Last night was our first time eating at the 110 Grill. Our waitress was amazing. I have a dairy allergy so she asked what I wanted to eat and she brought out their recipe book so I could personally look through all the ingredients and feel comfortable with what I got. Both times my husband and I went here the food was amazing. I got the ceasar salad with Shrimp and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The salad was $16, but really good. My husband got the fish tacos that were out of this world. The hostess was extremely nice, but service could have been better. The manager went to all the tables around us to check on them except us, which I thought was strange. Next time we go we have our eye on the lobster rolls! They are seasonal, but looked amazing when we saw them come out. They also are very tolerate of allergies and have an open kitchen that allows you to customize. read more

VERY disappointing. We decided to give them another chance after some of the same errors continued to happen but we ended up being disappointed all over again. Our app was delicious however our main meals were majorly wrong. Both salads were missing the main ingredients and weren't even corrected-the main ingredient was brought out in a teenie cup-but not before waiting for quite a bit for someone to circle back and see how things were going. The other meal was drowning in salad dressing which made for a soggy, wet mess. It's frustrating that such simple things were wrong and what's more frustrating is it was the same issues that prevented us from coming prior...we really thought (and hoped) that this time would be better. The food and the waitress were fantastic, but I will not be back. The woman (manager?) who stands in front of the kitchen is extremely rude and insulting. One of the side dishes to my entree was forgotten, but when the waitress went to inform the kitchen, the manager scolded her as if it was her fault, even though I know it wasn't. On top of that, the manager goes on to say "I cry everytime that happens" in such a sarcastic and insulting manner. Little did she know I was sitting in one of the booths right in front of the kitchen. I visited 110 Grill with my friend last week for lunch. I must say that I was very impressed! The place is beautiful and spotless! Our waitress was friendly and catered to our every need. She was okay with special orders and allergies. I had creamy tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich (goat cheese-1st time trying it) was delicious. My friend had a Margarita flatbread. The 110 Grill in Saugus had my vehicle towed from my own apartment directly across the parking lot! 100 yards from the 110 Grill, in a spot I've been parking in for 6 months....3 feet from my apartment door. The best part however is that they ONLY had mine towed, and left the 4 other vehicle parked next to me....and closer to the restaurant alone. Im guess my NY plates were the crime? We went to the 110 Grill today for a Mother's Day Brunch, and it was absolutely fantastic. Our waitress Allene offered amazing service and was incredibly kind, a waitress any customer would be lucky to have. The food was delicious, the Chicken Piccata Gnocchi was to die for. For dessert we had the Apple Cinnamon Donut and it was incredibly good. The manager even walked around and gave my mother, and the other mothers in the restaurant, a coupon for ten dollars off your next visit. This was our first time here. We sat on patio and it was comfortable with big fire pit to warm us although it wasn't really cold. Our waitress BJ came to our table and from then on it was a great experience. She was personable, knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Her knowledge of the menu was great. Unfortunately we seem to have to wait an incredibly long time for our server to take our order bring our drinks check on us one time and bring our bill.. I had to ask her to bring out bread after I saw the table that sat after us get bread. Also only saw her her once after our food came She almost seemed to be bothered that she had to wait on us Food was just OK. My "roasted tomatoes" in my pesto chicken pasta were three small cherry tomatoes just thrown in there they weren't roasted nor were they cooked Also the pesto was mostly garlic and not to pesto and on the dry side I feel that They either need to pick up their service another notch or lower their prices. read more

This is our FAMILY'S favorite new restaurant. The service from the door straight through the end of dessert is amazing, as is the food. Shannon was our server tonight, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Our drink order was taken as soon as we sat and delivered right away. Our apps and meal orders were taken timely and delivered quickly, but nothing felt rushed, which is really important to us. 110 Grill serves American cuisine with an interesting twist on each dish, and options rotate seasonally/or regularly. The prices are extremely reasonable, and you can get anything from a grilled cheese to a nice steak or piece of fish at a fair price. Food allergies are taken extremely seriously here, which is vitally important to our family. Shannon was our server tonight. We've been here a lot and had a lot of different servers. Shannon continued the string of exceptional servers taking care of our family. There aren't many places that work extra hard to make your children feel comfortable and welcome. The 110 Grill makes it a priority, and Shannon went above and beyond! I took my wife and daughter out for dinner. We asked to be seated outside under an umbrella. My wife needs a gluten free menu and surprisingly the majority of choices are gluten free. This made her night and, honestly, the menu options all sound good. We had the Chorizo Totchos for an appetizer and it was delicious. My wife ordered the Chimichurri Steak rare and it was perfectly cooked and flavorful, she loved it. I had the fish and chips and the batter was flavorful ~most times it's plain batter, and the fish was cooked perfect. My daughter had the kids cheeseburger meal and they were two mini sliders with perfectly cooked beef. The staff was also great, respectful and timely with each course. My visit 2/17/19 about 6pm: Utter chaos at the check in desk. Staff confused, patrons crammed in around the desk in no orderly fashion. Some patrons being told the wait is 30 minutes while others are told 1 hour. Male staffer cursing at himself aloud as he seems overwhelmed. Needless to say I left. What's to say my actual dining experience would be any different? 110 grill: please do not reply with your generic manufactured response. Oh boy! This is hard because the food, when we got it was good, except for my husbands. He ordered the ribeye "medium well". Omg when it arrived in front of him is was red raw! They took it back, and of course we waited as long as we could, but our food was getting cold, so we all ate very slowly. The manager came over, after hearing of the problem, and took his meal off the bill. Great!! But that wasn't it, drinks took forever to arrive,one at a time...then we ordered dessert..at this point we were two hours in to dinner. We all started getting antsy and my friend went up and just cancelled the dessert. But hey the bill came with no problem! Lots of things to be "ironed out" It's unfortunate! Been to the 110 Grill over the last month a few times. Not bad up to this point. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that their lunch and wings are pretty good. But last nights experience was worthy of only ONE Star! Food has been good for the few times that I visited the 110 Grill. Bar service is lacking. Very inconsistent. Each time I order one of their specialty drinks, they never come out the same. Seems to be the same bartender each time SHE is in there making these I noticed. But our last night's visit was the first time sitting in the main dining area. We were there for a birthday celebration. The waitstaff was constantly pushing its social media. Appetizers were all good, except for the Chefs Platter. Poor execution. Their competitors have better offerings for what you pay. The waitress actually talked us out of one of the specials. Giving her opinion, and telling us it was "Bland" and "not worth it". Hmmm, not a habit I would want if it were my waitstaff. 2 meals arrived cold. Had to send them back. There was no way that this food was at a safe temperature to serve. 3 of our party became ill later on in the evening. We all discarded our leftovers, in fear of improper food handling by the kitchen staff. Very disappointing. Had high hopes for this place. Lunch is okay, dinner not quite right. I can't say enough nice things about this place. The service is impeccable the manager is so attentive and so are the servers. If there is a mistake or if you're just not happy with your meal there's no indication whatsoever that they're unhappy with you they will make it right. New place on Route 1 at the former Hilltop site. Service was fantastic at the bar with Linda explaining everything from their food and bar menu to their rewards program. It must be the norm to ask about any dietary issues. Should be the individuals responsibility to mention it but must be another insurance requirement.
