Our plumbing was backed up. Called them out to flush the main line. No consultation fee as stated by others. Was given two suggestions and decided with the more expensive one. Got it done, and fixed. Two days later, toilets weren't flushing and backing up again. Called them and was given a time of 4-8 and then 8-10 cause they were busy. The guy came out closer to 10 and after flushing the main line again, stated that the issue is with the connection between the city sewer and so although it doesn't cover their work warranty from the days before, they completed the job as a courtesy and told me to contact the city. I was already ready to pay them again, not even thinking it was warranted or even as a courtesy. They even emailed me the issues so that when I call the city, I can explain with the issue to them. Zoom Drain had Kyle come out to my home and gave a free estimate on a washing machine drain backing up issue, they came in at 1/3 a previous estimate I received over the phone from another company. Kyle started right then fixing the issue, he did a camera check and found a blockage he cleared and then updated my old cast iron drain to newer and wider piping to handle newer washing machine draining. Was done in just a couple hour and now it works and look great. He also advised one of my supply spouts was leaking and should be replaced which I did myself using new part from Home Depot, so nice of him to point this out considering they dont work on live water issues. read more
