While I was waiting for my car, I overheard the service manager talking through the work needed on another customer's car and I really liked how she walked him through the options and how to tackle it all within reason. After I saw that they were using generic parts that were not suggested by my car manufacturer, I went out and purchased genuine parts. 360 Auto Clinic refused to use the genuine parts I had purchased on my car, they said they needed to make 10-20% off of parts. This place is terrific. The mechanics are efficient, courteous and professional. I went in to have half a quart of oil drained from my crack case (that I put in). I saw this business had good reviews so I decided to go to them! Some of the one star reviews made me nervous but I'm happy to say I had no issues. I was given a thorough price breakdown of the services I needed which I really appreciated. My car was in and out in less than a day which is impressive considering it had a decent amount of issues (tire issues, brake issues, battery issues, etc.) Also, my right side mirror wasn't moving when I tried to use the side mirror controller to adjust it. After I got my car back from 360, I noticed that it was working again! I'm not sure if they fixed it for me (because I didn't see a charge for it on my receipt) but if they did and didn't charge me for it, I appreciate it so much! On July 15, I dropped my car at Galpin Honda for an oil change and they advised me to have $1200-worth of maintenance work to be done. Also, I started hearing this noise coming out from the tires after I dropped it there. So I took it here to get a second opinion and also so that they could figure out what the noise is about. My visit on the 20th of July was my third time here. The first two were excellent as the crew has been very helpful and nice. However, after taking a look at my car, Arlen(?) told me that both my control arms and tire axles were worn out and I should take care of it soon because the car is dangerous to drive. He said that the repairs would cost $1400. He didn't take the time to print me an official quote. He only wrote it on a piece of paper. He also didn't show me the damage. Because I don't know a lot about cars, I didn't know what questions to ask so I left without letting them do the repairs. I found it hard to believe that my car had these problems because it seemed fine except for the noise. It also didn't make sense to my boyfriend who knows more about cars. He insisted that we go to Affordable Care of Hollywood to get a third opinion. They did a complete check on my car and found NO PROBLEMS at all. They rotated the tires to get rid of the noise and didn't even charge me for it because it was such a small repair. After our visit there, my car ran smoothly without any noise at all. The only reason why I'm giving them two stars right now is because they didn't charge me anymore for the check-up which was nice of them. But after finding out that they recommended me an expensive repair that I didn't even need, I felt disappointed and taken advantage of. I will never come back here again. :( read more

Serj was so extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I had taken my car to another mechanic to fix the passenger side window, and they quoted me $250. They said they would have to remove the entire door to fix the issue which would take days. Serj was able to fix the problem within just a couple of hours for only $155 which included diagnostics, labor and parts!! I will recommend him and his company to everyone I know! I love going there because it's so clean (women -- you needn't fear using the bathroom, it's immaculate!) and Serj and Astor are so friendly. They explain everything and what it will cost and always try to keep your costs down, while still doing the best job. I had something underneath my car come loose, and one garage wanted to order a whole new part form Honda, so I took it over to Serj and with a few bolts and $20 I was on my way. I've been to 360 Auto Clinic a total of three times now, the first for a rear brake replacement that started with an Amazon Local deal. I then returned for new tires, new front brakes, an oil change and new wiper blades (for a drive from Los Angeles to Seattle). I was impressed equally by the service and the price. Everyone at 360 Auto looks out for you - they will show you the old parts they are replacing and will explain why they are replacing them. There's just a general feeling that no one is trying to pull the wool over your eyes. The price also CANNOT be beat, they are very transparent in their pricing and their labor rate is fair and they don't over bill on the hours. That second trip that I made, where I had all four tires, my front brakes, a brake sensor and my wiper blades all replaced - as well as an oil change - resulted in a leak being found. Serj and Co. found the source of the leak and replaced the appropriate seal. ALL of the above cost around $800. I drive a Mini Cooper and I've paid more than that just for the tires at the dealership. Thanks 360 Auto! Heard about this place off 'Amazon Local Deals' to get my front brakes replaced and resurfaced. Drove in thinking it would be just like the other shops that just want to find the next thing to replace to make money. But they stood by me step-by-step and showed me everything they were going to do, what they were going to do, and how they are going to fix it. Astor provided great service and he just went above and beyond in helping find the best cost-efficient brake rotor, since I had to replace my brake rotor since it was extremely worn down to the point I could not have the brake rotors resurfaced. My wife and I just moved to California 2 months ago. The second week we were here our transmission went out in our Dodge Caliber 2009 and it was just over the Dodge 100,000 mile warranty. We had a friend's uncle check it out and offer to do it and give us a deal but it just felt a little unconfortable and didn't feel confident in the quality of the work that would be done. Someone recommended this place based on the reviews they found online. They took the car out, test drove it, and did some other preliminary review. There was no diagnostic fee. They confirmed that it was the transmission and quoted us a price. It was the same price as the other guy "giving us a deal" and we felt so well taken care of with these guys, we decided to go with 360 Auto and we couldn't be happier. -Competative Pricing -Kind Staff -Very open and willing to answer any questions (they talked on the phone for 20 mins with me about the situation, what they were doing, my options, etc). The ONLY negative is the LOCATION.... It can be hard to find off the road. Look for the bright orange wall and follow it back to the garage. That is the only negative thing but it is completely worth the U-turn if you pass it on the first time around. We have found the place we will be going the rest of our time here in CA. read more

