I'm all for this business! I booked them 40 min before my appointment at 8AM on a Monday and he shows up with everything including the water (wuuuut). All I had to do was pull my car out and as I'm getting ready for work, my car was getting a spa treatment. He was so professional, did such a good job, and now my car is shiny af. What a fantastic experience! Today was my first time using 30 Min. or Less. I read the great reviews and decided to give it a try. Ruben drove to me, and despite some challenges finding a place to wash (totally my fault, I didn't realize my building had a designated spot!), he was super understanding. When we finally got to the wash zone, I can only say that Ruben's attention to detail is incredible. My SUV looks incredible and every spot on the interior was taken care of. I'm a bit of perfectionist, and this was better than I've ever been able to do. And beyond that, Ruben is just a great guy. He stuck around for a few minutes and we just chatted about California life, because I'm new to town. It was his last appointment of the day, and he still didn't race out of there like he had better places to be. Really cool guy. I just recently got a new car, so with me being extra paranoid i just couldn't trust my brand new car going through an express wash after reading numerous reviews of cars getting scratched by the automatic machines. I also didn't like the idea of sitting at a car wash waiting for my car to finish. When i came across 30 min or less on yelp i was excited to try this because they come to you! It can be kind of tricky though if you live in a complex and you don't have your own driveway but as long as you're in a spot with no cars next to you then there shouldn't be a problem. My car came out looking sparkling clean after 2 months worth of dirt that was piled on top of my white car. They were quick and professional, i would definitely recommend them! This is the first time I have used a car wash service that comes to you. I opted to go with 30 min or less over a larger cooperate company because I would prefer to support smaller businesses. Besides, Julio got very good reviews. I was extremely pleased with the quality of cleaning that he did. We got the 39 dollar package. I've never paid this much for a car wash, but it was well worth it, and I even felt the need to give Julio a big tip. Besides the fact that he comes to you (which we should consider in when we are assessing the price), he gets the car much cleaner than any drive through car wash I have experienced. The outside looked sparkly and shiny and the vacuum and dash job was superb. I originally looking for someone to detail my car, but this was quite sufficient for now. I look forward to using 30 min or less service again when they add shampoo service to the package (which I was informed is the plan). Julio himself was very energetic, professional, and friendly. He is the kind of guy you just want to see succeed because he takes such pride doing a good job for people and making them happy. read more

I've used 30 Min or Less three times now, and I've been impressed by the quality and thoroughness of the car washes. Pre-Covid, I always took my car to a car wash and must have gotten used to the "ok" cleaning job. But after using 30 Min or Less, I realized what I was missing. The second time I used them, the attendant spent more than an hour washing my car and it basically looked brand new, especially the inside. I also highly recommend the $5 spray wax that is an option; makes your car so shiny and makes it easier to clean off little surprises you get from birds. I've had great experiences with Andy, Julio (the owner), and Ruben. All very nice, professional, and do a great job. Highly recommend especially post-Covid. But be prepared to wait a couple of days for the next available appointment, as I think they are super busy due to Covid so I haven't been able to get same day or next day appointments for the regular car washes. read more

wow! my car hasn't been this clean since......i can't even remember! mercedes offers free car wash but i've always been so lazy to go to the other side of town lol. plus the inside of my car is super filthy. i can say the last time i got a proper car wash was prolly 2 years ago. i am ashamed. so i know my car was suuuuuuper dirrrrty! when you go to those auto car wash places they don't wash your tire rimes either so i can only imagine how much hard work it took Julio to clean my car, esp by himself! what i loved about this was that he came to me instead my going to a car wash place! i got the $50 combo interior and exterior plus the plastic coating or leather conditioning. i chose the plastic coating for my dash board and stuff and honestly my baby looks so niceeeee! they were fulllll of dusts before lol. i'm honestly happy with the service - Julio was courteous and professional and obviously did a great job - but i can't say i will definitely return. only reason being i didn't really do too much research, i saw this place and read reviews and just decided on a whim. i may try out other similar services and compare prices and outcome. read more

My car definitely looks better after the full interior detail. The car was pretty dirty, and overall it looks a lot better now. If I had paid for just a basic wipedown and vacuum, I would be very happy. BUT a lot of details were missed that I am noticing in the days after having the detail done. When we went to pick up the car the area under the front seats was not vacuumed at all, so we had to ask him to vacuum it. In my eyes this was pretty avoidable, and one of the first places I would be sure to clean if I professionally cleaned cars. I also had to ask that they clean the window buttons on the door, as they didn't clean inside them The mats were left dripping wet and not thoroughly cleaned, as when I hung them up to dry, dirty water dripped onto the floor. The mirrors on the sun visor were not wiped down. The seat belt clickers were not cleaned in the area between them and the center console. I know they sound like minor issues, and maybe they are. But when the service is called a detail, you would think attention would be paid to the little details, and not just the broad strokes of the job. read more
