If I could give a negative feed back I would. Horrible customer service in my life. Called to get an estimate, he said service charge is $15. When they came, the service fee was $29. On top of that, they charged me $129 to change one tiny screw out of my lock which took him 10mins to do plus $10 tax for a screw? Wtf? I felt ripped off totally. I also asked if there's warranty on the work, but he just shook his head and left. I will not recommend them AT ALL. read more

Their name says it all!... I received speedy replies to my inquiry for a quote and received speedy service to have my car unlocked. Jonathon replied to my emails within minutes and he showed right on time as he stated. The quoted price was also better by almost half of what other locksmith companies wanted. The best part of all was that he came out to the west loop at midnight and my car was unlocked in minutes. It's a 2016 BMW and after calling like 6 places that told me they couldn't open the car without making a 600 key, speedy locksmith was the ONLY locksmith that told me they could actually unlock my car. Don't. $150 to essentially push my door open. I broke my spine 16 weeks ago, was freezing in a stairwell and it took him less time to open the door than shooting a basketball. No joke. The guy was nice and timely, but $150??? Just break your door, probably cheaper, or throw out your back and pay for a CAT scan. I locked myself out of my unit and (embarassingly enough) this was my second time calling for their services. They said a locksmith would arrive in about 30-45 minutes; it ended up taking a little bit longer since it was rush hour and I did receive an update call notifying me of the delay, but I did not mind waiting a bit longer. Afterall, it is my fault for locking myself out! When the locksmith arrived, he examined the door and frame for any existing marks and let me know he would check my ID or another form of proof that I lived in the building/unit. Upon arrival, he quickly evaluated the situation and laid out our options and associated costs. He tried every non-invasive option before moving on to more drastic solutions. And ultimately came up with a smart workaround (dismantling our jammed lock using our own key) instead of drilling out the lock. Saved us money and time. Much obliged.
