We went to 110 Grill on a very very busy night. We were told the wait was an hour and decided to stick it out and wait for a table. The manager was so accommodating and professional. He came to check in with us multiple times while we waited and also gave us a complimentary appetizer. I like the 110 Grill but its a little pricey. Nicely appointed dining room, service was above average and friendly. I had the fried dill pickles and the 110 Cuban Sandwich, both very tasty. Among the best Cuban sandwiches I have ever eaten. My sister had the crab/cheese dip and a cheeseburger. Neither were disappointed. Not a huge menu, but sufficient choices and good service. We enjoyed the food and drinks. Drinks were great, my steak was unfortunately well done even though I had ordered medium. The cod was good, the risotto tasteful but could have better texture. Quite concerning was the fact that not all personnel incl. waiters and the hostess were wearing face masks and came uncomfortably close to guests. We recently held a baby shower for our daughter at the 110 Grille Manchester location. I was introduced to Nicole Eaton, the event planner and from our first meeting to the day of our event, she made the entire process so simple! I would book another event here with Nicole in a minute. She is awesome!!! On the day of our event, Elizabeth was super helpful in getting the initial set up done, then Samara and Malika took over as our servers and and were amazing!!! They (with Nicole's help) were spot on and so helpful to all our guests needs. They kept an eye on all the food and beverages and were always checking with us - the food was so fabulous as well. All of our guests were so pleased with the entire event! Thank you all so much!!! Our family has been there in several occasions for dinner as well and each time have had excellent experiences!! This is probably my least favorite restaurant in Manchester. With so many choices why would I want to go to an over priced underwhelming chain restaurant. The food is mediocre. The prices are way to high. And the staff is under qualified to serve in the environment they are trying to put out there. Elm street does not need this type of restaurant. We went for happy hour after work and had very enjoyable experience! We sat at the large horseshoe shaped bar where there is plenty of seating and it didn't feel at all like the seating was tight (some restaurants try to cram too many seats at the bar). The bartenders were very attentive and welcoming and really knew their stuff. We started with the Yellowfin Tuna and Firecracker Shrimp appetizers. The tuna was very tender and flavorful, but maybe go a little lighter on the accompanying sauces that are drizzled over the top. I only say that because I want to taste the actual tuna. It was still a delicious dish though. My favorite had to be the shrimp. The shrimp were huge and had a very, very light batter on them that gave a light crunch, but did not overwhelm the actual shrimp. I would suggest however to maybe make the dipping sauce a little less sweet and maybe add a little more heat. We also had the Asian Calamari which were again lightly battered and tender with the same dipping sauce as the shrimp and we had the short rib flatbread. I have to admit the flatbread was overcooked which made it difficult to cut and a bit on the chewy side and it was lacking in the short rib department. We ended with the Coconut Key Lime dessert which was to die for! Just the right amount of tart and sweet and was layered parfait style in a mason jar. They provided you with long handled spoons so that you could get all the way to the bottom. I would go back just for that dessert! All in all, a great experience and is definitely on my list for a return visit. read more

This place is good - the atmosphere is good, the food is good. If you have a gluten allergy, it's really nice because ALL of their fried food is gluten free (so y'all can have onion rings, and fried clams, and all sorts of stuff you've been unable to eat for so long). The prices can sometimes be a little high, and if you get something a little higher end than the sandwiches and fried stuff, it can be hit or miss - the more casual fare is really good (the cheesesteak, the fried stuff, the fried pickles etc)... the "fancier" entrees can sometimes be really good and sometimes leave something to be desired. They're often a little underportioned, and sometimes the sauces are weird - like the sauce on the steak tips is weird, and it's pretty tough to mess up steak tips. Overall it's good tho! But I'd stick to the casual fare :) read more

We were in town for a conference and saw the good Yelp reviews, so four of us went there for dinner around 4 p.m. on a Saturday. The place is huge, with seating for both large and small groups. In that time 3 different couples went up and asked if their table was ready to which they replied they'd been passed because they called their name and did not get an answer. The appetizer was incredible but my to-order medium rare burger was well done. The hostess's were very polite however my server disappeared and left us waiting for the check for 20+ minutes and even the hostess appeared to be unable to find him. Never again. Called to make a reservation for in 20 minutes (travel time from home to restaurant) and they said they couldn't make a reservation if it was under two hours. I asked if I show up in 20 mintues will there be a table or a wait and they said no wait there are plenty of tables. Well, my luck, I got there in 20 mins and the hostess said the wait was 1 HOUR & 30 MINS! I could have waited at home thats why I called ahead of time! We frequent the 100 Grill's different locations because they have a FANTASTIC gluten free menu that is not just an after thought like many restaurants. We visited the location in Manchester last night for my birthday dinner. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and promptly seated. The area where we were seated was only 1/4 full, with 3 other tables occupied. We waited for a server to come take our drink order or to even simply acknowledge that we were there (hey-I'm sure they are busy and short staffed, so a quick, "I'll be with you in a moment" goes a long way). We waited for 20 minutes, no server came by and the female server in the section servicing the other tables, continued to walk by us and never even made eye contact. We went to the host stand to see what the issue was and they were very apologetic and seated us in a different section. One of the managers, Mac, was sincere in apologizing for the issue and took our orders immediately. All was good at that point. Now here is the WOW part of our experience, our server Maddie was awesome, attentive and friendly. Mac checked in with us a few times to ensure we had everything we needed. We were offered a free dessert for our troubles, which was very kind of them. In the end, Mac ended up comping us not only our cocktails, but also a dessert. We were a little embarrassed by the generous offer as it wasn't necessary, but grateful for it. We know how working with the public is lately, people are just mean and inpatient, so we did not need or expect anything. To top it off, another manager, Sarah, came over as we were paying our check and apologized and handed us a $25 gift card to visit again. Talk about customer satisfaction recovery, this team at 110 Grill is clearly trained in customer service and are empowered by their managers and corporate to do more than the bare minimum to wow the customer. We decided to try out this new restaurant for our anniversary dinner. We had a wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back! The food was fresh (from scratch), delicious, and the presentation of each course was gorgeous. We had an appetizer, meals and dessert and we were shocked with how good ALL of them were! They really pay attention to detail here. Our server Michelle was very pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. We were also happy to see they offered delicious vegetarian options. We had been to this 110 grill approximately three months ago and had a pleasant experience. However, this evening was a different story. My starter salad had rotten ends at the bottom of the salad. The service was extremely slow for initial drinks and our appetizer took approximately 55 minutes to get to the table after reminding our server and another server. After only having it for 5 minutes, our entrees were served. Although the manager took my rotten salad off the bill, it was still unacceptable quality and service. The main entrees were decent, but the overall experience was much less than what I've experienced at other locations and not worth the price charged. It took more than 10 minutes for the server to come back to grab my credit card after having my hand out for that long to get it processed and had to give it to another person. We could not get out of there quick enough this evening. I'll spend my money at other restaurants on Elm Street from here on. read more

I came here for the first time last night during the Patriots game. The drinks, appetizers, and dinner were extremely good and so was the service. They were even able to offer a full GF menu.
