What a great little restaurant. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Food order was prompt. Ordered a salad, cheese curds, and a sandwich. Salad was out in less than 5 minutes. Cheese curds shortly after. Had to let them sit for a minute as they were piping hot. The breading on them was light and delicious! Sandwich arrived shortly after. The bread was toasty. Cheese was melting. And the chicken on it was plentiful. I loved that the staff walks around to make sure every customer was happy. Started getting busy but you wouldn't know if. Staff handled all the customers quickly. They informed us of an upcoming fundraiser and invited us back. We plan on returning sooner than later. read more

I hate leaving a bad review but the delivery guy tonight was so rude, condescending and disrespectful! He was delivering a pizza to someone else in the complex and parked in someone's covered parking spot as the owner of the space was pulling up. Not a big deal but it was how he handled it. She kindly told him it was her spot and he didn't handle the situation politely. He could have just moved somewhere else and delivered his pizza but instead he decided to make comments and be rude. Horrible customer service. Not sure what his name is but his plate is SKY9ATA. He started making smart comments, being condescending and when he drove away called us a BITCH. As if we done something to him . Sucks to get a bad review over poor customer service when we weren't even the customer. Never know who's watching. I have no problem deleting this if the employee is addressed on what he did was completely inappropriate. read more

This place is great. Great location nice big screen tvs to watch football, great staff with great customer service and most importantly the food was amazing. We have been to the other zzeeks locations and the food never seems to disappoint. The owner was awesome she came out said hi made sure we were taken care of and made sure our good tasted excellent. They have an awesome patio and a nice bar inside as well. This is a place to come on your own or bring the kids and the family. Alot of space inside and outside. Holy cow, what a beautiful restaurant, amazing food, and wonderful staff. So happy to have one here in our area now! Love the food, always fresh and flavorful, and the menu is so wide ranging I never get burnt out on their food. They have $3.50 20 Oz beers every day, and they have some primo beers my friends! 60¢ wings on Sundays. Free delivery! Did I mention, free delivery??? As great as all the above is, the best part about supporting Zzeeks is how much they give back to the community. We've had Zzeeks Pizza twice now and it's been excellent both times. I'm from Long Island, NY and it's as close to NY pizza as you're going to get. Especially, the Brooklyn style crust. Not too thin and not too thick. I highly recommend their pizza. Haven't had anything else so can't comment on the rest of the menu. I would give 5 stars but there are a couple of things they can improve on. First, only offering the Brooklyn crust in a 20" isn't ideal considering it's just my wife and I and the 20" is HUGE. It could feed 6 adults easy. They really need to offer the Brooklyn in smaller options. Lastly, the app is easy to order but there's no option to view your order or past orders once you've hit submit. Seems like an easy fix. read more

I wanted to try Zzeeks because their menu looked interesting. It went downhill from there. The pizza was decent, but after waiting over an hour to have it delivered, it was cold. I called the restaurant to find out what happened to my pizza and was told they were very busy at the store. When the delivery guy finally showed up, an hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order, he said his car broke down. Somebody needs to get their story straight. The guy I spoke with on the phone didn't even care that I had waited over an hour for a pizza to arrive that was supposed to take no longer than a 35 minutes. Very bad customer service. My cold 12" "Meat" pizza cost $22.00. It wasn't worth it. There are lots of pizza places in this area with better hot pizza and FAR better service. read more

I found this place through a yelp search, and found out it was a new spot for pizza. Definitely pricier than the average pizza, but the flavors are worth it. My only disappointment was the pizza dough wasn't cooked fully. I order their "Meats" pizza on a double/thick dough, and near the center the dough was undercooked. So luckily after 8-10 minutes in my oven it came out fine. But overall I will go back again. read more

First time trying this place and love it! We ordered for delivery and the service, start to finish was A+. The order process on the phone, my husband spoke to Jody and she had a friendly voice and quickly took our order and thanked my husband when he had his CC info ready The delivery guy was really nice and very prompt! We ordered a regular pepperoni pizza (super excited about trying the keto crust pizza) and a dry rub wing (which was delicious), and a honey BBQ. (We much preferred the dry rub). My coworkers and I would come in here every Thursday like clockwork so we had an excuse to get out of the office. At first it was great, but we've recently had consistently bad service times. I was so excited to try their food bc I have heard good things about. I walked in at a few minutes after 11am. No one in sight. Their was a male sitting at a table not sure if he was an employee or guest. He didn't have any food if he was an employee he never bothered to get up and get help for a customer. I called "hello" behind the counter. No one... I opened and closed the door multiple times to set off the ring to alert staff someone came in. I'm looking around while waiting.. the place could use some cleaning. Finally an employee comes out from the back takes my order. I ordered the two slice lunch special looking at the pizza warmer seeing that they had pepperoni there. Several minutes later she brings me cheese and I told her oh I didn't want cheese. I want a pepperoni and she made a face & said are you sure? Because that's going to take several minutes. I told her I saw pepperoni, you didn't ask I just assumed it would be pepperoni, I guess I should have specified. As she walked away making faces I just told her forget it cancel my order, Keep my money. Needless to say, I didn't get to try the food and she was so rude. Poor customer service.. $7 & change I spent on 3 sips of soda. they get zero to 1 stars for poor customer service and Very poor customer service. Never tried their food. Not eager to giving them a 2nd chance. $7 is not worth me sticking around to be treated like I was a bother. read more

