First visit and had such a wonderful experience. The food is amazing! We decided to try 101. Plenty of parking and upon check in wait time was only about 20-25 mins on Monday around 7pm. I would recommend reservations for dinner moving forward (just in case). It's a great space and loved the sound of all the options on the Summer menu options. We surprisingly both went for a variation of the Mac n Cheese! We started our meal with the 101 DEVILED EGGS ($8.95) - Crispy Prosciutto, Fried Capers & Smoked Paprika. I am a big fan of the crispy prosciutto which i first thought was bacon. The fabulous HOUSEMADE MACARONI & CHEESE ($12.95) comes with a Six-Cheese Mornay Sauce, Mini Rigatoni & Toasted Breadcrumbs (as described in the menu). My partner had his Mac n Cheese topped with SRIRACHA SLAB BACON (+ $8.95). This is a favorite from staff recommendations. I had the my Mac n Cheese with the PARMESAN BREADED CHICKEN (+ $6.50). Definitely recommend and the parm was a perfect addition to the dish. We decided we couldn't pass on dessert and went with the BOURBON PEACH BUTTER CAKE ($6.75). The Bourbon Peach Sauce was perfect and the Vanilla Ice Cream & Mint made the dessert. So very good food and made for a nice dinner out. And special shout out to Mark S., he is awesome server! Truly an amazing find. Easy to find off of I71, right near Polaris... the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. What cannot be praised enough was the quality of the food. From appetizer to entree, this store was unparalleled. I would recommend to anyone, and will be back again soon. Try the homemade tots. They are to die for. We also had the hanger steak and the pork chop. 101 also has am extensive drink menu ranging from local craft beers, to exotic, limited releases, to mead, to cocktails. 5 stars isn't enough praise for this restaurant. This is one of our favorite stops in Columbus!!! We love the menu changes by season as well as the beer selection changes each season. The wait staff is attentive but not smothering. If you need something they will get it for you but they aren't hovering over you constantly. We love the atmosphere in this place. The music choices are great and never cease to add to our experience. My husband had the brisket sandwich and rated it a 10/10. He's much harsher than I am. Lol. Go here!!! Super cute spot, first time in! Food service was very quick, our server was decent, wasn't very talkative, not much personality. I ordered a Margarita, was not very strong at all, sour & could hardly taste the tequila. Not pictured but I got the housemade tator tots and those were bomb! Very soft, but also crunchy on the outside, loved the aioli drizzled. For my entree I got salmon BLT and parmesan fries. The salmon was cooked perfectly with great flavor! 101 BK never disappoints! The decor is rustic but very tasteful. They have a seasonal menu, but also have their classic items like the Ale & Cheddar Soup or Loaded Housemade Tots. In the summer, the Watermelon Salad is AMAZING. We are always greeted by warm and friendly staff, and they are great about offering honest opinions of menu recommendations. We have never had a bad experience, and go quite often. The one thing I wish is that they bring back their pea soup and jalapeño cornbread! I still have dreams about that duo, and it's been gone for years! Their beer selection is always on point and their crafted cocktails are superb. I feel that the quality and value is excellent. They do not carry commercial beer so if that's your thing, you'll need to broaden your horizons and try a new microbrew. read more

First off, we absolutely LOVE 101 Beer Kitchen and have visited every location in Central Ohio at this point. They have a rustic industrial craft vibe from the moment you walk through the door. Always very friendly and welcoming. Loved that this site had an outside patio also which was where we sat. We ordered their tots which are just the most delicious things ever created haha. The sriracha cream sauce is my favorite and I get it for my fries too. For dinner I was thrilled that they brought back the tortilla crusted chicken sandwich, my fav! However, it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive and they brought the appetizer at the same time as the entree - the cardinal sin of dining. Visited on a Tuesday evening, the place was moderately busy but open tables for walk ins. Got there before my group and enjoyed a great breakfast stout at the bar. Bar service was good and happy hour prices were reasonable. Joined my group at the table and had tater tots, flat bread, and butternut squash perogies. All were good with unique flavor. Although good, they were served warm, not hot. The entree I chose was the scallops, also good but could have been warmer. The highlight of the evening was dessert. The selection was limited with just 3 choices, all were very good and served hot after a longer wait. The banana foster style butter cake was by far the best. Butternut squash pierogi - I can't even describe how good the filling was. The caramelized onion and wilted spinach accompaniment were scraped off the plate. The filet was perfectly cooked. Risotto cakes were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Brown butter gnocchi were soft and fluffy and deliciously sauced. Truly everything we ate was delicious. This time I went for the salads we loved them; fresh ingredients, the salmon was espectacular and perfectly cooked and the souther salad is a most try. When we arrived the hostess was not very enthusiastic or helpful. She told us to pick a high top around the bar. She didn't even check first... so we walk over there and none available. I love the food but when I asked if I could get half of a salad I was told no. I really think with how good the food is and so many great options you should be able get half portions that way you can try more foods without wasting it. The restrooms are small and it could use a few more stalls. It would also be more helpful for if the staff wore name badges. read more

We are just passing through on a long road trip and staring overnight in the area. Did a quick search of the area for brew pub fare and found this gem. Compared a number of menu's in the area and 101 Craft Kitchen's menu won hands down. While we deeply considered the Beef Carpaccio, we went lighter with the Heirloom Tomato Caprese.
