I took my car in to fix the overheating issue they charged me $200 and repaired a $10 hose then it overheated the day I picked it up again the lady said it needs a Radiator it's another $1000 had it towed to another shop they only charged $500. read more

There are many reviews for 360 Auto Clinic that address how friendly, attentive and capable the wonderful people who operate this auto repair business are and after having giving them a try earlier this afternoon to have a simple maintenance service performed on my nine year old Cadillac today, I can completely agree. All I needed today was a simple A/C system maintenance service (system evacuation and recharge) and my technician Armen was just wonderful. He performed the service in a very quick and efficient manner and even recommended a couple of steps to take to make the system work even more efficiently on my own moving forward. Best of all, there was no upsell or additional sales pitch. Just the service I asked for and done beautifully. I should also mention that Rita at the service desk was very friendly and accommodating and seemed to know quite a bit about auto repair herself, so any questions or concerns I had early on were handled very satisfactorily. Folks, these are good people who do good work. Give them a try yourself. Based on my terrific experience with them today I'm guessing that you'll agree. Five stars! read more

Always quick, friendly and more importantly, honest service. As an example, brought one of my cars in that I knew had issues with the fuel pump or tank (was leaking), at first glance they estimated $500+ for a fuel pump (if that was the issue), turns out it was a housing seal around the fuel pump which ended up only be about $200 fully installed. Not many times I can go to a mechanic and have a final bill be less than the original estimate! I take all four of our family cars there, and they seem very knowledgeable on every one of them (Mercedes, Honda, Toyota and Kia). Serj and Rita are great local business owners! read more

Terrible service! I originally scheduled an appointment for oil change through THEIR website on Friday 12:30pm, and they tell me they can't do it because it is their lunch break. Why would you put that time slot there if you won't work during those hours? Then I reschedule for 9am Saturday, when I get there, the employee tells me it'll take 40-50minutes. After doing some errands, I come back two hours later to find out that they haven't even started. I cannot emphasize the lack of professionalism and will not be coming back. Find yourselves someone else , they'll just waste your time. I should add that they never apologized once! Pathetic! read more

Wow wow wow! I can not believe how much the owner Serjik lied in his comment of my review. His explanation were complete lies. And there were only warning lights that our vehicle was overheating after we picked up our vehicle when they stated the job was completed as I posted in my first post. My husband was able to purge our vehicle of so much air (thanks to YouTube videos) adding a lot of antifreeze and distilled water proving that his mechanics did not purge the vehicle of air and did not complete the job. And now our vehicle is working fine again! No warning lights, no overheating Serjik and Rita kept bringing up that the job of replacing the water line took a lot longer than expected but that they would honor their price. From everything that transpired it appeared they just wanted to recoup their loss by not purging our vehicle so they could get more money out of us costing us so much time and aggravation. Serjik at first apologized and told us if we brought it back in on Saturday he would "make things right" and purge our vehicle of air, but instead they hooked our car up to their diagnostic machine and told us it needed things repaired that diagnostic machines can not detect. Again this business is very unethical and dishonest! read more

Brought my car here to get a second opinion after a previous shop told me my front suspension was seriously damaged and needed to be replaced. Good thing, because after a quick inspection, Rita let me know that mechanic could find no issues with my suspension, front or back. 360 Auto Clinic saved me about 400 dollars. This is by far the best mechanic shop in SCV. I just got both my front and rear brakes replaced as well as an oil change for a very reasonable price. Rita is the sweetest front office person ever. She is very quick, efficient and overall an easy person to talk to. I got the pleasure to meet the owner Serj who worked on my car by himself today. He is so nice and really treats you more like family than a customer. He is so sincere and honest it makes me want to better myself. All kidding aside, he is someone I really trust that will not try to up sell you and works with great integrity. I've been hearing a rattling noise with my car for at least 3 months. My regular mechanic told me I needed two new catalytic converters and wanted to charge me $3200. I called 360 Auto Clinic after calling a few other auto repair places, and the front desk lady was so helpful and informative. I went in for an AC diagnostic because my AC wasn't blowing ice cold air, just cold. And after a very brief inspection they told me that the AC compressor is bad and it needed to be replace. And that the repairs would cost $1,100. That seemed to me very unlikely because the car is 4 years old and only 40K miles on it. When I did ask him to refill it with freon, they told me that it will not make a difference. I insisted to do that first and we'll take it from there. Guess what?!?! That did it. Now the AC is blowing ice cold air. Very disappointed in this place. I expected to be more honest and trustful. But they weren't. They tried to replace my perfectly good-working compressor. The difference: $1100 job vs $1100. Response: I am disappointed in you response. It is not honest. You didn't said anything about any possible leaks. You only advised me to replace the compressor. You never even suggested that there may be leaks. read more

Made a appointment for a custom 4 wheel alignment on a 2017 Corvette Grand sport. I gave the mechanic my spec and he completed the job and told me he did the best he can. Drove the car home and checked out the final specs on the car vs what I gave him. I notice right away the front caster specs were off quite a bit and called the shop for an explanation from the mechanic. He was gone for the day and I was told he would call me back the following morning. Never heard back from 360 Auto Clinic. I guess they don't value customer service. Best auto service I have received. They were able to expedite my brake change service since I had to head back to Las Vegas today. They were so welcoming and even drove to an ATM to withdraw money. The manager was so humble and sat down with us to chat while we waited for our brakes to be changed. They initially told us they would finish in about 2 hours but they finished in less than an hour. Have been to 360 auto clinic several times. Great work for fair prices. Several months ago I had my Lincoln in for service and asked them to check my front brakes as I believed the rotors were warped. They confirmed that they were but noted that I still had good break pads and recommend I wait a little longer to replace rotors. This impressed my that they didn't push doing repairs that could wait a little longer as they are a bit costly. Had I gone to the for dealer they would extract as much money from me as possible. This morning at ridiculous thirty, 6 of us drive down to the Midnight Mission to volunteer for breakfast service. Everything went fine until I was almost home when I had a complete flat. I took off the tire and drove it to Serj. He found the gash and it was so bad it could not be repaired. He could order one for Monday but tomorrow being Easter and all, I really wanted it today. We talked about local tire stores. Then Serj had a flash insight. He knew of a tire store in Pacoima that sell used tires. We called the up and they had a near new tire of exactly the same model as mine for a super reasonable price. All done in about 20 minutes! Now Serj got nothing from this except this review and my loyalty. How's that for a mechanic you can trust?! read more