Love their pizza ! Have been loyal to them for many years which is why this surprised me. Ordered a pizza & fried pickles. Pizza was cold & not prepared correctly & the pickles were over fried. When I called to bring this up, didn't speak to a manager as he/she was too busy but he/she did tell the employee to offer me a free pizza. Would be mailed. Wonderful. However when I got the coupon in the mail, it's only for dine in or carry out only - not delivering. During Covid I am not going to dine in as well as carry outs it's not in the cards for my household as we need to stay quarantined for our health. Totally missed the mark for me. Wouldn't let us add toppings with the meal deal. I think they forgot the cheese and sauce on my pie? I like to see cheese oozing from my slice when I pick it up from the box, none of that here. And they must have only used 1 ladle of sauce on this 20 incher. I've had better pizza from a gas station. This stuff was like eating cardboard with a few pieces of sausage. Thank God the wings were edible. They were a little over done, but saved my dinner. Most likely a 1 and done for me. I'm newer to the area and was thrilled to find Zzeeks pizza because they had vegan options. Before anyone get's all judgey, I need vegan options as dairy and eggs are not friendly to my digestive system and I just don't like the taste of meat, so back to my review. The first time we ordered a vegan pizza from Zzeeks the pizza was wonderful and everyone in my home agreed it would be our new "go-to" pizza place. The other night we ordered a vegan pizza with some easy toppings. When we brought the pizza home I noticed that the cheese on the vegan pizza looked like real cheese and I took a bite and right away, identified it as real cheese spit it out and called Zzeeks to let them know that there was an error. After speaking with the person who answered the phone and explaining the situation and getting nowhere, I was transferred to the manager. I explained that we ordered a vegan pizza and unfortunately got real cheese on the pizza. After we went round and round about what constitutes a "vegan pizza" he indicated that he would have to listen to the recording to determine if we requested a "vegan pizza" or specified "vegan cheese". He took the time to listen to the recording and called me back to let me know that we ordered a "vegan pizza" but did not specify "vegan cheese" and at Zzeeks, Vegan Pizza meant "gluten free vegan crust". I explained that a "vegan pizza" should mean no animal products whatsoever on the pizza and after we again went round and round about the definition of pizza, he tried to convince me that "vegan" pizza was just the crust. Needless to say, he won because I fatigued from the ridiculousness of the conversation and when I explained to him that he lost a customer and I would go ahead and take the time to write a yelp review. It was then that he said that I had not yet given him the opportunity to make it right, by at least meeting me half way, making another pizza and only charging me 1/2 price. At this point we are a good 30 minutes after I called to let them know of the error and he had ample opportunity to make it right. It's a disappointment to be honest, because I'm actually reasonable and would have been willing to drive back out and pick up the correct pizza, instead the manager spent a good 1/2 an hour of his time arguing with me about the definition of pizza and only offered to make things right when I told him I was willing to write the review. Such a bummer! BTW, my friend got a pizza at the same time that was correct and it was a good pizza, so the food, when done correctly would have been more than worthy to me for repeat business. read more

Well after being a customer for 3 years here I'm just done. Ordered a side of ranch that I had to pay extra for and didn't get it. This isn't the 1st time it's happened but the 1st time I did call. They offered to bring me one at the same delivery time as my pizza (35 min) or a credit. I said I would take the account credit as I paid for something I didn't get. We work all week and have 2 small kids. Sitting down in Friday's after they go to bed is much needed. After being on hold for 5 min the manager finally came on. First told me he put it in the breadsticks. Um no only the marinara here. Then he could send someone out. Again it's Friday I'm tired not waiting to have dinner and relax. I said I was unhappy that they wouldn't credit me (a measly 50cents) and maybe I should order from another place going forward. I also mentioned that our pizza didn't have extra cheese that I paid for. At this point he started to argue with me that he made it himself and it in fact did. Sorry I don't feel like arguing when I just called to get my .50 cents. Customer service is pretty non existent. Just comp a pizza for someone who orders 2-3 mo for 3 years. I just hung up on him after he started arguing with me because really again just trying to relax on my Friday night. Will order from elsewhere going forward. read more

I was so excited to see that they had a Keto crust so I ordered a Keto pizza and a regular deluxe pizza for my kids and husband. When I got to the restaurant for curbside pickup I called the number and was told half my order was ready just waiting for the other part. I then waited another 10 minutes. When I got home I discovered that the regular pizza was not half deluxe half cheese that I paid for instead it was half cheese and half sauce only it also appeared to be a thin crust pizza and I had ordered original crust. When I called to inquire if I had made an ordering error they confirmed that I had indeed ordered the pizza as it came. I explained that I was new to ordering from their place and got zero attempt at helping or making me want to order again. Maybe I'm wrong to think that if someone orders a deluxe pizza and somehow had cheese on half and sauce on the other half that it's odd??? To boot the pizza was cold when I finally got to eating. Don't wast your money or your time at this location. They get your order wrong and then tell you they'll take the $1 extra charge off. No thanks, keep the dollar and and hire better management. This was my first time at Zzeeks. I had heard good things about it. I don't recommend it. 1. I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Since I was 15 minutes away, that was perfect. We will call this time O for Order. 2. I arrive at O+18 minutes. I'm waiting for someone to get off the phone. I see my pizza. 3. At O+21 minutes, someone points out that the person is still on the phone and can someone help the people waiting. 4. At O+23 minutes I am told my pizza is ready but my EGs is not and it shouldn't be more than 5 minutes. 5. At O+27 minutes, I see someone holding my EGs passing me by. Then, finally the person helping me intercepts the EGs and gives it to me. 6. At O+30 minutes I am in my car eating pizza because I'm hungry, but it is already no longer hot. 7. At O+36 minutes, I am home eating room temperature pizza. 8. At O+37 minutes, I decide the pizza isn't even that great and I won't go back. Thank you! read more
