    Roast pork

Got their roast pork which is actually Chinese or Cantonese barbecue. It's nice that they used pretty good quality pork belly for this, but I did't like how they put hoisin sauce in the bottom of that slap of belly but it's ok, not a deal breaker. The skin is crunchy and meat quality was good, portion was generous too.

Had dinner here on a weekend. Parking was easy in the plaza. The restaurant was clean, server was attentive and efficient. Food came out pretty fast. Broth, pork and wontons were good however the noodles were a bit too chewy for my liking. Overall, I'd give this place a 3.5/5 stars.

The roasted duck here is amazingggg! All the food here is authentic. This place is great for large groups because of how many seats they have and the portions they give. We tried the salt and pepper chicken, the sautéed pee shoots, fried rice, clams, and a few more dishes. Everything tasted great and the duck was a winner.

Dined here after browsing the menu at Blue Monkey (which was where my in-laws had chosen to eat). Someone wasn't happy looking at the food portion, wait and prices so walked around the plaza and dined at 360 instead. Our group of 7 left well fed and pleased. Got seated right away with no wait (place was pretty busy but not overly packed). Service was efficient. They had a huge variety of dishes to pick from. As it was lunch time, most of us got some kinda of rice plate or soup noodles. Husband got the duck and bbq pork noodle soup as well as the daikon rice flour cake. Soup was a little salty but really flavorful. I ended up taking a full leftoved container of soup home just so I could drink the broth. I got pho ap chao which was really good as well. Portion was huge and they actually use pho noodles unlike some other places. Honestly, it was hard to choose a dish as so many things sounded really good! Hoping to come back with a group of friends so that we can eat family style and enjoy more delicious sounding dishes!

Came with a group and ordered a lot of food. - roast duck. - very good and juicy - jelly cold salads- good - Dou miu veggie- seemed old. Not good - lobster noodle- avg. Roast duck was the best and the best in South Bay. The rest is average

Yo. I went to 360 before 'cause someone said they had the best roasted pork in San Jose and I don't remember who told me, but I owe them a hug, a shot, and maybe my rent. Today I got the number 194 and lemme tell you... JUICY DREAM MEAL. I think I cried a little. The soup was like a hot tub for my soul. The dumpling? SPANKTACULAR, yes, I made that word up but it's accurate. And the roasted duck? That thing flew straight into my mouth and quacked me into nirvana. Will I come back? Try and stop me. I might show up tomorrow in pajama pants with a bib

This place is so underrated! It's the best egg noods soup with bbq pork. The soup is so clear and flavorful and it's so rare when restaurants now serve your food super hot! I love when my food is burn-your-mouth-hot and not served lukewarm. You absolutely have to ask for the pickled green chilis to eat with your noods, it escalates it by a notch! If Chinese Vietnamese food is your thing, this is the spot!

Over the holidays, my friends took me to a new roasted BBQ duck noodles in San Jose. This place is in a big shopping center around Grand Century mall with all types of food businesses. It's so big that it's quite easy to get lost of forget where you park your car. The name is quite different for a chinese VN restaurant "360". Anyhow, the restaurant is quite new, high ceiling, clean and airy. The right side you can see all the nice colored BBQ ducks where you can buy and take home. We're seated at the end of the left side. The prices are in par with all the restaurants around here. $17 a bowl. There are quite a few dishes offered here, but we're here for the BBQ duck noodles soup. The bowl came out with the broth filled up to the rim, quite impressive, I liked it already. Each bowl came with a separate dish of BBQ duck, NOT skimpy which I like. So it's all in the broth, and the soup is so tasty and just right, someone may think it's too much MSG, but whatever it is, it's excellent. But since this one meat is only BBQ duck, there comes the meat, the duck is marinated and cooked perfectly, not too salty, not to sweet, not to much star anis spice, this is the best BBQ duck I've had so far anywhere. The noodles were cooked to perfection, not too soft, just crunchy enough. BUT for me a little shy, I needed one more portion of noodles because the soup was so good and plenty. The service here is hit and miss, last time we came, the place was packed and only 2 person running the whole place, take quite a long time to ask for something. Yesterday was not so busy, then the server was quite attentive and fast. So yesterday I came again with a friend and ordered extra noodles. The bowl of BBQ duck noodles soup was extremely consistent, excellent, this is what a good restaurant should be. Guess what, my friend loved it. This time we had chinese donut fried to crispy with our soup. Perfect lunch.

