Dun dun dun ... I really wanted to like this place but it was a bit of a disappointment. We came for a girls Sunday brunch arrived around 11 got sat pretty fast and just talking with each other and got our drink order taken and probably got our drinks 25-30 after have arriving then we ordered and honestly got our food till about 12:35 ish which at that point some of us got a little hangry still trying to be positive trying to keep our chat going they got our order wrong . We ordered two steak and eggs and one french toast and the simple avocado bacon egg toast was the one they got wrong i got a burger instead and i told the gentleman we didnt order this and he left and came back with the same plate and asked if i was sure . Was taking my wife for a pre mother's day celebration. But we both left very disappointed. First of we ordered a ceviche for appetizers like if you're telling me shrimp ceviche you would think they would give it to you a normal ceviche form but no it shrimp mashed in guacamole. Get the pineapple mimosa and the Philly Cheese Steak Egg Benedict when you go there for brunch. Both are delicious! Service was great. It was a busy Saturday but we were seated right away. It did help that we had a reservation but we were there earlier than the booking and yet they allowed us in. The serving staff was friendly and attentive so our food came quickly and our mimosa jars were never empty. Satin Jackets performed so that's a big plus. Everyone had fun dancing to his tunes. The food scene has really upped its hand in Vegas in the last ten years. Now it's like a foodie spot with all of the brunch spots that are packed. Well, my party of 3 had a reservation set for 12:15, but upon arriving I thought we would be seated immediately. Welp, they didn't have the reservation in their system and we had to prove it by showing the email confirmation. No one sat U.S. thought. They told us that we could sit at the bar area inside, but since no one sat us we ended up sitting at a booth but that booth really needed to be cleaned. When we sat and a waiter came by we asked for the table to be wiped down. The waiter came back with water cups and we asked again for the table to be cleaned. In total we had to ask 3x before the table was wiped down, which isn't ideal. They also seemed short staffed and for the large crowd they had I would normally give grace but that having to ask for the table to be cleaned 3x left a sour taste in my mouth, but the food didn't. Brunch was really good. I didn't expect this place to have good chicken and waffles, and it's not a hard dish to make. Anyway, once I tried my best friend's all doubt was gone. It's called a Chicken & Waffles Tower on the menu. We also ordered a charcuterie board, Bananas Foster Pancakes, Steak & Egg sandwich with tater tots, bottomless mimosas for two, and I ordered the Sugarcane Rain cocktail. It was good so I ordered 2x, but even though we put our drink orders in at the same time it took a while for my first cocktail to come out. They were on point with keeping the mimosa vase replenished though. The charcuterie board was a hit. I loved the pepperoni, pepper Jack cheese and prosciutto were my favorite items on the board. The Steak and Egg sandwich was fair. It tasted better when I dipped it in ranch. I know... eggs and ranch sound gross but it helped. Tater tots are tater tots. The Bananas Foster really isn't picturesque, which caused me to doubt it but this was yet another pleasant surprise. The bananas were sliced very thin and they were tiny in size. I didn't like the plating for a picture but I loved it for my brunch. The bananas being cut small really helps it to blend with the texture of the pancake, and the pancakes were thinner too. My tummy was happy. Overall, this place was very busy on Sunday. Saturday it's all ages and Sundays it is 21+, so keep that in mind. They have good food, the service from the waiters was good/acceptable but you can tell they were rushing. You will need a reservation. The entire outside area was packed and I think the servers were serving tables outside as well. All that said I still say they have potential. If possible, it would really work in their benefit for them to hire more servers and bus boys. read more

This was not a good brunch experience. The inside smells like sewage. The time we waited for food and drinks was incredibly long. Our appetizers arrived cold. I sent back my main entree of chicken and waffles back because the chicken was burnt. The chef claimed it was because of seasoning but there is a distinct difference between spice and old burnt oil. When we were trying to leave it took way too long for our server to return with the check. I organized a brunch for a group of seven girls and it was just so much fun. I would love to give it 5 stars but that wouldn't be correct. I reserved an outside table on OpenTable and when I arrived my group was cramped inside in a booth. The hostess was kind enough to let us wait until something outside came available which was nice however if I reserve outside that this should not have happened and I should have gotten the table outside. However it was solved