Worst service. First time here and for the prices it is not worth the headache. First the waitress forgets about our table entirely. The drinks came out 45 min after we ordered, then serves our main dish right after without bringing the appetizers we ordered. They took the main dishes away once we said we didn't have our appetizers, just to bring it out 10 min later cold. We told them the plates were cold, and we were told we would get a new plate. Not even 5 min later, they bring back the exact same one!! (We knew this because the meat was still cut just "put" back together to look whole again!!!!). Would give no stars if I could. Celebratory dinner was ruined. read more

This place was great. Lots of gf options. I had a juicy burger on a gf bun with roasted Brussels sprouts. They even brought me fresh baked gf bread with yummy garlic butter while I waited. The manager brings out all gf orders and reiterated that it's gf so there are no mistakes. I highly recommend this place for anyone with any good allergy. Food was okay, I've been to the Haverhill/Plaistow location previously and had a great experience so I was looking forward. We had a reservation so we didn't need to wait. Drinks where mixed well. No mentions of specials, but as we finished our meals, specials were mentioned to other parties around us.. Beef stroganof was lacking flavor for some reason. The chicken piccatta had potential to be great.. minus the previously frozen chicken patty thrown on top, what? That's right, a Mc'D's chicken patty thrown on top.. and that was the chicken in my piccatta. Fortunately I had a gift card and didn't have to pay for any of it. For the prices, I would expect more. Not real impressed...... Went to the 110 before attending the TSO concert. Waitress was pleasant enough, but didn't really seem to have a clue as to what was going on. Food came and was....OK, I guess. Drinks were horrible (I ordered a Tom Collins, which came and was...purple and tasted like straight gin). Then the bill came, and for what we had and the quality of it I very much felt like we were being hosed. These places need to understand one thing.... This was my first experience with them, and I can safely say it will be my last. Stopped in for a quick beer on a quiet Sunday night to give this place a second shot. Bartender ignored me for a while and just did side work when I sat down at an almost empty bar, and later I sat with an empty glass and a credit card next to my bill for half an hour while he walked right by me easily a dozen times. A new favorite. Great for small or larger groups and for a quick drink at the bar. I've had several of the appetizers and the calamari was the best. The goat cheese and beet salad was my favorite until I had the roasted red pepper vegetarian pasta - amazing! But the real winner of my five stars is the dirty martini with blue cheese olives (ask for extra!). Those olives are perfection and I find myself thinking about them on the reg. When our party of 3 first arrived we waited several minutes, however, there was no hostess to seat us. After asking a server at the bar if we were to wait or seat ourselves, the waitress apologized at took us to a table. She seated us in her section, and very apologetic and very attentive. As we sat down, another patron clued is in to a cocktail that wasn't on the menu...the Pistachio Martini. What a great recommendation! Others in our part ordered the Clementine Martini & Chocolate Martini. The Clementine Martini was delicious as was the Chocolate, although beware...the Chocolate Martini is nothing but alcohol...delicious but strong! Our food was good...the shrimp scampi, chicken cordon blue sandwich & steak salad. However, the prosciutto and fig flatbread appetizer was a hit! We took my daughter and her friends from college here for dinner on Saturday night, We were a party of 11 and the overall experience was excellent. Our table was ready when we arrived, Taylor was our server and she was friendly and attentive. We had everything we needed quickly and efficiently. We had a reservation for an outdoor table on Thursday evening. We walked into the restaurant and saw not one but two hostesses not wearing masks. One of them had it hanging off her left ear, the other no sign of one anywhere. Even if they took a break once you see customers you should immediately put the mask on. No effort whatsoever. So I am already horrified and then I look to the bar area, bartender was not wearing a mask and then I saw food runners serving food to people without masks on! We turned around and walked right out. I said "I can't eat here" and the hostess looks at me with a blank stare and asks me why. I tell her because none of the staff Including the two of you are not wearing masks. This restaurant should be reported to the department of health. Absolutely appalling given we are in the middle of an active global pandemic. I will never patronize any of their restaurants and have told all of my family and friends do to for the same. read more

I had eaten at the 110 grill in Stratham. I was in Manchester for a couple of appts and thought I'd grab a salad to eat when I got home to Epping. I called on my way to the restaurant to place the order. After waiting on hold for 6 1/2 minutes I arrived at the restaurant so I hung up and went inside to order. It took the person at the front 10 minutes to seat the couple ahead of me. She kept saying "just a second" and would go off to do something. When I finally had a chance to order (the 110 Cyprus salad) I asked for the dressing on the side as well as a second container of dressing. It took another 15 minutes to get the salad which only had one dressing in the bag. I spoke to the manager and explained my disappointment with the whole process. He listened and then told me he would get me another dressing however he never came back. When I got home I realized they had already put the dressing on the salad. I always enjoy myself, the service and the food when my husband and I eat at the Stratham restaurant. I can definitely say I will never eat at the Manchester restaurant again. read more

