Just got home from having dinner at the new location for 2 forks up. The food was fantastic definately 5 stars, the service 1 star. First thing we noticed there is a sign at each table asking you to limit your time to 90 min, ok I hadn't planned on being there longer than that anyway. The waitress took our drink order when she brought them she asked if we want to order appetizers, we did and placed our soup order also. She suggested if we knew what we wanted that we order right away because things were coming out of the kitchen slowly. That was fine with us since we were enjoying our drinks, the next thing we knew the soup arrived followed 5 min later by appetizers and a salad. We just finished the soup and started on appetizers when dinner arrived. So much for a relaxing meal. We still had our drinks and appetizers to finish, dinner sitting there waiting. We ended taking our dinners home with us because we were full. To much to fast, our entire meal took 45 min from the time we walked through the door until we were back in our car. We will definately go back because the food was outstanding but we will know better and order one thing at a time so the wait staff can't rush us through the meal. That is my suggestion to everyone unless of course you are in a hurry and want all your food at once just like IHOP. read more

Really enjoyed this place! Went for drinks and some food with friends. Good food. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff and awesome bartender. The fries are phenomenal! They are so unique have to try! I always try calamari at every place I go and the calamari here does not disappoint. I also had a burger that was good as well. It's a cool place to chill out, grab some food and watch a game. Don't get caught up on negative reviews, this place doesn't try to be something it's not. It's just a nice place to hang and grab a bite, it's not a giant fancy restaurant with an extensive menu, it's a chill place for chill people. read more

We ordered an early Mother's Day family dinner take out order today, and I must say the food was delightful! However, that was the only enjoyable part of the evening. We called to order the day prior, mostly to ensure our order was placed since some restaurants are swamped with takeout orders. I arrive at the restaurant at our pick up time (6pm) and the woman at the door said one moment. I sit in my car waiting... 30 minutes go by, so I go back inside and ask the woman if there is any update on my order. She mumbles a bit and tells me that the kitchen is having some issues with a few orders. I go back to my car and wait another half an hour. Mind you, the food easily could have been cooked in this amount of time. Fast forward another 40 minute (1.5 hours total) we eventually received our food. No one came out to the car to tell us there was an issue with the kitchen, or that our order would be delayed. It's unfortunate that such poor customer service ruined this restaurant. Theyforgot one lobster tail but at this point, I'll take the loss. read more

I went here on Mothers Day weekend. There were six in our party. All professional women celebrating our friendship. We are all professional women and class acts. We had reservations we arrived on time and we were seated promptly. That is where the good part ends. We waited more than 20 minutes for even a drink order. We were told we couldn't have the special we were there for if we didn't have reservations. We did. We were then given a lunch menu and told that was the only menu they had which was different than the one they had on their Facebook and web pages. We were finally allowed to order the special lobster dinners we had planned on ordering. When drinks arrives the waitress spilled two glasses of water on the table and never apologized. Did not clean up the mess quickly. When the food finally came out she passed our food around from one end of the table. We asked to see a manager at least 2 times but it may have been 4 times total. We were charged a gratuity even though we were a party of 6 not 8 or more. No manager ever came to see us. We left a review on their Facebook page to which the owner (at least that's what they said) basically called us liars and wished me luck on my upcoming election which means he took the time to stalk my public posts. He was so rude he clearly doesn't care about customer service or repeat business. Now two weeks later someone is on the rakes posting horrible racist remarks at our group. Mind you our review had nothing to do with race. Other than To say we were the only diverse group of diners there that evening. The remarks that this person is making and saying that they are acting on behalf of the owner are atrocious. Shame on this owner for condoning these posts by this individual. The food was adequate not great. The service was horrible but the management and customer service are atrocious. I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. read more

