Came in with my Son at 12 noon. Was asked to wait, even though there are plenty of tables. Turns out the management thinks it's a good idea to have wait staff start during the lunch rush and not before. So everyone waits until the staff is done doing what they need to for their shift. @110 maybe you should be waiting on us, and not us on you? Odd business model or just a manager who can't make schedules? Either way it's a crappy way to greet people who are looking to spend money at your establishment. read more

As an out of stater I would strongly recommend dining here. Make a reservation, even on a week night. We had a party of 14 and they took care of us fabulously. The atmosphere is nice. Not too loud, not to quiet, low light with carrying colors and textures of decor. The menu had various items to suite all diners. From pizza, pasta, sea food to burgers. Our group ordered several appetizers: spinach dip, bbq chicken nachos and calamari. All were fabulous. If I had to choose one again it would be the nachos. I was recommended by a local to get the pulled pork Mac n cheese for the entree. I was not disappointed! A generous portion and it was nicely plated. I would have that dish again. Our service was perfect. The server was polite, efficient and attentive. We were there for quite awhile and she never made us feel rushed or intrusive. Price wise it was on the high side for what I am used to. But delicious. If I lived closer it would be a nice place for date night. read more

I went to 110 Grill Marlborough with my mentor while on a day trip to Apex Entertainment. I went here first to stop and have lunch before Apex. It was AWESOME. I got the GF 110 Classic Cheeseburger plain with sweet potato fries, DELICIOUS. The complimentary roll, AWESOME. Overall experience: OUTSTANDING! I would go to this location all the time if I didn't live over an hour away! read more

Arianna our server was great! She seated us outside during lunch (during Covid-19) and made sure that our orders were correct. We had the Maple BBQ Wings that were fantastic. We have had them at the 110 in Hudson and they were not cooked well, so we tried them in Marlborough and they were perfect. We had the Angus steak, cheese, mushrooms, pepers and onions on a great roll. Everything came out hot and Ariana checked on us frequesntly and got us the refills for our drinks pronto. I was very happy and curious that this place was open! I met up with coworkers there after some had come into the office the night before raving about the chimichurri and the avocado tuna dishes. I ended up trying the beet salad with tuna and shared the chimichurri steak with fries. Both were so delicious and very tasty. I highly recommend! Definitely makes it hard to think of trying something different the next time I get to visit. I am from out of town, San Diego to be exact, and will definitely be planning to visit for my 2nd time the next time I am out here. The cherry on top was our server, Britt! She was awesome and very personable. While providing excellent service, she was not shy to multi-task and get to know our table a little. Very nice experience! We went on a Friday at 7:30 PM and it was moderately busy, but we were seated right away at a nice booth. The hostess was welcoming. Our server was David and he was excellent and attentive without being overbearing, which I really appreciate. He was quick to offer recommendations when requested and gave opinions when questioned about specific dishes. The bread (served warm) with herbed butter was very tasty. We had the crab rangoon dip which was very rich. If you love rich food you will really enjoy that, and if you don't then you would want to avoid. For entrees we had the beef stroganoff and pulled pork mac and cheese and both were quite tasty. The stroganoff had large pieces of meat that you could really sink your teeth into (not just minuscule pieces here and there). And the mac and cheese was quite perfect. It was not overbearing in the cheese department and was relatively on the lighter side as far as mac and cheese goes (which was a refreshing change). They put a generous serving of pulled pork on top (very tasty) and then add another generous amount of shoe-string onion rings. To top it off, they drizzle it lightly with BBQ sauce and ranch. The combo really worked and I ate a good 3/4 of it before I was too stuffed to finish. We will definitely be back. My husband was thrilled to see an alternative to Tavern in the Square (1.5 miles away) that is more high end with a nicer atmosphere, better service, and better food. read more

I was recommended by my friend. This place is known for their burgers. I ordered lamp in medium well cooked. It tastes fine, little salty for me though. Five stars for the environment, 4 stars for the food, 3 stars for their waitress. If you happened to be around, it is not a bad choice. read more

I love 110 Grill in general, and even though there is one only a few minutes away in Berlin, it's a great addition to this to-be-fabulous complex of shops, restaurants and living spaces in Marlborough. 110 Grill isn't a typical chain restaurant, it's much more "high class" without the big ticket prices. This specific location is the newest (opened on Tuesday 10/17), and I'm quite surprised no one else has reviewed it already! Service is off to a great start and all employees are friendly, kind and helpful. Cleanliness is fabulous and throughout all of the 110 Grill locations that I have been to the layout was the best coordinated for the most amount of people and most appealing seating arrangement (not a fan of the booths right next to the noisy kitchen at the Berlin location). Food came put efficiently, and was typical of 110 Grill, flavorful and extremely filling. They have such a great assortment of burgers and sandwiches, that I end up trying something new every time. Plus, the bread is a great starter... no appetizer needed here ever. The bread is just too great, especially considering that no where else that I am aware of even has garlic butter. I don't even have to ask myself if it's worth coming back to. With only one week down (not even!) they are already doing amazing! Great job 110 Grill Marlborough! Located right off Route 20 in the APEX Center on Apex Drive. Lots of construction going on currently, but not enough to keep away! 5 stars. read more