Absolute garbage. We were headed there on a Wednesday night. Called ahead to see if we needed a reservation, woman on the phone said just walk-in. We arrive and request a table for 7. There are three woman at the hostess podium, they act as though they are figuring out where to seat us. We wait for ten minutes, meanwhile they seat a couple and then a party of 7 in front of us. Finally I ask if we can sit down now, its not busy in there. Now, there's only one of the women there. She acts as if we are new arrivals?!? Then, a different woman comes back to inform us that there's only one table in the whole empty place that will fit 7 people, but we'll have to be done in just over an hour, for a reservation at 6:15. Did you really just ignore us for 10 minutes, then tell us there was a time limit on sitting at a table in your big, empty restaurant?!?!? Oh, after we called ahead to see if a reservation was required. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

Our family eats out a LOT. We love good food and great service and we know a well run restaurant. I worked in the industry so I am pretty up-to-date on how a good restaurant is run and how a good manager handles a problem. So here is the situation and you can judge for yourself. We went in on a Sunday for lunch. They were not very busy but it took a while for us to get our order placed. My kids both got the specials that included meatballs. One had pasta with meatballs and the other had meatball sliders. I ordered a bowl of chili. When the manger brings over my chili its small. I look at it and say, "is this a bowl?" Without even looking at me she mumbles something along the lines of yep. She then walks away. The waitress then walks up and says, that is not a bowl- that's a cup but let me fix it for you. Perfect response. No problem there. We then cut in to my sons meatballs. They are RAW. Not even rare. I mean like they need way way more time to cook. The manager came back over and took the meatballs we had removed from his pasta and he proceed to eat the pasta while waiting for the meatballs to return cooked. For the sliders order 2 of the 3 were edible. By the time the food was returned my husband and I were done eating and my son had eaten all his pasta and was pretty much done with being there. We asked for our bill. The manager never came back over. Never offered us anything, a dessert, maybe to take the kids meals off??? Nothing. I am sorry but when you serve someone something that is not edible you really should bend over backwards to make amends. On the way out the hostess told me this manager was not a normally there and she thought maybe she was there training the other managers. I sure as hell hope not cause she needs to go to training herself. Our waitress on the other hand was kind and really felt bad. read more

I was extremely disappointed in both the manager and several members of the wait staff. I saw many with either their masks pulled down below their chins, or not wearing them at all. I also witnessed the cook staff not wearing masks. This is disgusting to see during a pandemic. When I spoke with the manager addressing this issue, he informed me that it is not required, it is simply recommended. I think that this restaurant needs to take public health more seriously, and I will not be going back until they do. read more

So we made a reservation for 3 people for 7:45 p.m. and got there early. Had drinks at the bar. Quick service and my wife ordered a lemon drop martini (perfect). We were seated about 1/2 hour early. MIKE was our server... we ordered spinach dip and buffalo wings. Mike brought us some bread and garlic butter (Absolutely amazing)! Our buffalo wings came with the spinach dip. The buffalo wings could have used a little more crisp but they were AMAZING anyway. The spinach dip was incredible. Ordered the steaks tips (Mikes idea) great choice. Cooked medium, with fresh broccoli and real mashed potatoes!!!! My wife got the chicken pesto (fresh homemade pasta, juicy tomatoes, chicken was tender and pesto was great. Another I. Our party ordered the vegetarian stir fry (outstanding flavor), fresh vegetables, great sauce (all homemade). We will defiantly be back, hopefully we get Mike!!! Wasn't sure what to think of this place from the outside but we got a coupon at a restaurant night downtown and so we decided why not try it. I am a vegetarian and they have a vegetarian section on the menu which is cool! I ended up getting a grilled cheese and tomato since it was rainy and gross out, it seemed like the perfect thing. The grilled cheese had regular cheese as well as goat cheese, so that was different! I really liked it. Our server Ari was very attentive without hovering and made sure our drinks were refilled in a timely manner. We will definitely be back. read more

I was here for dinner with my friend and I had the best experience. The food was great and our server, Angel, really put my experience over the top. I was meeting a friend who I hadn't seen in a while so we took our time. Angel gave us all the time, was very patient and waited on us the entire time. The food was excellent. We recently ate here to try a new place out. Very good food but the service was surprisingly slow. Food took awhile to come out but the servers had to be flagged down for a water or drink refill. Just had dinner here....fastest service I've ever received in a restaurant! Started with the Asian calamari, which was amazing. Had the seasonal salad with chicken, also great. Great restaurant! Wonderful ambience. We sat outside and it was perfect! Both our meals were delicious and wait staff was wonderful, very attentive without hanging over us. I had the shrimp, my portions wer a nice size and I loved the jasmine rice and the caesar salad that came with it. We tried the Margaritas with our meal and they were done perfect. Excellent experience here! My husband and I randomly picked this restaurant as we were passing through Manchester. This is one of my all-time top experiences with an allergy friendly restaurant. As someone with multiple dietary restrictions, it was amazing to find that the majority of the menu was accessible to me and the staff was very knowledgeable on options for me.
