"It's not soup its zoup!" still not sure what a "zoup" is but either way i think this place is a great lunch spot. the service is quick, the food is delicious, made fresh, and theres a variety of soup! So check it, you enter and while you order you can sample their soups.. I have tried 5 different ones, lobster bisque, clam chowder, chicken and rice, chicken noodles, southwest, (of course not all on the same day! =x) and each one is flavorful and jam packed with ingredients.. they don't skimp you on just liquid soup and it even comes with bread! If you're a carbs lover, talk about bonus!! In addition they serve a variety sandwiches and salads. They have combos where you can get soup and salad, soup and sandwich, sandwich and salad, for about $7.99.. not too shabby. So I just picked up my food here for the first time today, as I received a first pass at a lunch here before the official opening. I tried the lobster bisque - incredible. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful and I was able to sample a few things before deciding on a soup and salad. Ordered the lobster bisque which was very creamy and savory. I've sampled several other soups they offer and all of them were very rich in flavor. I also ordered the pesto 3-cheese sandwich which was very simple but contained quite a bit of flavor. Zoup! is worth a visit if you're in the mood for a savory eat. read more

Always go for the chicken pot pie when in doubt. Usually I go with the soup and salad combo but the sandwiches are great too. Recommend you order online and pick it up if your lunch is between 1130-1230. You can pick it up at the counter but just remember to let them know your there for pickup because it's busy! I really enjoyed their vegetarian split pea. I liked their tomato soup too. I ordered a vegetarian wrap and it was excellent. I will return. The only thing I didn't like is that I was given a paper carry out bag without being asked whether I was going to dine in or carry out. It was unnecessary because I ate at the place. The good thing about Zoup! is they have more than the usual assortment of soup choices and the staff is nice about letting you try the soups. The bad things about Zoup! are that salt levels can vary a great deal from soup to soup and the prepacked salads were already starting to get limp around 11:45am. The water from the soda machine also tastes dirty. Not somewhere I would go to get lunch unless someone else wanted to go. read more

Had lunch at Zoup on Friday and it was absolutely delicious. I had the soup and half sandwich, Tomato Basil and 4 Cheese grilled cheese. My only concern is that I hope the "goodness" of the food does not wear off after it has been open for an amount of time, otherwise I'd most def visit again. read more

One of my favorite places for healthier fast food! I always pre-order online and take back to the office with me because this place is always packed! I went here for the first time last week for lunch. At 1 the place was still super crowded, but the line moves pretty fast. I love that they let you sample soups while you wait to order, and did not seem to mind how many you wanted to try. I ended up with a veggie soup and half of a grilled cheese, and I was very very happy with my decision. I think the you pick two is about $8 for a 6 oz soup and a half of a large sandwich--which is pretty typical pricing for the loop. I'll be back, but don't count on getting a seat if you want a sit down lunch, we managed to grab a two person table but most people were getting their lunches to go. read more

This place is amazing! I ordered the Try-Two combo consisting of a cup of turkey chili and the vegetarian wrap w/ guac for just under $10. The wrap was pretty big and had alot of flavor to it-- I'm a meat eater and I found this to be quite filling. The food at this place is quite good and I am glad that we have another food place within walking distance from work. The only thing I do not like about this place is that you have to wait in line to order your food. It is pointless to have to walk by the soups when you can't even order them there. They should allow people to order the food as they walk by, sort of like chipotle does. Management needs to be changed and cashiers need to be trained more. Feeling sick, needed some soup, so I decided to try this place for the first time. Got the chicken pot pie soup, and it is quite good. More garlic than I would think normal for chicken pot pie, but this is a good thing in my opinion. I also sampled the italian wedding soup, which was good, but pretty standard. Uncle Abe's used to be my go to soup place for their Matzo balls. Since they closed I have been looking to fill that void and this place will do nicely. I will say that if I am in the mood for Asian soup I would not go here, but instead head to China 65 for noodles, Saucy Porka for ramen, or Banh Mi & Co. for Pho. The soup here is great - always a ton of options and I love that they let you sample before you choose. I have absolutely no complaints about the crab bisque or any of the other soups there. Enjoyed the experience at Zoup! Eight to nine different soups on the menu. You can get a sample taste of any soup. I had the loaded baked potato and my Wife had the chicken pot pie soup. Both were excellent. A bit pricey for just soup but if you can get a sandwich and soup, it's a better deal. I'll be back. read more

Disappointing...I've been here twice both times ordering a different vegetarian soup, I haven't tried any of their sandwiches. Each soup has a weird strong mint(? or something similar) flavor. They are expensive for what it is, $4 for a small side of soup, c'mon. Bread is decent though. Salad is ok but if you want salad as your main meal, I would go somewhere else. read more

Pros: +Great Soup +Fresh Cons: -Price -Portion Sizes I've been a fan of Zoup forever and I've dined at many of the other locations. The soups here are always fresh and delicious and the varieties are rotated so you never get bored. You can sample any of the soups to see what you like. The Lobster bisque here is one of the best soups I have ever had, hands down. I recommend getting the bread toasted for maximum indulgence. The salads and sandwiches however are underwhelming in size, an option to make them larger in the combos should be given. I'm usually not near full after eating one combo but it's nice for a light lunch. read more
