This place is great, lots of flavor and affordable! Highly recommend the Mongolian beef and wonton soup. We also ordered the soft noodle version of the chicken chow mien, broccoli, and pork dumplings and it was wonderful. Great find in WY!

Passing through Acton on our way to Jackson and had time to splurge for a nicer Sunday lunch. What a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere isn't anything to write about; it was very disjointed honestly, but the food was fabulous! The menu was extensive (16 pages as I recall) with everything from pineapple fried rice to volcano chicken to pho. Having been to Thailand and as one who cooks Thai food often at home, the food was certainly on par with the quality you would find at a restaurant in Los Angeles. Each of us ordered something different and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The portions were generous and 3 of the 4 of us took boxes of leftovers to go. If I was local, I would absolutely eat here regularly.

LEMON CHICKEN: On the right is a piece of battered chicken on the left is what I can only describe as a white foreign material!

Long time valley resident I have frequented Zhang Zhang always enjoyable until today ordered lemon chicken and to my surprise there was something off about the texture upon further investigation I found that over half of the Battered chicken was not in fact chicken and instead was What I can only describe as a dense white drywall like substance attached is a side by side photo of the chicken and the battered foreign material for proof before anyone says it was flour I promise you it was not!

Slim pickings in this town on a Sunday. Rolling into Afton for Sunday dinner, we learned that there are only two restaurants open. One was this Chinese restaurant and the other was Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut reviews looked really bad. We were the only patrons inside. Service was attentive and our waitress was very helpful recommending dishes. We had the veggie lo mein and a vegetarian bamboo steamer. We enjoyed the meal after a long day of driving and hiking.

    Orange chicken and sesame chicken.

Great food! Don't be scared away by the unclean windows, their food is good and the restaurant is clean. We had their kung pao shrimp and beef and orange chicken and sesame chicken. We love everything we have tried except their sweet and sour. Try their lomain noodles instead of rice, so yummy!

Pork potstickers (had the chicken the previous day...pork was more flavorful)

I was very impressed! Visiting star valley and ate here twice. Chicken and veggies the first time and beef and broccoli the second time. The waitress remembered our group and the place was clean. The chicken and beef were tender and not dry but absorbed the sauce. The white sauce was simple but flavorful and complimeted all the veggies. The brown sauce had a light bold flavor which fit the dish. I also recommend steamed pork dumplings. The rice was nothing special. Would not order the fried rice but stick with steamed.

The menu is HUGE! I seriously enjoyed the Mongolian beef.

We asked the staff about the spice level and they said it was all based on American spice so if you're looking for spice just get the highest level. The staff were really nice they brought us some chili and jalapeños to eat with our food (probably after seeing us fein for some spice). We started off with the Laab Gai and Tom Yum Soup. Both scarfed down in seconds. Do wish the soup had a little more mushroom or something in it though. All the dishes were great and were good portions. We ended up taking most of the dishes home for breakfast the following day. The Thai Fried Rice with Shrimp and Duck Noodle Soup were a little on the plainer side but still good. The Pad Woon Sen is a lot, it comes with noodles and rice, was surprised when I got it. The sauce it came was not spicy but the dish itself already was flavorful so didn't use it much. The Pad Gar Pow was a little similar but a little more saucy. The Massaman Curry was probably my favorite. This was so good especially with rice. If anything I would recommend this dish and the Pad Woon Sen. This place was great, the hard cider they had was also great. Overall recommend if you're in the area and looking for some good Thai food with good sized portions.

My pad see ew was yummy and a good portion size. My son enjoyed the tom yum. Our group also had other noodles and a curry and everyone enjoyed the meal. My daughter had really missed white rice. Had to wait at least 5 minutes for my food to be dropped. I'm not sure who our server was. On the receipt it said Cashier so I don't even know if we had one. Nonetheless we were only checked on once. They did a poor job at refilling waters as well. I was eating spicy food and my mouth was on fire and had no way to suppress that heat for a while as I ate. Lastly the music they played in the background was the weirdest, the worst part, and to be honest why I'm even writing this review in the first place. Not only was the volume too loud for background music, but from what it seemed it was a playlist of 10 or so pop songs from two different singers. A guy and a girl that I never heard of. The music was pretty generic and Shazam didn't recognize it which makes it seem like they were AI generated. They were very annoying and honestly the worst part of my dining experience especially because I heard every song at least twice. I don't want to support a restaurant that will play AI music and not check in on me here and there. Food was good tho.
