Went here for the first time. Was extremely disappointed. We ordered buffalo Mac n cheese, a buffalo chicken flatbread and for an app we ordered the calamari. We never received our app. The buffalo Mac n cheese was watery, tasteless and pieces of the chicken were cold. Returned the dish. The replacement dish had some melted cheese at the bottom of the dish with the noodles on top with a few pieces of chicken thrown on top of that. Went with party of 4 people. People who ordered salads were very pleased with their lunches. Unfortunately I ordered the turkey burger which was incredibly dry. I opened the bun and turned patty over and it was black, totally burnt. This should never have made it out of the kitchen. Couldn't even eat it. Someone else was picking up tab, so I didn't sent it back. I left it uneaten with the burnt side up, waitress removed plate without even asking why over half the burger was untouched. read more

very disappointed with my gluten free Mac and cheese with chicken. I ordered extra sauce because Mac and cheese is sometimes too dry and needs extra sauce. it came dry anyway, and the cheese sauce had hardly any taste. paid $6 to add chicken and the piece was SO small and thin, more or less like a butterflied half of piece of chicken. the Mac and cheese portion was very small as you can see by the picture. The service at the bar for some is horrible. Food is not prepared well, like the spinach artichoke dip in a bread bowl is so non function dip is good, chips are really stale and not hot. The bread bowl diminishes the dish. I am a 40 year industry veteran and this place needs a lot of help. Good Luck! read more

I was here during lunch time on a week day. I had the crab rangoon dip and The "cure" burger. The burger was sub-par at best. I asked for well done and this meat was as pink as can get. Did not taste fresh. In fact I had one bite and did not eat anymore of it. Demi glace was revolting and flavourless. Bun was dry and also flavourless. Crab rangoon dip was tasty, however, the ratio of dip to the accompaniments of chips, celery and bread was not great. I finished the dip and had so many chips and naan bread leftover. It would have been nicer to have more dip or less "stuff" for a more balanced ratio. Price-wise, this appetizer cost $15 for mostly potato crisps and there are several entrees on the menu for about the same price. (E.g: the "Cure" burger is $15.50). So better off skipping apps and getting straight to the main course! Overall, food was just okay. 3/5 at most but more like 2/5 due to that sub-standard burger. Some other not-so-good points: -Not too busy given it was lunch time and covid. The staff members were chatting and laughing very loud at the back/side kitchen area and the noises were trickling to the bar area/ booths with the high seats. Super unprofessional. Even the music they had playing was not hiding the noises from the back. (In addition to the laughing/talking there was also "kitchen" noises, of utensils/dishes being handled) -I was seated at a booth and it took about 10-15 minutes for the waiter to come and ask me what I wanted to eat/drink! I came here to 110 Grill because they are known for pretty standard food. Maybe my visit was just a random, one-off bad day they were having. Who knows. It was certainly sub-standard though. So I was in the area for a couple of nights and decided to go to this place on one of my co-worker's suggestions and it was definitely worth it. The place was quite packed and there was about 20-minute wait for a table of two. It took about 25 mins when we got our table. The server was polite and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and food option. They have plenty of options for vegetarian people as well which was a huge plus. I ordered their vegetarian stir-fry based on the recommendation from there server and it was amazing. I have not tried other options there but will definitely go again and try other food option. read more

Hostess kept us waiting for 40mins and than said it's gonna be 30mins more because they are not sitting walkIns but she was good enough to talk to her manager and arrange seating for us. Our waitress was very sweet, our experience was tarnished by the kitchen staff. We were seating across from the open kitchen and there was a chef or God knows who he was but whoever he was I think he had a big head and a loud mouth it was very irritating to hear him talk and scream so loudly. Staff should know better especially when the kitchen is open. There are many restaurants in MA with an open kitchen and this is my first bad experience with an open kitchen. All in all a 5 star to the hostess, 5 star to the Waitress, 5 Star to the food but a ZERO star to the kitchen staff for being so loud and ruining peoples over all experience. read more

First time here. Apparently they have 15 locations in MA and one in Albany, NY. Great atmosphere, large bar if you like eating at the bar. Seats around 30 around the bar. The staff was friendly and talkative. They have just about 32 beers on tap and a pretty decent food menu to accommodate many. Pasta, seafood, steaks, burgers, etc...I had baked Cod with fries and Brussel Sprouts and a 16oz Lagunitas Draft. I was very pleased with my meal. I attached a few pictures for you to view. Went here for lunch with about 15 people from work. We made reservations and the table was ready as soon as we arrived. I had a burger and fries which were delicious. My colleagues had various dishes and they all seem pleased with what they got. The service was top notch given the fact that we were a large group and the restaurant was busy. This place is great even for vegetarian. Came in with bunch of my friends and we all loved everything that we ordered. The ambience was nice, the service was great, the chef even came out to ask whether we like the food. We were little uncomfortable while waiting as the table was little high for our petite asian bodies, however we totally forgot about it once the table was served. The food is good. The server was great. However, the girl who was the hostess was awful. My colleagues and I went for drinks/ apps and had requested 6 people online- you cant request more than that on their site. I told the hostess that we may have a few more people come/ the restaurant was completely empty as it was the middle of the week and before dinner time. She gave all of us the worst attitude for asking if it was okay to have 3 more guests. My boss even said to her "why are you behaving like this, the entire restaurant is empty?" After that conversation she asked if we needed any gluten free menus, I replied a couple, she replies back harshly/loudly HOW MANY and I say a couple? 2! I'm not sure what we all did to make this person bark at us like we were not supposed to be there-but- we spent a lot of money at this place and we are from one of the biggest companies in the area. Maybe get a different person that doesn't "host" people like they are a nuisance? We've had at least 3 drink/dinner events here- spent thousands of dollars and now I'm not sure I want to give my money to people like that- it's embarrassing for my colleagues to be treated in that manner. read more

Stopped by the 110 Grill for the first time the other night-- and WOW! it was wonderful. We were seated promptly in the bar area (as requested) and were quickly greeted by our waitress. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked over the extensive menu, tried samples of wine and beer, and explained a food allergy. The 110 does not take food allergies lightly-- each dish is prepared with caution, separate frying oil is available, and dishes are delivered by management to patrons with allergens. Not only was the service great, our food was delicious. My brother stated he had "the best steak tips he's ever had" and my sesame ginger salmon over soba noodles was to DIE for. Walking up after dark, we noticed the fire pit outside, and walked in asking the hostess if we could sit outside. The inside feel of the restaurant was casual but leaning towards the fancy side. The hostess asked us to wait a moment and returned to lead us outside. The area around fire pit was packed so we took the closest table. I got the Cuban Swordfish based on a strong suggestion from my waitress. She did not steer me wrong with the entree. I loved it. The sides were well matched and the flavors went very together. She was very friendly and I'm glad I took her suggestion. She mentioned it was a light fish and I didn't really know what she meant until after I tried it. It wasn't dense like other fish. It had an almost sponge density to it. While we waited the temperature seemed to drop and tried to move closer to the heat. Although, the design of the fire pit doesn't allow much heat to escape outwards, just up. There is about a two foot high glass wall in all sides, allowing sight only. This was disappointing, but not a dealbreaker. The wine list is decent and the wine I chose was tasty. I would definitely return and try something different. read more
