Clean store and quick service! The chicken parmesan soup was good but the Italian wedding with chicken meatballs is AMAZIING! Who doesn't love good soup with a hunk of french bread to dip in it?! The lemonade is really good too. I wish they'd bring back the chicken jalapeño soup! Haven't seen since last season. It's my favorite, i swear it's magic and has healing powers!

    Terrible Italian Sandwich

This is hands down, the worse sandwich I ever had in my life. Which sucks because I paid $15 for a HALF and a small soup( plus $10 to get it delivered) It was basically a lettuce sandwich with NO DRESSING. Just plain. Very upsetting. Should of just paid the extra money for Panera.

Got Zoup for a quick lunch, I had never been here before so I was really excited to see that we could sample soups before ordering! The workers were very nice and patient while I did. The inside kind of reminds me of a subway, I think most people here takeout but there's nice spots to sit down and eat and it was all very clean. I thought the soup was pretty good, the grilled cheese dippers were really good too although a bit greasy for me, but only giving four stars because I felt like it was just a bit overpriced

For 50 cents you can have extra bread

The oatmeal raisin cookie was GREAT. For 50 cents extra you can have a bigger piece of bread. The impossible cheeseburger (plant based meat) taste just like regular meat in a soup.

Time to check this place out

Do you know the all to well couples game? What do you want to eat? I don't know, what do you want to eat? I don't know, you choose. Ok what about a sandwich, no I don't want to eat a sandwich. After a few minutes of that I said "Hey, What about that place called Zoup?". I can go for a broccoli and cheddar soup. So head towards this particular Zoup restaurant. First impressions the parking spaces seem to be so small for bigger vehicles. We walk in and it looks ok. Go up to the counter and I hear the girl behind the counter stating that they are out of most of their soups. I see people on the other side waiting for their orders. When it's my turn I didn't see broccoli and cheddar soup to my dismay. I said well I really came here because I wanted broccoli soup. She said we usually do but not today. Yes of course the day that I wanted to check them out. Well on a positive note, I guess it's great they sell out of soup. So I ordered a chicken and bacon Cobb salad. My other half got the chicken pot pie soup. We had a seat and waited. We were called and I picked up our food. Sat down and realized they didn't give me my French bread. The girl just said ok here you go. Very neutral, not even a kind sorry about that. (No biggie to me, but!). Get back to my seat and also see that I didn't get silverware either. They have it on their end, so I couldn't just grab it on my own. Now that young lady had a very kind demeanor. The chicken Cobb & bacon hardly had any chicken or bacon. The chicken pot pie was nothing to write home about. So maybe we should have kept playing the "What do you want to eat tonight Game" a little longer. I'm sure they have their following, but I'm not a fan.

I like Zoup! (Had no choice but to include that exclamation point...) When you walk in you head to the left side and you see the soups first. They always have about a dozen hot soups to choose from and you can sample each before you make your selection. They also have three sizes, the biggest is the bowl, then comes the cup, and the smallest is the one you would pair with a sandwich for their pick two option. Speaking of sandwiches, they have plenty to choose from and the heat them up in a toaster oven for ya. The bread has been good and the meats are quality. However, if you're not in the mood for a sandwich, they have really good salads as well. I went for the White Chili Chicken soup with a whole maple ham and Swiss with bacon sub. The soup was amazing! The sandwich was slightly sweet for my taste, but I was the one who went with maple ham, so whatchya gonna do? My total was about $15 and I stopped after eating half of each, so I'll end up getting two meals out of it. Super cool.

Despite the extremely hot weather today, I found myself craving soup for some reason, so I finally made my way into Zoup! In Middleburg Hts. Boy, am I glad I did!! I went with a bowl of the Lobster Bisque that had a side of French bread with it. It was fantastic!! Rich and creamy with large chunks of Lobster (and crawfish) meat. The bread was a nice surprise, as well. Not sure what kind of soup you want? They let you sample their vast selection before you buy. Fun Fact: They carry Fresca in their soft drink dispenser. FRESCA!! Fun Fact #2: I kind of have a thing for Fresca. I'm working on it. Zoup! Is a great choice for soups, but they also have a wide variety of salads and sandwiches. I will definitely make a return visit!!

This place is an experience; this is their main production facility, which also has a huge bar and restaurant space. It's so well planned; sit wherever, order food at one place, beer at another. They have bar seating, big and small tables, high tops, etc. Even with all the variety, it was still pleasantly loud and busy. At the entrance, you can go to the merchandise area, which is big. They have all their canned selections ready and cold to go as well. To the left of the bar is a self-guided tour hallway, where you can see a lot of the brewery and their huge wall of major beer awards from over the decades. We sat at a high top near the bar; the bartender was so efficient with our beers, there were so many to choose from I only wished we could've stayed longer. It's family friendly with games. Prices are super reasonable for the continued quality and arguably strong beer styles. If you're a beer fan, whether new or a veteran, this is a must-visit regional powerhouse. I look forward to visiting again soon.

We started with the Frickles, crispy pickle chips served with honey mustard and sriracha 1000 island dressing. The sriracha 1000 island is so good that we always ask for an extra side to dip our fries and chips in. I ordered a house salad with the Bumbleberry Poppy Seed dressing, which was fresh and flavorful. My youngest son stuck with his usual favorite, the Smoked Brisket Poutine, which never disappoints. My husband ordered the June special, the 5-OH Burger. This massive burger features an 8-ounce patty topped with ghost pepper cheese, Hawaiian BBQ candied jalapeños, bacon, onion straws, a grilled pineapple ring, and a cream cheese jalapeño popper. The flavor combination was outstanding, and the spice had a delayed kick that sneaks up on you a few seconds after each bite. My oldest son went with the BBQ Burger, loaded with smoky BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, house bacon, onion straws, pickles, and horsey sauce. Another excellent choice. To wash it all down, my husband enjoyed two beers: the Hazy Headhunter and Hop Thunder from Down Under, both of which he really liked. The food is consistently great, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. Today we sat outdoors on the large patio. After all these years, Fat Head's continues to be one of our family's favorite places to eat. Highly recommended!

I also asked if they could add bacon and she said yes. My husband ordered chicken wings. When my burger came I took the first bite. I can tell something was off. The burger had pink through and through . I called the waitress and she agreed that is wasn't what I asked for. I let her know I didn't want the burger anymore to switch it out to potato skins. While they were making that order, I noticed they didn't even add the bacon. My husband's wings were underwhelming, as he stated nothing to write home about. By the time the potato skins came out, I ate one and asked for a box. I just wanted to leave, by the time all this transpired I didn't want to eat anymore. The reason I gave them a few stars was that our waitress treated everything professionally. She is the face that we see. We don't see the people actually cooking. I know that she relayed the order as given. She was so apologetic and just took the brunt of the blame. I didn't and don't blame her. She received her tip, but not the extra I usually give. Lately I feel that the restaurants are trying to survive possibly with lack of employees (not sure this is the case for them). It was a Sunday, who knows. Come on Max & Erma's, I was one of your biggest fans! I gave you a three stars due to my long standing patronage of your restaurant and overall love for this place, I want you to succeed.
