Cotton Candy Frozen Yogurt Oatly Cupcake Chocolicious Frozen Yogurt

great location !! Lots of delicious options available, tons of flavors & varieties. The counters & floors are clean, not sticky! the first visit I encountered the sweetest girl working. She was very attentive and kind, was cleaning the toppings bar and the yogurt stations, and made me want to return to this spot ! The oat Milk Cupcake is the best flavor they have !

I got a mailer with a $5 coupon so decided to stop by and give this place a try. I love these type of self serve fro-yo spots and liked that they had my favorite flavors: mint and cookies and cream. Definitely on the pricier side (the $5 did not go very far, as my total was $10 for a partially filled small size cup) but the fro-yo was solid and I left satisfied.

Great place to hang out with friends! So many flavors available (some are less frozen than others so make sure you check before you fill up). So many toppings as well! I loveeee dessert so you'll definitely see me topping up on as many flavors and toppings as possible! Also a plus: there's WiFi and lots of seating inside. If you come when schools nearby end, there will be lots of children with parents and friend groups that come to hang out.

After a super filling dinner, I had to satisfy by dessert stomach with something to top off a great night, and frozen yogurt was just the thing. I don't often crave frozen yogurt because like some have said I also thought that frozen yogurt was a poor excuse for ice cream but my opinion has been changed!! The Nutella and cookies and cream combo was unmatched!!! It was just light enough to finish the night and satisfy my sweet tooth :)

    got to go back!!

i used to eat regularly but since i moved i haven't had ages.. today i had a feeling that i have to have it . My favorite thing here is to have the control for the amount to eat ! My usual is coffee, vanilla, chocolate, and tart . The cashier was duper friendly and we had a chat a bit since nobody was there. Never disappointed the ice cream! and bit of chat , what could i ask for! i got distracted not to give you (Rob Q) tip please forgive me promise next time.

I came here on a Saturday around 1pm. This is not the most convenient location for me, but I came here because they had some good flavors available that other more convenient locations don't have. Their website does seem to have the accurate flavors listed. So I check on each location's website link to see which flavors are available at which locations. That's how I decide where to go. I love Sea Salt Caramel Pretzel, and liked Cerealiously Loopy Made With Fruit Loops Cereal. They also still have Oh My Pumpkin Pie, which is a great seasonal flavor. Price recently went up from $0.69 per ounce, to $0.72 per ounce. This location is clean and not usually crowded. Always ask for sample cups to try a few flavors before you get a cup. There are almost always new flavors to try.

Cleanest self-serve frozen yogurt place I've been to! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful
    Sam M.

Out of all of the fro-yo places I've been, this one was the most well-kept and friendly. There are tons of options as far as yogurt but three or more of those options were out of order. They had your standard options like vanilla, chocolate and coffee plus other unique items like salted caramel. They have over 50 topping options between candies and cookies and sauces as well as fruit and whipped cream. Everything is labeled and also tells whether it is gluten free or not. At some frozen yogurt places, you get looks of disgust from the staff when you accidentally drop a crumb of topping outside it's container but not here. The girl behind the counter was super sweet and friendly. She even gave out sample cups for those that asked meanwhile some other fro-yo places can be stingy and don't allow customers to sample. Even when there were no customers to help, she found things to clean which made me feel confident that I am dining in a very clean establishment.

I'm not really a fan of froyo but for some reason this was just super yummy. The flavors tasted amazing and the toppings were on point. The cashier was a little rude though. I thought it was reasonably priced.

original flavored froyo with fruit toppings and mini gummy bears
    Jiali L.

As someone who enjoys froyo quite a bit, it took me a while to finally get around to this place but I made it! 16 Handles is your standard self serve froyo joint with quite a list of flavors to choose from. Since there's always the sampling option, I made my way around the machines tasting new flavors to see if something new would strike my fancy. At this location, there was blueberry tease, birthday cake, chocolate love affair, cookies and cream, pumpkin, salted caramel, pecan praline, mango, euro tart (original) as well as a few that I probably left out, (don't worry I didn't taste ALL of the flavors haha). After all the tasting, I ended up opting for original only because I realized I wasn't in the mood for anything too sweet at the time. While I liked their original the best out of their flavors that day, I think I like the original flavor at other froyo places better. This could be because it was my first time here and I wasn't used to it or maybe I really am just partial to my other plain froyo. I will definitely have to come back to confirm whether I think that's the case! After making sure that the froyo placement was all good (yep, I'm one of those people), I moved onto the toppings area. Again, standard fare with all the goods available and plenty to choose from. I usually load up on fruits and I did so while topping it off with a few mini gummy bears! Bottom line, this place met my froyo standards and I was content.

5 flavors. Plus my toppings. Small cup was about $5.50.

Tasty :) Got mango, pistachio, white chocolate, peanut butter and soy vanilla. Soy vanilla was so good. Topped with some fruit and Reese's and animal cookies. Everyone loves animal cookies.

Strawberry froyo and mango sherbet with strawberries and kiwi slices!

I've never tried a Japanese cheesecake before and was extremely excited to be able to pick up some treats for my coworkers as well as my partner's birthday cake from Keki. Ordering is fairly straightforward and done with a simple machine outfront. Once your order is ready one of the staff members hands it to you through a window; there is no inside area accessible to customers but our food came quickly and we took it back to the office. The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
