have incredibly crappy attitudes and "customer service". So, no more will I waste my hard-earned $$$ on this company. [Oh, and on top of all of the above, they got my order wrong - sent me the wrong salad. I didn't even bother complaining about that. First time coming here to meet an old friend last night around 7, and it was everything I needed. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes and I'm glad we did! We ended up getting a couple of beers and ciders (always down for craft beers ), pesto bread sticks (name?) and the kitchen sink pizza. Food was awesome, and our server was the bomb. I met some friend and family for the Hawks game last Sunday at Zeek's. It was my first time going there, and I'll definitely be back. There were lots of tvs to watch the game on, and the seating was perfect for our party of 7. The waitress was prompt, and recommended two excellent beers. We got the "Puget Pounder" to feed my husband and teen boys, and I got the "Legend of Shroom" they were both delicious, but the carmelized onion base on the Legend of Shroom was to die for. We'll hopefully be back to watch the Seahawks in the playoffs there this weekend. read more

The owners won't pay livable wages to staff the place appropriately. We ordered takeout on a busy Friday night, and they only had two front of house and 1-2 back of house employees. Our order was made incorrectly as a result, and we showed up at the designated pickup time only to have to wait another 25min until our order was actually ready. On the positive, the food is really good, the place is clean and has a nice feel to it. On the negative the prices are pretty crazy. We walked into the place like we were walking onto a yacht...ok not really. The atmosphere was pretty chilled and we ordered the full size chopped salad (minus the roasted red peppers because we're not about that life) and the 10-inch Quentin pizza. The salad was amazing and perfect for a first date (onions, salami, and balsamic flavors for that tasty smooch). The Quentin pizza came and the goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes with arugula and artichoke hearts was the stuff of dreams. Will be coming back to try the other pizzas. Zeeks Pizza - The full size chopped salad and 10-inch pizza - Pizza Near Me - Lynnwood, Washington

This place is on such a generic corner that, even speaking as someone who drives by this address at least once a week for the last ten years, I can't remember what was here before. Chinese place? Doesn't matter. Zeek's has brought this building back to life without a doubt, and this parking lot is now usually full. You probably already know what you think of the pizza; they're incredibly consistent and they're successful enough that they have all kinds of locations. What makes this location stand out is the beer program. First, the approach. You can wend your way in here from behind other businesses, but you can only turn in directly from westbound 196th. There's enough parking for the seating they have, but I've definitely seen it with a line more than once. There's a good-sized patio, plenty of booths, some small tables, a huge communal table, and a decent-sized bar area. For being just a big square box, they've done a nice job of packing in plenty of people while still giving lots of tables a bit of privacy, and keeping some character to the place without overdoing it or being obvious about it. It's all black paint and blond wood, and it hands together well. One of the first things you see coming through the door is a huge array of growlers on shelves. Clearly, they want you to know you can take all the beer to go you want. They have the usual pizzas and salads here, but the bar looks like a real beer bar, and acts like it, too--the chalkboard features hand-written entries for lots of local beers. It's practically all PNW, with a bit of west coast and a couple from farther out. Best of all, they get LOTS of kegs that you don't see everywhere. Especially with breweries around the Puget Sound, they seem to have garnered a good reputation as a trustworthy account that wants these kegs, and will take care of them. Unfortunately, the beer prices are really high. They pour 12-oz glasses, and charge $6.50 and up for them. That's about $9 for a pint's worth of beer. We had an IPA, double IPA, saison, and a pale ale, and our bar tab was $30. Good beer costs real money, but for those prices, most places even now still pour full pints, if not imperials. But, hey, great beers. One of the better tap lineups in the area without a doubt. On a Tuesday night, it was hard for the staff to get into a rhythm. There were customers, but not quite enough to keep the staff moving the whole time. They were right on point with everything, but you could tell they wanted to be doing more. Still--good service, knew the beers, knew the menu cold, never had to wait more than a second for a single thing. In the end, I'd rather pay less than $65 for a pizza and a couple beers. It's a bit steep IMO. But the quality is dependable, and when there are good beers pouring here that aren't pouring elsewhere nearby, I will most definitely be back. read more