But the waitresses on the other hand, were a little bit mentally slow.(It took me 15 minutes to get one scoop of ice cream and the restaurant wasn't even that busy.) Don't get the nachos. A mountain of dry, salty, straight-from-the-bag chips with little to no toppings. First reaction was "I thought these had bbq chicken?" They did; maybe one measily spoonful. Not impressed with the overdone cheese, dry black beans, corn, and banana peppers all covered in bbq and ranch sauce. Decent beer selection hindered by a swamped and barely responsive bar staff. This is the 2nd 110 Grill I've been to and similarly unimpressed. Good ambience but some major problems w/ the food prep..... The weird Mac-n-cheese thing had 'pulled pork' but I make my own pulled pork and this was some of the most overcooked, deconstructed pulled pork I've ever seen. Texture of baby food. The onion rings were already Luke warm and starting to become unappetizing. The Mac-n-cheese itself was pretty good though. The other meat dish of steak tips was also 'mushy'. I think they over marinated the meat in their sauce and it started breaking down the meat. Very nasty. So they bring a replacement for the tips in the form of a chicken Caesar salad. I kid you not, they included 3 !!!!!! separate whole lettuce bottoms. The chicken was a lot of bones and cartilage and disgusting. The manager was nice enough to comp both of those but stopped short of any additional comp (like dessert). And to top that off, I observed someone in the kitchen not following procedure (I'll spare you the gory details of that) regarding gloves and food handling/safety. So not a repeat. They need to get their kitchen manager more on the ball. read more

Updating my review based on me dining here for the second time My second visit at this location: Stopped in last night with a friend and we both had the "Classic Cheeseburger" - Excellent Prompt Service - Waitress was friendly and helpful - Burgers were delicious; moist and the toppings were fresh and flavorful - We did not want to have fries with our burgers. The waitress suggested the Brussel sprouts and they were amazing My first visit to this location : Absolutely horrible dish: Vegetarian Stir Fry No quality control happening here at all. The dish had very few vegetables in the serving, it was simply a bowl of noodles swimming in a pool of hoisin sauce. We ordered two of these and both were prepared the exact same way. This is the menu listing Vegetarian Stir Fry SOBA NOODLES TOSSED IN HOISIN TERIYAKI WITH SAUTÉED SNAP PEAS, CARROTS, CUCUMBERS AND RED PEPPERS, FINISHED A SRIRACHA AIOLI DRIZZLE. Overall - Excellent service; our waiter was pleasant - Drinks came fast and beers selection was solid - The place seemed busy. I have been to this restaurant several times and have had a great experience BUT my family went last night for my adult sons birthday. What a disappointment. The service was fair but the food was mediocre at best. I paid $25 for a 1/4 inch thick piece of swordfish and was the happiest in the group with my meal. My mom and daughter both had the the shrimp and clam sauce pasta and stated it was tasteless. My husband had beef stroganoff that resembled a chopped salad. Everyone's plates went back with food on them. I guess I will be more of a Burton's gal in the future. read more

I wish I didn't have to write this but unfortunately it needs to be said. The COOKS HERE SUCK! My husband, cousin and I went out to eat last night and the experience was just all messed up cause our food sucked. I could make our meals better blindfolded. My husband got a steak cooked medium brought out legit hard as a rock well done I don't even know how he got his knife through the steak. His sides were cold like came out the fridge freezing as did my sides and my cousins. We told the waitress and she was AMAZING as well as the manager was super nice about it too. The two stars are only there because of how well they handled the situation but it just messes up our whole dinner we barely ate. I love 110 - but I love the one in Hopkinton. For some reason, this marlboro location was just really off their game, not sure why you put in the B team on a Saturday night. I ordered a NY strip medium rare and it came medium well in some spots and well done with zero pink in most spots. I would much rather a steak come rare than over cooked. I ordered a side of Demi glacé for an extra $3 for a tiny portion, and it was NOT demi glacé. I asked the bartender if they gave me the wrong sauce and she came back from the kitchen relaying the chef said it was fine. Look bro, I know my steak sauces and grease/oil is not demi glacé. The bartender was very sweet and comped us a round a drinks, but it's a crime to serve someone a $35 steak that's well done instead of medium rare and grease as a "sauce". But at least my jawline is sharper from all the excess chewing I had to do. read more

I don't even know where to start...I would NOT recommend this place. I would give 0 review if that was possible. My two kids and I went here after spending time at Apex, we thought we could grab dinner at 110 Grill. First, we asked if we could sit outside as they had empty tables and we were told we couldn't, okay no problem- we sat inside. We waited about 10-15 minutes before anyone came to our table to at least offer us water (the place wasn't busy at all so you know). When someone finally showed up, we asked for drinks and pretty much gave him our food order as the same time as we knew what we wanted to eat. He brought us our drinks and that was pretty it. He never came back to check on us or update us on what was taking so long for our food to come out (we ordered two orders of burgers/fries and kid Mac n cheese). After waiting for an hour, we asked another staff to find our server, who took another 10 minutes to show up. We asked what was going on and he literally shrugged his shoulders telling us he didn't know- he didn't offer any explanation or at least offer to check with kitchen staff...nothing. So I just asked for the check for our drinks so we could leave (I ordered pearberry for myself, orange juice for my youngest and sprite for my older child and total came to $13.00). He brought the check out, left on the table and left without a word. After 1.5 hours of sitting without any communication or assistance or food...we paid our $13.00 bill and left. I had to stop by at Wendy's to get food because we were hungry and it was late to go anywhere else. We are so, so disappointed of the treatment we received as customers. What a joke! I truly hope this establishment view their customer service policy, sooner than later. Awful experience. read more

Really good spot in Marlborough for lunch. The food is higher end than a normal pub, but it's not as stuffy as a higher end place. It's my go to spot for business lunches/dinners: they have something for everyone, great drinks, and the menu changes pretty regularly. read more