I have a 2003 Nissan Supercharge Xterra. It has over 140k miles on it. It's seen several different trips from beaches to mountains to valleys. I had my Service Engine Light on for some time. I took it to my regular mechanic and he replaced my distributor. That distributor went bad and the light was back on and it was sputtering. Ran worse than I when I had first taken it in. I took it over to 360 Auto and the replaced the distributor. Found a bunch of other issues... My Fuel Injectors were bad. They were all replaced. He was still not completely happy with how it ran and he kept it for a while longer. He finally found that my Catalytic Converters were bad. Those were replaced and now my X is running great again. In the meantime, they were kind enough to get me a rental car for at least a couple of days. When my car was finally to satisfactory (and beyond great) running condition they even gave it a car wash for me. Thanks so much 360!!! read more

Most honest, friendly, and upfront auto shop I have ever been to! I have been here twice now. Once for an oil change and most recently to replace my front breaks and rotors. The mechanic is very thorough and will do a full inspection of your car and let you know what needs to be done. There is absolutely no pressure to get the work done the same day and they will give you a printed estimate as well. Their pricing is fair and they will give you the option of market or after market parts, allowing you to save some money. I was told by another shop that I needed my shocks and struts replaced, only to find out that my shocks and struts are perfectly fine. As a woman, I'm usually dread taking my car to an auto shop because they usually try to take advantage and sell you parts and services you don't need. This is NOT the case with 360 auto. There is a very friendly lady at the front of the shop (I believe her name is Rita). She is very friendly and knowledgeable and after talking with her for just a few minutes I knew I had come to the right place. I no longer dread taking my car to get looked at because I know I will be well taken care of here. The mechanic is also very friendly and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and the priority of each thing that needed to be fixed. He found 2 nails in my tires and repaired the tires at no charge. I also met the owner at my last visit and he was very friendly as well. They inspect the car every time we bring it in and tell us how it is doing and what we need to watch out for, what is wearing out, what needs immediate attention and what will need attention soon. We have had our brakes done on both cars, oil changes and one car had an engine rebuild. They are honest and really care about you and your car. They make sure you know when you need service again with email reminders and you aren't just another customer, they always ask about my family and remember me. I got an Amazon deal for brakes for this auto shop. I was very pleased from my first encounter with this business; they were honest about their appointment availbility, they were on time actually early with the time frame they said the work would take & they called to confirm the appointment the night before. I have to say I was super nervous about going to a mechanic that I didn't know anyone who had used previously but I left with "My" new mechanic shop. Serj and his wife are such sweet honest people, such rare traits to find in mechanics. Often you get that seedy feeling like "really is ALL of that wrong with my car" but here it was just the opposite. He gave me a list of things that I should consider working on but not in an upsell fashion. In fact he didn't try to upsell me at all!!! I didn't get the dreaded "can you come take a look at this with me" speech that most mechanics give you while pointing to car parts you had no idea existed before they point it out. Conversely, he was honest and told me that most things are preventative and gave me a timeline of sorts of when I needed to do the things. The shop office is immaculate, with fresh coffee, tv and he even let me use the pc to bring up my deal voucher. I was SUPER impressed that he even offered to get me a quote to fix my broken window since my car was broken into. I live about 20 miles away but will not trust my car to anyone else from now on. 360 will now be my go to shop for repairs. They are truly a gem. I brought my car in for a repair that Nissan claimed to have fixed a few years back. The repair was 1,000 bucks. The part cracked again Which I was told I would never need to repair it again. So I took it to 360 and they repaired it for not even half of the cost and it was done correctly this time. On top of that, I approved them to do an alignment that was not needed and they were upfront about not needing it. That is why I will bring my car back here every time it needs repair. One call to the shop and they said bring it in and we will take care of you. They were able to diagnose and order parts within the hour. We spent the day at six flags and the car was all ready when we were done. Extremely straight shooting, honest and affordable. They texted us status throughout the day. The mechanic also found some other potential issues that I needed to have checked out once we got home. These are things my regular mechanic missed on my last visit.. One step above what was expected, seeing as they knew we would not be return customers.