and we got the best table out there - in our opinion lol. It was on the turf on the DJ stand side. The waitress was amazing. The tacos were good but extremely salty. The pancakes were decent. Nothing was bad but nothing was "wow so good I want that again" either. Great hidden gem in the Las Vegas area! Stumbled upon it because we needed somewhere to go due to our concert being cancelled last minute. The only other thing was our server could have been better. Idk if she went new or what have you but I understand the challenges that servers go through so didn't think too much about it. I got the chicken and waffles, the chicken was flavorless unless dipped into the syrup however, I did like the waffles but they tasted more like a churro. My friend and I still had half our meal left and when we asked for a box we were told they only had 1 left in the entire restaurant. We then asked for foil to wrap our leftovers in and was again told that there was no foil. We then asked for a discount for the inconvenience of not being able to take our leftovers home and the buser was then able to produce soup containers to give us that we had to shove our food into. We then told our server about the container and she was able to give us foil only after our food was already shoved into the containers. We were overcharged for bottomless mimosas, there were 8 of us and we only asked for 6 but got charged for 7, and most of the time our pitchers were left empty we had to wave our server down for refills, food took forever to come out, we added certain side items to our orders as they were offered but didn't get them but was still charged for it. Lastly, the Dj doesn't take any song requests atleast the one inside. It was cool until it wasnt. Could we have made the correction to what was charged and what we didn't receive? Ofcourse! First, important to note they will only hold your table for 15 minutes until majority of your party arrives, and that times starts as soon as you check in. (I get it, they are busy!) They do put the carafes of champagne and OJ mixed on the table which I dont love (I like very little OJ in my mimosas) but they do keep refilling! Their bottomless is $25 a person but they have a wide variety of various drinks, pitchers, etc. Fourth, their food menu is small, but food is decent. Am I gonna say its the best food I have had? This is my 3rd visit/3rd review of this place and sad to say, the experience was worse. We were a party of 12 and came for brunch on Saturday. We were seated around 1:10p, our waitress, Zayra, didn't come out to us until 20 minutes later to take drink orders. I asked can we also order off of the lunch menu and she said no, brunch menu only. Ok. I asked her, so what time does lunch start? She goes, 5:00p. WHAT? That's dinner! Already at the start, things aren't going well. We get our waters, wait another 20 minutes for her to start taking orders. Before she takes the first order, she tells us that they ran out of chicken. (insert disappointed smirk face here) So we all order items without chicken. The appertizers come out in a timely manner, but nothing else does! About 10 minutes after our orders were taken, Zayra comes back out to tell us that the kitchen now has chicken; their sister restaurant brought some over and if anyone wants to change their order, they can. We wait quite a long time for the food to come out. I'd say like 1 hour, maybe longer. Everybody's entree's come out at different times, to the point people have finished their food when the person next to them hasn't even gotten theirs. I ordered the bananas foster french toast. I had to search for the bananas; it had 4 slices of banana among all the sauce and bread. I asked for extra bananas, they brought me 4 more slices.(insert another disappointed smirk face) Someone ordered a breakfast burrito that is supposed to have guacamole in it; when they bring it out to her, they tell her they're out of guacamole. She said that's why I ordered it, why didn't you tell me that when I ordered? So she changed her order. The staff wasn't busting the tables at all. Our waters were empty for a while; 45 minutes or more. I had to ask for a refill. When the person came out to refill waters, he only filled half of the table and started to walk away, when someone at the other end of the table called him back to refill the other side of the table's water cups too. Since everyone is getting their food at different times, empty dirty plates are stacked up and no one is coming by to get them. 2 people at our table never got their food to the point that their meals had to be comped. This place has a gratuity of 20% for parties of 6 or more. Our gratuity came out to $65, which 1 person didn't agree with because we certainly didn't get $65 worth of service. I mean, she's not wrong, so we agreed to give a tip, but not as much as $65. She spoke to the manager, who's name I can't remember, but he allowed for the gratuity to be removed and gave everyone else 20% off their meals; which was very nice of him. So that's the 1 good thing about this experience. 3 strikes, I'm out. I think I'm done with this restaurant. Peace. read more
