We waited a good 10 minutes and when we noticed the person who was supposed to help us was out there batting while he was working. I had to go to the front counter to go complain because it wasn't fair for us to be waiting so long. Another thing that we didn't like was if you have Schools first debit card for some reason they couldn't take it. The good thing was we had cash with us, but if we didn't we were going to be screwed. This place still looks the same as before from the outside to the inside. A bit dated, but still has lots of good space. Bowling game prices are pretty reasonable ranging from $5 - $6 per game depending on the day. Shoe rental prices aren't bad either. I have my own bowling shoes so I don't have to worry about renting them. Staff is friendly and pleasant. They have a house drink and snack bar plus an arcade section. Restrooms are conveniently located near the entrance on the left upon entry. It brought back so many great memories. I would love to return and bowl league here once again. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had a safe and welcoming space for our team to reflect on last year's accomplishments and plan for the coming year. The facility was spotless and having access to a private room made our meeting both comfortable and productive. After our meeting, we were able to unwind and celebrate together by playing some classic arcade games, which was a fun and unique perk. We didn't have enough time to play a game of Laser Tag, but we will plan another outing to get our game on. The combination of a clean, well-maintained space and the thoughtful support from the staff made Infuzion Zone the perfect venue for our event. We came here for a birthday party and the kids had a blast!…read more The party is a 2 hour window and they let you now what time your laser tag games will be. Make sure your whole group is together before start time so you all play at the same time and no one misses out. Our group was a bunch of 5/6/7 year olds and the group they played against was 10-12 year olds so I felt like that was a little unfair but no one got seriously hurt so that's all you can ask for. My least favorite part was the arcade. Some of the games weren't working so that's a bust. Our kids were too young to use the VR game so it would have been nice if they got to ride the bumper cars twice instead of just losing out on that. On top of that there was only one person staffing the VR game, the mini bowling and the bumper cars so it was like 10-15 minutes between each option and there were only maybe 8 bumper cars so when there's a line the kids had to wait about 20 minutes just to ride the bumper cars. There were lines for the bumper cars and the VR so no one used the bowling because there wasn't enough staff. The pizza was fine, I believe you can order other stuff outside the party pizza if you want.