I have tried all the crab chain places around and usually look forward to local business "crabfests". Generally pretty good but not outstanding. 2 Forks up is a wonderful surprise. Went there yesterday after putting it off for almost a year. I ordered the 6 king crab leg special the sides were relatively ordinary (potato salad and asparagus), both good but I came for crab! In a few words; best crab i've ever had in this region. I had fresh crab in San Fran at the height of dungeness season and this was every bit as good. My wife just felt like smaller dish so she ordered the lobster tacos/ side was their special fries. She very much enjoyed this. They usually have whole lobster on the menu, I would check on the availability of king crab though if you're going for that item. ( I do recommend it). Noticed some reviews were complaining about rooms or seating. Get over it. Not competing with fine dining restaurants in atmosphere but it's quality and service were. read more

We decided to try this place based on the online menu which stated that this was just a sampling of the menu and they had added more dishes. The menu looked nice and diverse and the place got good reviews so off we went. We were seated right away and the waitress was prompt in coming to our table. Asked for the wine list, but was told there isn't any that she could read us the selection off of her tablet. Ordered a red blend which turned out to be undrinkable. She kindly brought over 2 bottles of red from us to choose from and offered to take the blend off of our bill. We declined because it is our opinion that if the wine isn't corked you pay for it. Now onto the menu. As I said we went based on the online menu, which is not even close to the actual menu. We soldiered on and ordered being not very happy that dishes we were looking forward to were not available. Bottom line is this is mostly a burger place. People around us looked like they were enjoying the lobster special, but I'm not a big lobster fan. The food we got was good but not great enough to return. I would tell the owner that if they want this to be an upper scale place to invest in some professional looking menus and get a printed wine list. read more

We recently visited this restaurant on 6-19-2020. Made reservations early to avoid the evening crowd. After waiting 45 minutes we received or dinners. They were lukewarm the fries were soggy and the only thing the waitress could say was "I am sorry" After explaining what was wrong she offered to take them back but said it would be a longer wait. We ate our lukewarm meal. They offered free dessert( ha ha). With all this constant attention on how clean every restaurant or business must be. They forgot the notification. The front foyer was disgusting, the ladies room had years of dirt and dust on the baseboard heating and no one clean this restaurant after anyone used it. Different item laying around that had been there for quite some time based on the dust around them. I am not sure how the health department is missing this location??? Oh the patio tables were directly in the sun no canopies, one umbrella table. If you really care about your customers you could invest in some pop ups at least. Food was not bad, the parking lot needs an update. The real reason I am giving this establishment three starts was the poor service. We arrived and were immediately sat down only to have our host forget to mention us to the wait staff. We ended up waiting 25 minutes before I walked to the host and asked what the problem was. The entire time only 4 other tables were sat and the wait staff walked around our table and not once did anyone ask if we had been helped. The dining room is not that large. read more

Made reservations, we greeted and seated promptly, Our server was very nice and attentive, we order drinks, then decided on, New England Clam Chowder, and Fish Fries, one bowl was filled to the rim the other about 3/4 a couple pieces of clam with no flavor and the taste of raw cream, t's not hot but warm. Fish fry looked tasty and large, fish was not cooked in side greasy batter that was raw in side, slaw had no flavor and was the portion size of a tablespoon. Fries were amble and tasty, we sent back the fish and had broiled instead, the server was very accommodating, the broiled fish was good. They use Cod and most people prefer Haddock! I understand that with the quarantine the restaurant being in a tough place with all this quarantine shit..... but that doesnt excuse the fact that my mom ordered our meals last Tuesday for 5pm. Kinda incredible how terrible the management and they are the only people to blame. She got the food at 7:30 when we ordered for 5. Sitting in the parking lot she talked to some people who had also reserved food for 5pm and were just realizing there order was lost 2 and a half hours after they've been waiting. Honestly probably good on normal occasions... but never really on them on a special day. LIKE READ THIS...NEVER GO HERE ON A DAY YOU KNOW WILL BE BUSY THEY WILL LOSE YOUR ORDER AND YOU WAIT TWO HOURS FOUR COLD FOOD. Dog shit management, id give them -5 stars if I could. They did it to themselves by not realizing oh maybe we have to many orders for 5pm... maybe tell our customers you cant get food till 6 or 7. No we will just tell them they can get there food at 5 then make them wait two and a half hours for cold shit. I would love to support local businesses but this is one you shouldn't support unless they get there shit together, pretty pathetic on yalls behalf anyone would agree. read more