I liked the pizza, but I ordered salad also. The salad was a Greek salad and was $15 for a small salad 2 cups in a round container. A round container is a bad idea to carry with a pizza box. Okay, totally awesome place! The pizza totally rocked! We had the Legion of Shrooms which if you like mushrooms was the best pizza ever - the bed of sautéed onions instead of sauce under the Shrooms created the most amazing and unique flavor. The Dragon was sooo stupendous the garlic and jalapeños rocked the pizza. The Kitchen sink tasted really fresh and meaty - a carnivores dream. The jalapeño poppers on the appetizer menu were so amazing instead of breading them they were wrapped on prosciutto - one person in our party does not normally like poppers and he even thought they were super tasty. Our waiter was awesome and super attentive, when a mistake was made on our pizza he immediately remedied it and complimentary-ied the pizza and brought us a new one really fast. I wanted to like Zeeks so bad! Unfortunately, it fell short. My taste in pizza differs slightly than that of my husbands, and so far the only place we agree on doesn't deliver and is at least a 15 minute drive. We were hoping Zeeks would be our new spot. Pros: wide range of specialty pizzas, fresh toppings, quick and friendly service, easy to use website. Cons: sauce had no flavor...like at all. The pizza was really undercooked. As soon as you walk in, you can tell by the amazing smell that this pizza place is different than any other you've been to. Papa johns and dominoes stand no chance to the incredible Zeek's Pizza. Everything about their pizza is delicious, I love getting the buffalo chicken pizza with a side of blue ranch sauce, barbecue sauce, and ranch. It's the most delicious combo, I love to dip my crust into the different sauces and get a different experience every time. Their crust is so airy, fluffy, and perfectly crispy. They don't pile on too much cheese and include a ton of the delicious toppings like chicken and green. It's not heavy or dense and so much more delicious than any other pizza I've known. The servers are always so nice, the pizza is made fresh so it's a short wait but so worth it. The only con is that it's a bit pricey but that's expected for such a high quality pizza. Hit and miss depending on location. For years we got pizza from the Phinney Ridge location. It had gotten progressively worse and in the last year was always burned and sometimes cold by the time it got to us. We stopped ordering even though we had been customers for over 10 years. Zeek's is a nice restaurant with okay pizza. I used to like Zeek's a lot but after having it way too often and after trying other pizza places it's grown to be so-so pizza to me. The pizzas uses fresh ingredients, with a lot of flavors, but the crust is only okay to me. I prefer either a thin and crispy or thick and greasy, and this falls in between. Zeek's has really good salad, good drinks, a really nice atmosphere, awesome service, and the pizzas are fresh and have good flavor. It's a really good spot for friends and family. read more

Being from Chicago, I have yet to be impressed by any Seattle pizza restaurants. We tried Zeeke's because it is close to our house. Pricey, $45 for a salad and pizza? Without any drinks either. I wanted to like the pizza, but was not impressed. Saggy crust, undercooked ingredients, and so many green peppers and onions, (wood butcher) that's all we could taste. This place is great. If Zeek's was a little cheaper I'd have given it 5 stars. It's a catch-22 unfortunately since their prices are higher because they use such high quality ingredients. Their bar(where I usually sit) has a selection of hyper-local beer and cider choices which is an awesome way to go. I have heard a number of people ask for Bud Light etc, but you will not find that stuff here. You will find local breweries with high amounts of taste and alcohol. The cider I recently drank was 7.5% and was from Snowdrift Cidery in Wenatchee. The pizza is awesome. I will say I have had varying experiences in how well each pizza was cooked(sometimes the edges of the crusts have been burnt), but when their cook or over gets it right you will not find a better quality pizza. Continued to success to this place. The crowds seem a bit sparse occasionally but it deserves far more attention as the other Zeek's do in Seattle. read more

Been a customer of various Zeek's Pizza locations for probably 20 years, starting with the old Phinney Ridge location. My husband and I typically prefer thin, wood-fired pizzas but we always return to Zeek's as their pizzas have very fresh ingredients and are not greasy. As another reviewer stated, the crust is somewhere between thin and thick. I happen to like the crust as it's very yeasty and chewy. Their tomato sauce is also really nice. A little on the sweet side and not too acidic. But yes, you do pay a premium price. We've been to the Lynnwood location at least a half a dozen times, probably more. We always sit at the bar because we like to watch whatever sports are on TV and avoid the big family tables. The service is typically pretty good but on our last two visits (which is why we're only giving 3 stars) the bar has been overrun with employees, either having just got off work or are there on a day off. Essentially, it seems like you're eating in an employee-only zone where the wait staff is focused on gossiping with their coworkers and catering to them to make special "off the menu" drinks all the while their actual customers are an afterthought. I get it that it's a bar and it's not supposed to be quiet but the last time we were there it felt like we invaded a Zeek's company party. We couldn't wait to leave. read more

Came here for weekend dinner. For two people, we got a large pizza, two salads, and one soft drink (I was fine with just water). That set us back over 55 bucks. We picked one of their suggested canned pizzas from the menu thinking it would be a safe bet. What we ended up with consisted of a truly stingy portion of sauce and cheese spread over the dough and the rest of the toppings basically thrown on top of that and the whole thing baked off. The end result was a pizza-like flatbread with a bunch of warmed-through but essentially raw vegetables not even adhering to the slices. Half of the topping rolled off in transit from the tray to the plate, and once everything was reassembled, trying to eat it normally was so much of a balancing act that it was easier to just use a fork and knife. Aside from the price, this was indistinguishable from a heat-and-eat pizza from the local grocery store with handful of extra toppings thrown on. Total rip-off. read more
