This company is absolutely incredible! I am moving a cross the country and needed most of my stuff to be placed in storage and everything about this move had been giving me such trouble. I called two days before I needed movers and they were more than happy to set me up with a team and a time that worked best for me. Then on the day of the move Joe and his team went above and beyond what anyone could have asked for. There was an issue with timing on my end and they were more than happy to accommodate me and then when they showed up we were still vastly unprepared but it didn't seem to bother them one bit. They got straight to work and did everything they could to make sure they helped as much as possible including helping me take my TVs off the walls! They handled everything with such care and made sure to wrapped and secure all of my stuff. When we got to my storage unit they waited so patiently while I dealt with an issue with my unit and even gave me advice on which size I should move up to when I realized the one I had picked would be to small. They quickly unloaded all of my stuff into the unit. Then when my credit card started acting up they again waited patiently while I worked to resolve the issue even though I know they had to be ready to go. But the whole time they kept a smile on their faces and were nothing but kind and professional. This amazing group of men made an already incredibly stressful day so much easier for me. On top of what they had already done for me I received a call from the company explaining that Joe had felt like the pricing was off and it had bothered him so much that they looked into it and realized that had indeed accidentally charged me for almost two extra hours. They apologized sincerely and had already issued the refund for me to get that money back. This means so much to me considering I never would have even thought twice about it especially considering how happy I had been with the move. So for them to realize they had made an error without my even knowing and then immediately work to resolve the issue shows that this is a company that truly cares about its customers. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone that needs movers. I've used 3 Men Movers before and had a great experience with a different team, so I already knew I was in good hands (after getting a ridiculous quote from a different moving company that was recommended by my employer). This time, since the previous crew I had wasn't available, I chose Raymond and his team -- and I have to say, I was absolutely blown away by the quality of their service. From start to finish, Raymond and his crew were everything you'd hope for during a move: on time, fast, respectful, and incredibly professional. I apologize, I forgot the rest of his crews names even though they were introduced - all were great! They didn't waste a single moment, and despite the rainy weather during the intrastate move (from one Texas city to another), they still arrived on time and kept everything running smoothly. What really stood out was their clear communication -- Raymond made sure to update me if there was any chance of delay or if the timing might shift, especially since the standard moving truck was packed full. Their clear communication helped reduce my stress. Would I use them again? Absolutely! I've had two excellent experiences with 3 Men Movers now that provided great service and value, but this team in particular went above and beyond. My daughter has used 3 men movers for her last two moves. She recommended them to me. I called and spoke with Caroline to arrange a Saturday 7:00am move. The entire process from start to finish was explained to me and the move happened just how she said it would. They were available when I needed them and they were affordable. I would like to send out a very special thank you to Marco Ojeda and his crew. He contacted me the day before the move, and he contacted me the morning of the move to let me know when they would arrive. Marco and his crew arrived exactly when he said they would. He took a through survey of every item there was to move, then they began wrapping furniture and loading it on the truck. They were organized and worked well together. I was loaded , unloaded and moved into my new apartment in less than two hours. They took care to set up our beds so we could sleep in them the first night. They were fast and efficient, and treated me like a family member. 3 Men Movers have been in business for a long time and they are very successful. This is my first online review. I was so impress by 3MM that I felt obliged to write a review. I initially selected 3MM based on an online search and their positive yelp reviews. The reviews were so good it almost seemed too good to be true. They quickly lived up to the reputation. I had prompt response to my communication and the pricing was fair and upfront. They sent an email several days before confirming the date, pricing and letting me know who my team leader was. Angel, Xander and team were absolutely amazing. We moved a large home full of stuff including a full garage and offsite storage unit in 2 trucks over 12 hours, in the rain, and not a single item damaged including some frail, large antiques. They took great care to wrap every piece of furniture in moving blankets and then wrapping them in plastic to make them water resistant. The crew was nothing but courteous, professional and very good at their job. These guys worked harder than anyone I have every seen, literally working 12 hours straight without a break. I would literally see them running at times. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation and if I ever move again I will definitely know who to call again. read more

We recently moved in Austin and 3 Men Movers was awesome! We had team lead, Fernando, and his team of Jonathan and Cody. We had to move out one day, keep our belongings overnight in trucks and use the same team again the next day. Fernando and his team were absolutely amazing, professional and courteous. They were also incredibly respectful of our furniture, clothing, household items, et. and worked their butts off. They wrapped things in plastic wrap, tape and blankets that I didn't expect and not one thing arrived broken nor even chipped. They worked and worked and worked and didn't take breaks. Fernando and his team showed up at 9:00am. My husband called me at 4:00pm on the first day that they moved our stuff and said "I've been with the movers all day and they haven't taken a break. Please bring home food for them." Not only did they work like maniacs but they were incredibly nice and easy to instruct. Moving is ALWAYS stressful but these guys made the experience a LOT easier to bear. Please hire 3 Men Movers and request Fernando and his team. You will not regret it. read more

