Amazing service. Went to get my brakes done and ended up having an oil change as well. Polite and attentive customer service, quality work and just an all around pleasant experience. Called ahead to make the appointment a week in advance. Showed up and Astor came from around the desk shook my hand and welcomed me to the shop. Serj made a nob of welcome as well from a far as he was finishing up with another car. Astor brought me to the front desk and confirmed that I just needed my front breaks changed out. I confirmed but also asked if they could do an oil change. He reassured me they would do and full car inspection of the tubes, filters lights and every thing else and let me know of any recommended repairs or replacements. The process was going to take about 2 hours and I was going to wait at Starbucks down the street but Astor recommended a Lebonese spot called Shantos Bakery instead. Went there to enjoy a meal and wait (glad he recommended this spot it was perfect). Got a call about an hour later with a list of some other things he recommended, nothing crazy, replacing the cabin filter and a rear brake light that was out. Other then that gave my car a clean bill of health. They completed all that needed to be done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Spent about 30 minutes afterwards just talking with Astor because the guy is so friendly. I highly recommend this place. There is another chain brake and oil change place 3 min from my house and I am going to come here from now on even though it's a 20 min drive. Astor and Serj really impressed me! read more

What a great place to take your car! Friendly and you know you're getting good service! I took my moms car to get her tire fixed and an oil change. From the first phone call I knew I was in good hands. But I didn't know how good. They found a little nail in the tire but that wasn't puncturing anything, the donut was flat. They showed me the problem and showed me the cabin filter. There's no shady dealing they are up front and fixing only what needs fixing. Transparency is hard to find as a woman in an auto mechanic, even if you kind of know what you're talking about. Thanks team at 360! read more

At the dealer, they told me that I needed a few things more replaced (trying to charge me extra money for that), but when I came to this place they checked everything and told me the condition was great. We had a few problems with our car that needed to be fixed. We went to a few mechanics here in Santa Clarita and elsewhere but they weren't able to fix the problems with car and I paid a lot of money. I was able to get a price quote for the emission testing for both my vehicles on-line. I was contacted by them and was able to set-up an appointment to my satisfaction. They also reduced the price of the tests since I found them on-line through YELP. When I took my vehicles in, I was pleasantly greeted and both vehicles took about an hour to complete. read more

Moved to Santa Clarita about 2 years ago and finally found 360 Auto about a year ago. Everyone there is very honest and cordial. Never have they tried to upsell any service and even let us know that it was okay to postpone a service for a later date. If there was no work done on my car, they let me know and did't even charge me for the time they spent inspecting/examining the vehicle for the problem I brought it in for. BEWARE, THEY LIE, CHEAT AND WILL ROB YOU BLIND. I first brought my truck in here for an electrical issue, Serj charged me 300 dollars and sent it home saying the truck was repaired (if cleaning a battery terminal, and adding tape to an existing wire counts as a repair) Problem not resolved. I called. I told them it wasn't fixed, and I needed the truck to be road worthy for an impending long distance drive. Serj looked over my truck and have me a laundry list of items that needed to be repaired. Not unlike other reviews I've read here- he told me my brakes were so bad that they were unsafe, and listed several other items as well. I asked him to give me a quote which he did, and everything seemed to be looking up.I dropped my truck off, and was told it would take "a few days" to repair. Nope. THREE WEEKS LATER , I'm calling, they're telling me they can't find the parts, which is odd because, after a simple part search i can easily find parts for my truck. Finally I get my truck back , I PAID THEM AN EXORBITANT AMOUNT OF MONEY, and ONLY TWO of the many things on the list were repaied. Wait? Huh? Then why are you charging me the amount for all repairs, when ONLY a couple were done? Needless to say, I had to leave that day on my trip. MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN WITHIN A FEW HOURS OF PAYING THEM 1500 DOLLARS TO REPAIR, AND AFTER HAVING WAITED THREE WEEKS. THEY ONLY FIXED TWO THINGS ON A LIST OF 9 REPAIRS THEY THEMSELVES TOLD ME I NEEDED, AND CHARGED ME For!! When I called to speak to serj, I was told he "wasnt at the shop" that day and that he would call me back tomorrow... Well, what do ya know, its been over a month now, and not one single call, or message. Yet, every other day I receive an email from some mailing list of theirs that I never signed up for- trying to sell me something. Really??! HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, SHADY BUSINESS! Unless you want to be robbed, and leave with the same car troubles you had before- Take your car somewhere else. read more

