I've been wanting to try this wine bar/bistro since the day it opened. I just never seemed to hit it at the right time. Fortunately, it was open the day after Christmas at 1pm. What a lovely surprise! It's kind of hidden on Bay Street. It's behind the Restoration Hardware Gallery. You'll see the outdoor patio area on the left as you're exiting the food court. In fact, that appears to be the main entrance (or it was that day). There's another entrance next to the Shake Shack as well. The interior is very reminiscent of bistros in various parts of Europe. It's somewhat dark & moody with warm wood furnishings. The wine/coffee bar is the focal point. The seating is comfortable & diverse. There are also large tables set up for groups of people. It's definitely a great meeting place after a day of shopping. It's also great for couples on a date. I was the first one there that afternoon, and had my pick of tables. They have such a great wine list. I already knew what I wanted thanks to the great descriptions on the menu. The white wine flight is a pick of any 3 from the menu. I had a generous pour of a few French Sauvignon Blanc wines and a Blanc de Franc. It was my first time trying the latter white Cabernet Sauvignon. What a treat! I loved all 3, but my absolute favorite was the one from Domaine Doudeau-Léger. The service here was wonderful. Nina gave me some great suggestions when I asked about the toasts. I ended up choosing the Wild Truffled Mushroom one. It was delicious! The mushrooms were the star of the show. The subtle hint of truffle really brought out the natural flavors. I totally recommend this one. If you're a mushroom lover, there's a mushroom & pea soup that was also recommended. I couldn't leave without dessert. I think my only disappointment was that they didn't have the croissants ready. The Crème Brûlée one is popular as well as the Basque Burned Cheesecake. It would have taken an additional 30 minutes. I ended up getting the Pistachio Ricotta Cake. It turned out to be a good decision because the croissant would have been too filling for me. This cake was perfectly light and paired very well with the cappuccino. They serve Kimbo Italian espresso for all you coffee lovers out there. Even the small detail of having a delicious Italian biscotti cookie bite in the spoon was the perfect ending for me. I'm looking forward to more visits. Hopefully, I'll get to try that croissant dessert that everyone raves about. They serve brunch on the weekends. That's what I want to try the next time I'm at International Plaza. read more

**Door Dashers Beware** We love 10&10 and were regulars before they closed. We anxiously awaited their reopening in September and then we were met with disappointment when that didn't happen. Then excitement again when we saw the May reopening update. Last week we made a special trip to international mall to see where they moved to. We couldn't locate them but I saw that you could order door dash from them. So on a long shot a placed a pick up order with the hopes that I would get a message with the new location. Well that was a bad idea because all I got was $10 taken and no food or information. It stayed in the waiting for 10&10 to confirm my order screen until they closed and then it went to ordered picked up at 9:09 pm. I tried to get a refund with Door Dash but was denied due to their Credit Card terms and policy's so dashers beware. I hope that maybe they will come back to a physical location or even respond to this and get me the cheesecake I ordered. We miss the food, wine, staff and atmosphere. read more

My friends had both the ahi tuna and carpaccio shots and raved about them. -everything is beautifully presented -service is lovely. Came here on Friday night, it wasn't too busy, but we had a reservation. Place is very cool, looks very pleasant and modern. They only serve wine, no cocktails, I am pregnant so couldn't try any wines, but selection is huge, definitely would like to try some after baby arrives. Did have Italian soda that was pretty decent. We ordered Brie for appetizer and was absolutely amazing. My husband is not a fun of a Brie but he found it super tasty. I had octopus for the main and husband had short rib. We wanted to avoid driving home from Tampa airport in rush hour, so we turned to Yelp for a restaurant suggestion nearby. The highest rated - 5 stars across the board - was in International Plaza and was open! We entered this huge development- over 200 restaurants and stores- and found it just up the stairs from the Renaissance Hotel. The space is beautiful inside and out, with s large patio on the plaza and plenty of indoor