Disappointing. Got a chicken , beef, and pork dish all seemed to have same sauce. Egg roll was inedible. Has some kinda bitter spice in it. I really wanted something better than the little black and white bear. read more

I would recommend not ordering the Mongolian beef this is what $13 gets you. I would bet there is at least two whole onions in there and 15 little pieces of meat. Someone needs to do a better job at portioning out the filler or lower the price this is not worth the money. The only reason I am giving two starts the egg rolls were pretty good and the crab wontons were on point. read more

Delicious Chinese food. Great serving size. If I'm not starving & can control myself, I can have a good serving for lunch the next day. I did order an hour before closing in a Sunday. My order for the 2 of us wasn't the same as previous orders. It seemed a bit me saucy; not greasy, more watery. Not the best but it was late & we were hungry. Wow! At some point the food took a major dive at this Restaurant. We ordered Hot and Sour soup last night and it was really bad( no flavor ) and the Chicken and broccoli was the same. Few pieces of bland chicken and vegetables. Just so disappointed and will not be back ! read more

Orange chicken is good, sesame chicken is good but taste the same as orange just Sesame seeds added. Beware. Noodles and spring rolls are good. Pretty decent Chinese. Quality white chicken used in the chicken fried rice! read more

I've tasted a few of their dishes, I wasn't impressed, today I had the Egg drop soup, it was thick, bland, and tasted like water, no flavor no vegetables no anything, do yourself a favor, take time out and focus on the little things, for this reason I'll never be back, especially if you can't get egg drop soup right. read more

This place is great! We're very happy to find/have a Chinese take-out place close to home. We do have to strategize our order, as it's easy to rack up a big bill ordering ala carte, but we're pleased with this place enough for it to be our go to. --Prices a smidge high, but you do get lots of food... --Flavor is...generic. It's not going to rock your world as the most memorable Chinese place ever. It tastes like I expect it to taste: Chinese take-out. --And most importantly: friendly, quick service. Have been back. I ordered a chicken chow mein and there was tobacco filters inside my food and the noodles smelt like burnt tobacco...This place shouldn't be rated as a 3. Shouldn't be rated at all! They've given me a full refund but I believe that this place doesn't care about their health and safety, as you shouldn't be smoking in the kitchen... let alone leave evidence such as burnt filters inside the food...I would not tolerate this sort of crazy behaviour by disrespectful kitchen staff. read more

I ordered take out yesterday, food was ready when I arrived about 20 minutes after I called in the order. I ordered three different dishes kung pow chicken, Szechwan chicken, and cashew chicken. The Kung pow and Szechwan chicken lacked spice and the cashew chicken was bland as well. All three dishes tasted the same. I also didn't care for the hot and sour soup. Since they just opened I will give it another try at a later date, hopefully they will deliver in flavor and heat. read more

Disappointing. Egg rolls mushy. Not crispy at all. Almost tasteless. Kung Pao chicken so mild I wondered if I really ordered it. No "tang" at all. Have been eating it all over the country yet this dish had NO hot chilis in it. My husband had the sweet & sour chicken. It was tough & dry. And NOT tasty. Sweet & sour sauce was in a container on the side yet there was no container of sauce for the egg rolls. Fried rice was orange???? Since the sweet & sour dish had absolutely NO veggies, I ordered a small plain veggie dish. It was better than the two main dishes! Young man at the counter was very friendly and informative. Went tonight for traditional Christmas Eve dinner fearing I wouldn't find a decent Chinese restaurant in Arizona. My fears were unfounded as this is one of the best I've ever had. We ordered 8 different items and everything was fresh, flavorful and very generous portions. The restaurant is very clean and the hostess was very friendly. They even prepared a dish not on the menu and it was delicious. Yes I'm originally from New Jersey and this is the type of Chinese food that we are used to. Even better. We will certainly frequent Zheng's and I recommend it to anyone. read more

My General Tso's tasted exactly like my wife's sesame chicken. The fried rice didn't taste like fried rice cooked in a wok, it tasted like something microwaved from a frozen pouch. Spring rolls were decent and the place was not expensive. read more

So-so. Waited for this place to open and it was a let down. 1st time every I had sweet & sour chicken that did not have any onion, green pepper or pineapple. Yikes. Ordered takeout during COVID. Friendly staff, prompt service. Less than average flavor, weird gelatin in all sauces. Pot stickers seemed frozen and the hot/sour soup was clearly kitchen leftovers ( which if were palatable would have been Absolutley ok). Took a chance on something close. Won't try again. read more

So I absolutely love the food here best I've ever had but last night drew the line. There was metal shavings in my food and I ordered beef lo mein at the bottom of the plate. Ehh im going to be honest here im giving it three stars because the staff was excellent but the food wasn't impressive, i would seek better restaurants elsewhere if you want good asian food this place just didnt do it for me. I had the orange chicken and while it came steaming hot and smelled delicious the taste wasn't there it was doused in an excess of vegetables and orange peels and the people sitting next to us were complaining about the food tasting horrible and also about the soda being flat, which it was by the way tasted like salt water. It wasn't a great dinner for my family but I usually go back and give them a chance especially when they are a new business like this is, they may improve but as for now i will keep it as it is. read more