I came in for a synthetic Oil change which went fine. This is where everything turned a little dirty. First they let me know that my rear brakes and rotors were going out which was fine, but then the front rotors and brakes had to be changed as well immediately and I wasn't safe. I took it some where else for a second opinion. They told me the front was fine for a while and no way needed immediate change right away like they made it seem. To top things off as you notice they offer 2 FREE AMC movie tickets with check-in SCAM. As soon as I asked for them they had no idea they had the offer posted on their YeLp???? C'MON MAN!?!?!? Really..... They told me they would mail them to me. Do you I think I ever received them Nope Nada Nothing:-/// They will call you and email trying to sell services but when you mention the prior tickets they have no idea.... Bad Business. Shouldn't list stuff to get customers in then after the service don't deliver anything. read more

On the positive side: Serj is very nice, personable and I'm sure his mother loves him very much. Hence the two stars. On the negative side: I believe they try to do more work than is necessary to build a bigger bill. I brought my car in for a cooling problem after it overheated. After diagnosing the problem, I was presented an estimate for $2,100. I was told this covered replacing the radiator and replacing head gaskets because coolant was leaking into the cylinders. When I pressed for more info, he conceded that part of the head gasket replacement was sending out the cylinder heads for a full valve job. Fortunately, I am knowledgeable about cars and pressed him about how he knew the coolant was leaking into the cylinder. He pointed out two spots on the outside of the engine block with white residue - presumed to be leaking coolant. I told him to only replace the radiator for $500 and I will monitor any coolant leakage. My problem is that he presented the $2,100 estimate as what was necessary to fix my cooling problem. Instead, he should have said it's $500 to fix the cooling problem, but we noticed some white reside that may indicate a bad cylinder head gasket and let me make the choice. I discussed this with Serj and he agreed that "maybe" they should have presented it as $500 to fix the broken radiator and $1,500 if I wanted the head gaskets changed and a full valve job. In my view, these are the kinds of practices that give auto mechanics a bad name. I feel sorry for those that aren't knowledgeable about cars and get hosed. read more

WOW! I pulled into 360 Auto Clinic right before their closing time after my car started shaking. They were so kind and they stayed open and figured out the problem with my car and told me it would cost much less than what i expected. I spoke on the phone with Serj and told him I needed an oil change and tire rotation to what he offer me a great deal for both services and even got me an appointment in the next hour. If you live in the SCV area, you know that there are a ton of mechanic shops. I have had my share of cars and have taken them to many places. But, this is the first time that I have felt that mechanic was being honest and was knowledgeable on what was wrong with my car. Serg and his guys are good at what they do! Definitely my new mechanic. They are extremely professional and super nice and will not tell you that something is wrong when it is not. Both Serjik and Armen made sure to verify what was wrong with my car using the codes AND verified with some system what was likely the right solution based on other owner's issues with my same car. They are very knowledgeable, as well, as to what is wrong and what needs to be done. They made sure to try the easiest and not most drastic/expensive solution first. I have a 2007 Lincoln MKX. I have always taken it to the dealer for service based on prior experiences with "shady"mechanics who fix things that aren't broken or break things that are working just fine so they can rack up the charges. I know the dealer is expensive but parts are always OEM and work is guaranteed! Unfortunately I moved within the last year and the dealership I like to go to is almost an hour away. I needed rear breaks and rotors..I called several places for pricing and turned to yelp for help. 360 aside from having great reviews was the only shop to give me options for pricing based on parts being OEM or aftermarket. The others which may have been slightly cheaper I'm sure we're quoting based on aftermarket/cheap parts. Astor and Serj (not sure of spelling) were extremely professional, reasonably priced, and very efficient. I did have to go back because my breaks were making a weird noise but they were determined to fix it and make sure I left completely satisfied! They even upgraded my break pads at no additional cost to me!! What??? Highly recommend 360 auto clinic! Super fair and trustworthy people!! Ok just one more thing... Went back yesterday with a different car, 07 Nissan Altima, because I hit a tire on the freeway and all the sudden the maintenance light came on stating I needed to replace my oil filter??? Coincidence?? Not sure but Astor and one of the mechanics spent 30 mins trying to be sure, added coolant, (completely unrelated) and adjusted the air in my tires (also unrelated) and charged me Zero dollars!!!??? Oh wait did I mention that Astor waxed off the marks from the tire on the side of the car...these people are amazing!!! Customer for life!! read more

This is a great place to take your vehicle. The owner and employees have integrity--something that is occasionally lacking in body shops. I moved away from La Crescenta but still make the 25 minute drive up there for all my oil changes, etc. because I trust Serj and his team. Specifically made a Yelp account so I could review this shop! I work with a lot of shop owners and know a good deal of the ins and outs of the business. I have a good idea of how much parts are and how much most places will charge for labor. At least for me, its always been tough to find honest technicians. Not only was the owner/manager Serj more than willing to have me come in on such short notice but also so close to closing time. I didn't even feel rushed or resented in any way. (Try doing that with a restaurant..) Serj was incredibly nice and gave me the best and most affordable quote for an oil change in all of the Glendale area.