seating. There are even two "living rooms" with couches and chairs to reserve for your party of 6-8 We were greeted warmly and seated promptly at 5pm on the patio. By 6 it was full. For good reason. I met a friend during their happy hour. It's semi hidden, but you do forget you're part of the mall. There was a big group there for an event, but they were able to seat us without a reservation. We were seated by what looked like a fireplace, with a high back cushy chair. I felt like I was in someone's living room than a restaurant- it was neat. The noise level wasn't too loud, especially considering there was a large group networking even happening right next to us. We ordered the Build your own charcuterie board, when we asked for suggestions our server merely told me it'll all go well together. We tried 10&10 after reading other reviews and were happy we did! We were welcomed and seated right away. We were pretty early, 530, so it wasn't very busy. Our waitress explained that it was happy hour and gave us some ideas of what to have. We weren't overly hungry so split the flatbread with prosciutto and arugula. It was amazing! Dessert was this chocolate goodness. Extremely rich and paired well with the red wine I was drinking. This restaurant is great if you are looking for a meal of reasonably priced tapas and wine. So sweet, so attentive, so welcoming and appreciative. It was a lovely experience start to finish. We ordered a board with three meats, three cheeses and some olives and almonds from the "extras". This was an exceptionally generous board. My husband and I almost couldn't finish it! Every item on that board was STELLAR right down to the bread and honey. To say that attention to detail is a priority to these folks is an understatement. There was love mixed into this board! So glad we were able to try this place. Service was super friendly, we are vegetarian and plenty of options here. Went with the truffle mushroom toast and veggie panini both were very tasty, fresh and flavorful. My husband and I went on a late lunch/early dinner date and decided to try 10 & 10 Enoteca. I loved the old world vibe to the space and the fact that it's not too big. We sat at a high top and met our server Gabrielle, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Per her suggestions we ordered (my favorite) Castelvetrano olives, the Caesar salad, beef carpaccio shoots, ahi tuna shoots, Italian Sausage & Ricotta toast and Wild Truffled Mushroom toast. The shoots come with 4 each but we didn't want 8 shooters lol so you can split the order which we did and we got 2 beef and 2 ahi tuna. They were fresh and delicious. My only suggestion would be to take them out of the glasses and put it onto a plate so you can really mix in the soy sauce and it's not just on the bottom. The Caesar salad was a great palette cleanser. The dressing was light and the fontina cheese was a nice addition. The toasts come with 2 nice size pieces and are perfect for sharing. My favorite of the two was the Italian sausage and ricotta while my husband loved the mushroom. We also had the pleasure of meeting and talking with the owner/operator, Bora. It was wonderful to get to know him and to hear how the restaurant came to be and its future. The menu at 10 & 10 Enoteca consists of small plates, cheese, charcuterie and an impressive selection of homemade baked goods and desserts. There are a few sandwiches and salads on the menu, but most of the dishes are appetizers and light nibbles. The atmosphere has a sexy European flair. Light jazz music covers of pop music played in the background. We started off our visit with an excellent bottle of Bordeaux that was fairly priced at $65. The mixed olives, burrata, chef's mixed cheese and charcuterie platter, croissants, and grilled cheese sandwich were all delicious. Everything was super fresh and was made with high quality ingredients. After trying the warm croissants I knew we had to order espresso and dessert. There isn't a place like this on Bay Street. This wine bar has a great Parisian vibe to unwind after work. it's super quiet and not as crowded and rowdy like most of the other places around. The menu is small so if you are a picky eater, stick to the drinks menu. I ordered the burrata salad and the octopus. The octopus came out piping hot. (I love when that happens!). I drank the $10 glass of the Domaine Martinoles, Pays D'Oc France 2021. Sam helped pick out the French Cab, which was very kind of her; she's a sweetheart. It was delicious and easy to drink is an understatement! I could drink it all day! Drinking it was a smooth beautiful magenta river, a perfectly balanced nectar..