I understand new places have to work out the kinks so to speak. We went to dinner Saturday evening is was busy but not fully packed there were at least 5 empty tables. All of our food was luke warm non was hot. I ordered the salmon burger with goat cheese which did not have goat cheese on it when I asked for it I was brought a cold chunk of goat cheese on a plate, All the food was under seasoned not in the sense it lacked flavor it just needed salt quite a bit and I never usually salt my food in restaurants, We waited over 15 minutes just to ask for our bill the waiter never asked once during our meal if we needed anything or if we were happy with our meals. Our water glasses were never refilled nor were they even offered to be refilled. The food was good but I would suggest making sure to address these inconsistencies. When we said something our drinks were comped and that was it. Not sure if I will go back. I am a chef and if I served things that way and gave that kind of service I would not have a job. Came here on a quiet Sunday afternoon for my Mother's 86th birthday. Could not have had better service or food. Everyone was friendly and super accommodating. After trying my Mother's salad with its wonderful house dressing, I complemented the staff and was given a free salad of my own! The pork chops with apricot chutney was delicious, as was the scallop taco! Everyone tried my fries and we all loved them. My Mother was delighted to be surprised by the chef with an amazing chocolate mousse desert for her birthday. This place is a gem - we will be back! read more

After reading the reviews I was reluctant to go there to eat. However, I was very surprised when I walked in to find a cozy restaurant and bar. We were seated right-a-way at a table with a table cloth. Our waitress (Molly) came over to us right a way and was very pleasant and helpful. We had a fish fry and a salmon burger and received it in no time at all. During our meal the chef came to our table and asked how our meal was. We were glad to tell him that it was very enjoyable. He asked if I wanted to try his homemade Plebano paper sauce with my tartar sauce. I did and it was great. On the negative side the only thing that I can say is that their outside signage isn't the best. I would recommend to anyone. read more

This place is going to fold soon. Went there for lunch with two colleagues yesterday. Only one other table taken in the whole place at 12:15. Were told out of several items (including coke) and there were no specials. Ordered two burgers and one chicken sandwich. Waited full half hour to be served and received bloody raw (not rare - but actually uncooked except for the very edges). Drove by the restaurant again today on the way to another restaurant. No cars in parking lot at 12:10 or 12:55. Put two forks in them - they're done!!! read more

Sat. Nov. 19 . For my birthday my wife said to pick out a place for dinner. I had been following the reviews for 2 forks up because I was looking for a place for a future dinner for 8. I decided to try it and see for myself..there was good and bad reviews and the only way was to experience it first hand. I read a review about the drink sizes being small. Going to the bar when we arrived, we ordered 2 martini's as we were waiting for another couple. Well all I can say not only a great martini and large but no skimping on the vodka and olives. The place was very busy but right at 7 pm , we were told our table was ready by a very friendly hostess. In no time at all we were waited on and confirmed our order. Yes the staff that night appeared to be young , but very knowledgeable of the apps. ect. We observed the lobsters being served to surrounding tables and were surprised at the size [ big ]. Our appetizers came out and were great. We were served our Lobsters and they were big and fresh and tasted fantastic...In many reviews a complaint was the service. Maybe because it was my birthday and it was my gift for the night...not one time was there a moment when a server was not there emptying the bowl of shells or checking if there was something we needed....So please go and see for yourself and make your own review. Stopped in for lunch last week and, though quite a small place, it's very cozy. The beef on weck was tender and flavorful and the pulled pork was very tasty as well. The fries that came with our meals were really delicious -- surprisingly the best part of the meal. Service was attentive but not intrusive and the bar made a great vodka gimlet to boot. Based solely on the exterior décor, my expectations were at an all time low. Boy was I pleasantly surprised!!! I ate the restaurant with a rather large group, and the timing for lunch was exceptional. One coworker, who loves has salmon like you wouldn't believe, was pleased to find not one, but 4 salmon entrees. Perhaps best of all, the fries - oh the fries. I went with a side salad, as I've been watching my figure, man oh man was that a mistake. Those fries are simply exquisite. Crispy down to the last fry.
