It was our first time at 18bin and we had an amazing experience! The place is very trendy, cool and they even have a live DJ playing house music inside and outside. What more could you want? They have a nice size outside patio and we have enjoyed it very much. The inside bar is cozy and big space too. This place has such a great energy, fun atmosphere and very friendly and attentive staff. The food is excellent too and they offer a great selection of vegan food. We had : a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Double Smash burger , a Chicken & Waffle Tower, - a Must Try! and a Chicken BLT. The food was delicious, freshly made and came out quick and perfectly cooked. I went here for Bruch with my friends for my last day in Vegas. The server Anna, was very friendly, helpful, and honest. We sat outside, which was actually really nice. They had shaded seating and misters going, which made a big difference in the Vegas heat. They had a good live music from a DJ and a guitar player added nice riffs from time to time. I had the Hang-Over Omelette which was good, the pico de gallo was great and really complimented the taste of the everything inside of the Omelette. It added a fresh citrus kick that pulled everything together. Only downside was that my order came out last because a new server accidentally took it to another table, so they had to remake it. The vibe was fun, the bottomless mimosas were flowing, and our waitress Angel was absolutely amazing! Her energy, attentiveness, and personality made the experience special. She even offered us complimentary shots if we made a fun promotional post for 18Bin--which I gladly did. Unfortunately, things took a turn when my husband started feeling unwell. He hadn't been drinking much that day, but after a long weekend of celebrating, he felt nauseous and went to the restroom to make himself throw up so he could feel better. He was not intoxicated or causing any scene--just quietly using the restroom. A bouncer (a shorter gentleman with glasses) came in and, instead of handling the situation with professionalism, spoke to my husband disrespectfully. Moments later, he approached our table aggressively, grabbed our drinks, and told us we needed to pay and leave immediately--without any explanation. My cousin and I went to speak with the manager and host, who claimed my husband had "thrown up all over the place," which was completely untrue. While I understand establishments have rules about guests getting sick, the way this was handled was completely uncalled for. We were calm, respectful customers enjoying brunch--not disruptive or out of control. It's disappointing that such an amazing start to our visit turned into a really negative experience because of how the situation was managed. I truly hope management takes this as constructive feedback--because with staff like Angel, 18Bin has great potential, but the lack of professionalism from security really ruined what could have been a perfect afternoon. read more

The bar has a really cool, artsy vibe and was playing '80s music, which created a great atmosphere. While I have my own personal things to deal with, I have to say the bar is amazing. Most of the table got the chicken & waffles, and I had the Philly Cheese Benedict--both were tasty, though the serving sizes were a bit on the smaller side. The bottomless mimosas were $30, which isn't bad, but I wish they had more variety. There were only 4 flavors: orange, mango, cranberry, and pineapple. I only liked 1/4 personally. The kitchen was pretty backed up and we got our food pretty slow. I thought our server didn't put our order in but she clarified why it took long. Was taking my wife for a pre mother's day celebration. But we both left very disappointed. First of we ordered a ceviche for appetizers like if you're telling me shrimp ceviche you would think they would give it to you a normal ceviche form but no it shrimp mashed in guacamole. We returned the first batch server Vanessa said "oh the kitchen gave you the wrong steak" so we are like okay let's give it a chance second steak still medium to about a medium well spoke to the server Vanessa and showed her the audacity of the server to say oh it's just the lightning it's looks medium rare to me. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant in my life. We were waiting for our server for 15 minutes with no water, no utensils. It took almost half an hour to get drinks AND water. It was impossible to get a hold of our server and the restaurant was completely and totally empty! She also didn't write anything down and messed up some of our orders which wouldn't have happened if she just... wrote our orders down. We just weren't taken care of. Severely disappointing service. Good things first: I like the theme of the bar. The bartenders were very personable and welcoming, and the bathrooms were clean. Over all the staff was all very nice. As soon as we got to the bar they gave my friend and I glasses of water and offered us menus. The bartender was very patient as we decided what to order since we had never been there before. Not so good things: Our food definitely left things to be desired. We got the cookie fries and a plate of French fries. My friend and I ordered at the bar, and then went to go sit at a table with other friends who arrived later. It took probably 20 minutes to get our food, and the french fries were cold and the cookie fries were very crispy leaning towards over baked. The bar wasn't even that full, maybe about 12 - 15 people in the whole place on a Saturday around 6-7pm. I also ordered a High Noon (which just comes in a can not even a specially made drink) and never received it. I didn't push to ask for it because we waited so long at that point I didn't want it anymore. They didn't put it on my bill so it wasn't a big deal. Over all, a mixed bag. Prices were decent and staff was friendly. I might go back at some point to try their other food, but it is very out of the way from my house so given my first experience of this place I am not jumping at visiting again anytime soon. read more

We had a reservation with a party of 8 on Saturday at 10:30am. We got seated inside. I got the steak and eggs, exchanged garlic onion rings for tater tots. I asked for over easy and it came out over medium. Price was $22. Honestly the food was pretty average. There are better portion and tasty breakfast places with the same price tag. The service was very mediocre. Besides taking our order and bringing our food and sauces. One of my biggest issue their Yelp check in gives you one free dessert. We went to eat during business hours , they sat us , they took our order, even recommended a shirley temple drink for my daughter (shes pregnant) had us waiting for like 20mins or more . We were overcharged for bottomless mimosas, there were 8 of us and we only asked for 6 but got charged for 7, and most of the time our pitchers were left empty we had to wave our server down for refills, food took forever to come out, we added certain side items to our orders as they were offered but didn't get them but was still charged for it. Lastly, the Dj doesn't take any song requests atleast the one inside. It was cool until it wasnt. Could we have made the correction to what was charged and what we didn't receive? Ofcourse! We came for a girls Sunday brunch arrived around 11 got sat pretty fast and just talking with each other and got our drink order taken and probably got our drinks 25-30 after have arriving then we ordered and honestly got our food till about 12:35 ish which at that point some of us got a little hangry still trying to be positive trying to keep our chat going they got our order wrong . We ordered two steak and eggs and one french toast and the simple avocado bacon egg toast was the one they got wrong i got a burger instead and i told the gentleman we didnt order this and he left and came back with the same plate and asked if i was sure .
