Found 360 off Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Serj is very caring and seems to take pride in his work and business. We planned to just do the oil change and as I was leaving I noticed my Denali up on the lift and asked if I could check out what it looks like underneath, we both stood under and he noticed the break pad and possibly rotors were shot, I had been hearing a noise like metal on metal and just dismissed it, because no one else who had been my Denali had heard it. He said it would be dangerous to drive and suggested we leave it, I told him I would discuss with my better half and get back to him about the service, we decided to go to the dealer because we have had issues with having work done in the past and I told Serj we would only be doing the tire rotation and also needed 2 new front tires, he suggested we give him a chance and that the dealer would be very costly. Serj quoted me for the tires and of course I searched for a better price online and his price was cheaper than Wal-Mart. After hearing this, I decided to give him a chance especially since he would do the work on my Denali that day. When I got the Denali back it was missing 2 of my rim caps (I was already missing 1) he said he would check the shop for it and get back to me tomorrow. He was not able to find it and he said he would replace it. He replaced both for no charge. It has been a month since I've been to 360 and my Denali is running great. His shop is a few blocks away and I think I have found my new mechanic, hopefully for life. read more

Did a pre-purchase inspection of a BMW I'm planning to buy, and these guys were just terrific. So pleasant to deal with, really thorough (the owner talked through the problems and repairs with me over the phone for a good fifteen minutes) and honest. And the price is right -- cost less than half of what a neighboring mechanic was charging. I'm going back here to do the repairs on the car, even though it's a good half hour drive from where I live. I took my car to 360 Auto clinic to fix the air conditioning. I had been told before that there is a leak and that's why the freon won't stay in. I was also quoted between $300 - $500 to fix the leak. In the end I didn't have a leak and Serj only charged me $105. Serj called me a week later to ask if everything was working properly with the car. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. They are affordable, honest, and hard working. I discovered this shop through an amazon deal and I'm very glad that I did. I got both my front and rear brakes replaced as well as my oil changed and engine flushed for a price I would have expected to pay just for the front brake replacement. Everyone there was very friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in helping me find the best solution and deals. I even overheard that a girl who was in there at the same time as me had made a trip up because she'd been quoted nearly $800 dollars for work on her car somewhere in Santa Monica but these guys quoted $200 for the same work. Brought my car in to get inspected as I just purchased a used Honda s2000. They were awesome and followed up to see how my experience was.

So, this was the third place I took my 2015 Yukon for a check engine light and rough idle. The first was the GMC Dealer who quoted me over $200 to check it out and that it probably wasn't covered under warranty. Another private garage near-by wanted $220 to clean the fuel injectors. After reading several Yelp reviews I took it to 360 Auto. They quoted me refundable $69.99 fee to check the codes. A short time later they explained this was a in fact a fuel injector problem common to GMC's and that GMC will cover the problem under warranty. They didn't charge me a dime and even showed me the GMC Service Bulletin in case GMC Service gave me a problem. So great to find an honest mechanic. I will definitely be back for my routine service needs. read more

I was having problems with my car since the day I bought it. When it gets hot outside, most of the time, my car will not start. My mom took the car many times to a local mechanic in Glendale but he could not solve the problem. Finally, I decided to take action, so I called the mechanic in Glendale to find out what parts he replace on my car and he told me that he does not remember and that he did not keep any records. I was very disappointed so I started looking on Yelp for a 5 star auto mechanic. I was very lucky to find 360 Auto Clinic. I read the reviews and right away called and left a message after hours. I got a call back from Astor in the morning. When I took my car to the shop, I met both Astor and Serj. A diagnostic was done on my car and we agreed to proceed. I asked for details to keep records that I would be able to read and understand. Both Astor and Serj explained to me that everything will be typed not handwritten for my records. Astor took the time after hours and sent me a detailed email which I appreciated very much. Serj cares a lot about his business and clients and he is very knowledgeable. Lately, it's been hot and my car been working great! Serj answered all of my questions and was extremely honest in his billing/estimates. These two guys are the best. They only charged me $175 to repair my separated muffler pipe, which my old mechanic would have charged $700 for the repair and $100 for diagnostic fee. These two guys are so honest I even asked them to change the tires and alignment and they did it for $55 cheaper than the biggest tire guy in SCV. The only thing I regret is not knowing about these guys when I drove a Ford because that thing broke down every six months. Come to these guys for anything. read more

I first brought my car here for an oil change, because I was dissatisfied with the prices and service at Jiffy Lube. At Jiffy Lube they always pester you about all the things they say you "need" to have done on your car, and they always tell you that you need a new air filter. So every time I've taken my car to a Jiffy Lube for an oil change, I dread the experience because the employees are so annoying and condescending. At 360 Auto Clinic, on the other hand, the service was fantastic! Serj was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to get me in for a last-minute appointment, which I really appreciated. The service was fast and the price was great! When everything was done, Serj told me that my car was in great condition--which was all I wanted to hear! I was THRILLED not to be nagged by a salesman trying to con me out of my money. Cost is a little cheaper than other places for synthetic oil change. Made an appt and was in and out real quick. Haven't tried any other service here but definitely will be back for the oil changes. Parking is in the back and might be a little hard to find at first, but they have a big sign in the front. read more

I have a 2009 Mercedes Benz c300 and the steering lock stopped working which means that the car wouldn't start at all. So I knew the only place that would fix this problem would be a dealership (Mercedes). I had no other choice but to take my car there, and they told me the total price would be $1,210!! I was like "oh hell no" . So I did some searching and I called multiple mechanics and no one knew what the heck I was talking about ! Waited 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged only to be told that it would take at least an hour and half to be repaired. I came to 360 Auto Clinic and the tire was fixed in less than 10 minutes. After trying to find an affordable brake job on my foreign car, I came across 360 auto clinic Amazon deal. It seemed to good to be true. After speaking with Serj about whether or not the deal would apply to my car and him easing my worries with a really affordable quote via email I immediately bought the deal and headed over to their shop. The service was excellent, the shop was beyond clean! The way they handled business it was obvious they were upfront, honest and full of integrity. I knew my car was in good hands as I waited a short time to get my brakes done. Afterwards they made sure the car was good to go and in prime shape. Even though I live a good distance from this shop I will return here again. I took it there for a check engine light and they were extremely helpful and did not charge me for the service. These guys are great! My wife and I were about to purchase a used vehicle and brought it to Serj for a pre-purchase inspection. Boy am I glad we did! He found multiple items, the most important being the timing belt was 30K past it's due change date...all items the dealer failed to disclose. Serj provided pictures which I showed to the dealer and yet he refused to budge on the price.