I have moved several times in my life and without a doubt, Andres and crew are the best movers I have ever worked with. First, communication and followup with the company was excellent via phone, text, and email -- much appreciated. On moving day Andres and crew arrived early and set about to work immediately, taking great care of all my belongings and being extremely professional, diligent, conscientious, and efficient. I couldn't believe how fast they got the truck loaded especially since they really do take extra care of your stuff. Same experience at our destination. (oh and all this in 100 degree weather!) My favorite thing, in addition to having a really great, seamless, as stress-free as possible move thanks to these guys, is that they were all both professional and also really nice and kind. 3 Men Movers is outstanding! From the appointment setup to the final box, they were professional, thorough, and courteous. Erin was wonderful with understanding our moving needs and concerns. She was so kind and flexible, I knew the move would go smoothly! Abe and his crew showed up early, with bright smiles and great attitudes! Angel and his crew moved us from Austin to Galveston. We moved to the 4th floor AND they had to move some furniture into a warehouse then to the new condo. We got to the condo and the front elevator wasn't working so they began carrying furniture, boxes, everything up 3 flights of stairs...then the manager opened the back gate,and allowed them to use the elevator in the back. .... these guys NEVER STOPPED! They are truly all one of a kind in their demeanors, manners, respect, and they work HARD and never complained about one thing that wasn't easy. They were challenged by the situations at hand and never once lost their determination to get the job done. They worked from 7 am until almost 8 pm that day...drove back to Austin that night and had to get up and do it again the next morning for another customer. These guys are invincible!!!!! I used 3 Men Movers to move out of my college apartment in north campus a few weeks ago. 3 Men Movers turned a very stressful, and emotional day into a positive experience. I just graduated from UT and had to move a second story 2 bedroom apartment from Austin to self storage in Houston. I was overwhelmed with the move but the crew was so fast they made my day. The best part of the move was the fact that the driver had enough foresight to take 290 instead of I 10. Right when I got on I 10 an over turned big rig had the traffic at a stand still......ln a panic I called my driver worried about paying overtime for traffic, lucky for me he had taken 290 which was wide open. I arranged someone to meet him at the storage in Houston and he ended up arriving hours before me and the move was just about done when I arrived on site at the storage complex. I recommend 3 Men Movers to anyone in the Austin area! read more

I just moved from a second floor apartment to my first house (one-story). At first I hired other movers, but after reading yelp reviews, I couldn't not go with 3 Men Movers, and I was not disappointed. I had Fernando for my crew chief and he was awesome. We went through the apartment, he asked questions, and I didn't sign for the clock to begin until we had finished all that paperwork. Then it was like a well-oiled machine. I had done quite a bit of prep for the move, but these guys took care of everything else. Anything they thought was funky, they asked a question. Anything they felt uncomfortable about (I have several pieces of antique furniture), Fernando spoke up and put my mind at ease. My parents are moving to the area in June from long distance and we plan on using 3 Men Movers to unpack their POD if possible. They earned their fee and their tip. First, I am not a person whom likes to leave reviews whether it be good or bad, but beware this company will send "professional movers" with no experience at all! Initially I had another moving company come out and quote me for 4 hours I thought that was a long time so I decided to go with 3 Men Movers because of their good reviews on how fast they are. HUGE MISTAKE!! Brad and his crew and 3 Men Movers are CROOKS! The "professional movers" were slow, taking baby steps, and arguing amongst themselves. It took them over 7 hours! Not sure if these guys are new but either way the company should have sent me at least one mover with experience. I really felt bad for the movers I was sent. Andres and his crew were exceptional! They loaded their truck as well as a rental truck that was going out of state with part of the furniture, all in a very professional and efficient manner. We weren't sure it would all fit but they know what they are doing and everything arrived in both locations safe and sound. The guys worked non stop for 7 hours in the heat and were still running up the ramp at the end. We were their second move for the day but they looked like they were ready for more. I wish I felt that way at the end of the day. Great group of guys. I also like all the emails, phone calls and electronic contracts. This is the second time in 4 months that I've used 3 Men movers and I requested Andres's team for the second time. The customer service team you call into to set up the move was super friendly and helpful. Even told me if I was able to move my move up a day I would save $$. Andres and his team are top-notch and were so friendly and careful with my things. They took the time to load everything up carefully both times, and when unloading into my place, they looked at the boxes I had labeled and put them in their respective rooms, as well as what was fragile, handled with extra care. This was my first time hiring a moving service so I was a little nervous, especially because I was moving from a three floor townhome to a third floor apartment. That said, Jorge and his team did such an amazing job, they were SO fast and super careful with all of my things, ESPECIALLY considering all the stairs. All my expectations have been exceeded and all of my things arrived intact. They made the process so seamless/ made what could have been a huge ordeal so much easier. As an engineer, I have moved around quite a bit around Texas. Normally, the service of the movers always at the least, had met or exceeded my expectations. However, this was the first time, lot of things went not appropriately or professionally. The way move was completed, the duration, and property damages were a total disappointment. It took twice as long as expected to move. I have brought the matters to customer service and management attention and withhold final review to include their response and actions. These guys were efficient, skilled, friendly, and hustled. I am very pleased with the ease of my move and the cost, which, while not cheap, was comparable to most professional movers, and I wouldn't risk my stuff with someone who is not a pro. Angel was the driver, and he and the other two guys in the crew did a lovely full service. I was packed already, but they wrapped the TV, mattress, etc...nothing was damaged or even dirty. I appreciate them making a stressful time much easier. It was also a fun and nice touch that Tim, the area manager showed up at the move site to thank me and give me a complimentary bottle of wine.
