These guys did a great, thorough job with my car and my sister's car. I hired them because I needed a thorough cleaning of our cars, inside and out. They arrived a little late and asked to use our water to refill, which was fine for me but may not be necessarily great for everyone. They worked hard for more than the two hours I booked. But when they were done, I was really impressed. He found a credit card that had fallen under the seat and was sure to point it out and leave it out for me when I went to inspect the car. Received a message that I had to book it online even though already received confirmation of 11.30 appointment, all is well. Go to book online, appointment not available. Call the business back again, perhaps there is a problem with the computer system? Turns out that someone just took that appointment online. probably while I was communicating with the business via text about how they wIll come at 11.30. I texted Julio in the morning to see if he served my area. He didn't serve but he made it work. He showed up 5 minutes early and did an outstanding job. My car had never been more clean. Jose was fantastic! I used to have a regular cleaner at my old job that cleaned while I was working but when I changed jobs I really struggled to find time to go get my car cleaned. I have been getting my car washed by Julio and his team for quite a while now and I must say I can never go to anyone else again. I have limited time during the week to get a wash and even when I can most of the surrounding locations around me do not do a great job. The prices were comparable to where I was taking my car to be machine washed before so finding a place to do a hand wash was a no brainer. I scheduled 2 car washes this morning through their website over 2 weeks ago. They were fully booked until then but they have good reviews so I was willing to wait. I paid online and made the down payment. Somebody texted me last night at around 9pm to confirm and I said yes. This morning no one has showed up at all. No one has called or texted. I received an email (again, no call or text) that someone has car trouble and will need to come later. No explanation of whether "later" means a few minutes, later today, another day altogether. No one answers when I call the company. Got my car washed last week, don't remember the guys name. It was decent, a lot of hidden water in my car so when I drove it for lunch I see a bunch of water streaks on my door which was annoying to see, esp when I paid $20 for the booking, then another $25 the day of (+$15 to cover the rest, +$5 for it being a mid-size SUV, then +$5 for "spray wax" which imo didn't make my car any better), then gave dude a tip, all in all damn near $60 for an OK wash. Most mobile washes I get bring out a blower to get our the excess water from the crevices, I think if we paying that much, need more/better attention to detail read more

I had Julio come over today to detail the exterior of my Tesla Model S. He was really sick and his assistant Juan had to take over about halfway through. The car turned out unbelievable! The car is so smooth no swirl marks. They even cleaned up the interior for $20 more. These guys are great and I highly recommend them.
