Super amazing! I had a pretty dirty Subaru Forester detailed by them and it looks brand new! The car wasn't been driven for quite a few months and before that my toddler made sure there was no surface left unstained. First time trying out this service because of the good reviews. And I would say I'm pretty impressed by the quality of work that Julio has provided. I got a large jar of coffee spilled on my carpet and it was soak into the mat that I can smell strong coffee smell everyday. And plus all the cream and sugar stuff, that I decided to do carpet/mat shampoo before holiday comes. The mat was nasty and I was prepare it's gonna take multiple times of washing/shampooing to get rid of the drink. However, I was amazed by the work that Julio has done. It was so clean! He came to my workplace and it took less than two hours, maybe one and half hour to do all interior shampooing and vacuums. I also attached some photos so you can compare. he saved lots of time for me. I would definitely recommend Julio - just make sure they only accept cash, check, or Venmo/Zella which list on the website if you're thinking about credit card. However you do need to put down $20 down payment via cards when you're booking their service. If you didn't bring anything with you during the service, I think they can still charge through online credit card payments. read more

Hey, Yelp, It's been awhile! So whenever I see places with this good of reviews, I always wonder if its Yelp inflation or real deal. This one? Real deal. Online booking was quick, easy, clear. Julio texted me half an hour before my 2:00 appointment to let me know he was running late but would be there by 2:15. Not a problem since I didn't have to be anywhere right after. Given the heads up, I took my time getting home, and sure enough, he (and a helper) showed up before 2:15 hit. I hadn't booked a wax but asked if they had time to add it on- no problem. Asked if I could put the tip on the check or did he prefer separate- either was fine. Good, cuz I hate dealing with cash! Result: I got basic interior+exterior+wax. As someone who's only ever gotten assembly line car washes or full on detailing, this was priced closer to the former, but felt closer to the latter. It wasn't perfect, but the amount of clean/shiny they got on my absolutely filthy car within 40 minutes was impressive! No assembly line car wash is going to let you look it all over at the end and point out anything they missed, nor will they come to you. Awesome value. Make sure you ask for a stamp card! read more

Had someone come from this company last week and detail the exterior and interior. They did a good job outside but inside they used some kind of wipes that left the entire car oily. Seats, inside doors and dashboard all oily. Now I've got these white marks appearing all over the place. If I could give this business no stars I would...THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Arrogant business owner who cares more about himself over anything. A few major things in my most recent experience that just threw me off entirely. I basically need to write this terrible review because of how horrible he was. 1. I've used this Service only once before a month or two ago. I live in Laguna Beach and one of his employees washed my car at my home (they did a good job, they were on time, so I planned on using this service again). I booked an appointment for today (Tuesday) at the same location (my home in Laguna Beach). The owner texted me a few days prior mentioning that they don't service my area at all but they would accommodate me this ONE time and that they may be late because of how far it is from where they're based (weird... because I have used this service at my home in Laguna Beach before). I didn't say anything because I know things change, so I let it be and was just happy someone was coming to wash my car. 2. Today, I was on my way to another appointment in Newport Beach (for 10:45am) and unfortunately, got a flat tire in the middle of the road (from two nails). Dangerous situation to be in, so I had to stop to check my tire out and then head back down to the gas station in Laguna Beach (where I know they have a service station). From there, I had to make another stop in South Laguna to either plug my tire or change it. Guy from 30 Min or Less texts me 30 min prior to my appointment (so around 11am) as I'm on my way to South Laguna letting me know he's on his way and he's 33 min away. I then proceeded to tell him the situation, asking him to please reschedule me since I had to get my tire fixed and I wouldn't know what time I would return home (My appointment was for 11:30am). We go back and forth over text, to which he then calls and I explain the situation over the phone again. At one point, he says over the phone, "if you had let me know 10 min earlier, I could've tried to find another car to wash to make up for the 2 hours I will be losing." ......Do you really think I am thinking about calling my car wash guy if I have a flat tire in the middle of the road? .... No. And this is why I give him 0 stars. He was the most arrogant, un-accommodating, rude (list goes on) business owner I have ever dealt with. No empathy, no sense of understanding- Your customer is in an unforeseen (and dangerous) circumstance and you cannot at least try to reschedule or even just cancel for no fee? I wasn't even trying to cancel- I tried giving him other days and times, but he refused to reschedule (or refused to cancel without refunding me the deposit). I understand this situation happened after the cancellation policy timeline. I also understand that businesses can be suffering (and in his words he's losing out on $40-45 if I reschedule or cancel), but if a customer of yours is in a dire situation, I would think (as a business owner, who should ideally have customer service) to be understanding and at least try to work with me rather than eat my deposit up and make me pay again to book another appointment. If he really cares about the money (as it sounded like he did), he could've rescheduled to THEN get my money on another day. I don't generally write Yelp Reviews, but I myself work in Customer Service. If you choose to continue using them, go for it, but for anyone new who may be looking, there are TONS of other AND BETTER mobile car washes to use. To the business owner of this company, do better. You need the biggest lesson in Customer Service. I'm disputing with my AMEX to get my deposit back. read more