Since that night, it has become the only seafood boil spot that I consistently come back to. My go-to order is the shrimp and crawfish with their Sweet California sauce, along with a side of garlic noodles. The Sweet California sauce is what keeps me returning. It's not your typical Cajun seafood boil sauce--it has a unique flavor that's completely its own and sets this place apart from every other seafood boil restaurant I've tried. Depending on when you visit, the restaurant can either be packed or nearly empty. It's a smaller space, and large parties tend to come through often, so wait times can vary. One thing to keep in mind is that the host, server, and food runner are often the same person. Because of that, I always try to give them some grace. If you need something, just let them know, and they'll do their best to take care of you as quickly as possible. Don't let the small exterior fool you--this place is absolutely delicious. Whether it's 11 a.m. or 3 a.m., I'll happily find myself back here for another seafood boil.

It took over an hour just to get the garlic noodles. The bò lúc lắc came out about 10 minutes later, and then we waited another 15 minutes for the crawfish. Altogether, our food took close to 1.5 hours, which is honestly unacceptable for a casual restaurant. You would think crawfish would be one of the quicker dishes to come out. We had originally planned to order even more crawfish afterward so it would come out fresh, but after seeing how long everything was taking, we decided to cancel that idea entirely. To make things worse, the crawfish sauce was overloaded with mayo, which was such an odd combination and not enjoyable at all. The food itself definitely did not justify the long wait. The restaurant felt cramped, outdated, and more like a bar than a place to comfortably eat dinner. The servers were young and seemed overwhelmed or unsure of what was going on most of the time. Meanwhile, they kept seating more tables and taking orders even though the kitchen was clearly struggling to keep up. We even overheard other tables canceling their food because of the wait times. Overall, this was not a good experience and definitely not somewhere I would return to. The next day we ended up going to Cap't Louis instead to finally satisfy the crawfish craving.

The garlic fries were cooked to the perfect level of crispiness, while the lobster garlic noodles were flavorful, savory, and packed with garlic goodness. The seafood itself was fresh and good quality, but I found the House Special Mild sauce a little underwhelming. I was hoping for more depth and flavor, but most of what I tasted was a mild kick of heat. While it wasn't bad, it didn't have the rich, buttery, and well-seasoned flavor profile that I typically look for in a seafood boil sauce. Service was great throughout our visit. We were seated promptly, our food arrived quickly, and any requests we had were fulfilled without issue. The staff was attentive and made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the restaurant's nautical theme. The decor featured fishing nets, ship-inspired accents, and other sea-themed elements that helped create a fun and immersive atmosphere. Overall, I'm glad we gave this place a try. The garlic noodles and fries were delicious, and the service was excellent. While I would probably choose other seafood boil spots in the future, this was still a solid experience and worth trying at least once.

One reason is that I don't live in the San Jose area anymore, and another is that there are now so many seafood boil spots around since Boiling Crab really started the trend. One positive right away: there was no long wait. We arrived around 8pm and were seated immediately, which was great. I remember the days when we'd have to put our name down and walk around Target while waiting for our table. I do wish they offered combo bags like a lot of other seafood boil places do now, since that's always a hit. Instead, we ordered 3 pounds of shrimp with whole-sha-bang sauce in mild. The shrimp themselves were great--nice and big, not the tiny peanut-sized ones you sometimes get. The flavor was also really good. However, the "mild" tasted much spicier than I remembered. From past visits, mild always had a small kick but was still pretty manageable. This honestly tasted closer to medium. My boyfriend politely asked one of the servers if he could get a small side of garlic butter because the sauce was spicier than expected. She immediately responded that it would be $5 for extra sauce, and the way it was said came off pretty rude. We understand that there's an option to make the bag "extra saucy" for an additional charge, but he wasn't asking for extra sauce for the whole bag--just a small side to balance out the spice. Even a simple response like "I'm sorry it came out spicier than expected" would have gone a long way. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years, and I've always believed in "kill them with kindness." We weren't rude at all--we just mentioned that it seemed spicier than mild. In the end, we decided to just skip the extra sauce. Again, the flavor was still good, but to me this definitely tasted more like medium. When we got our check, a different server asked how everything was. My boyfriend mentioned that the sauce was spicier than mild, and she responded with, "Oh no, I'm sorry it wasn't exactly what you wanted." We told her it wasn't her fault since we had already mentioned it earlier, and she just gave us a sympathetic look. Overall, the food itself was good, and I'd probably give it a 4 for taste, but the lack of customer service knocked the experience down for me. I understand it was later in the evening and they still had a full lobby, but a little kindness and attentiveness would have made a big difference.

I'm used to typical straightforward nature at markets, but their attitude is something else. I was constantly berated while looking at mangos near the door. Literally the whole time, an employee was standing right next to me and nagging me as if I was about to topple all the fruit off the stand or completely obstructing the door. I wasn't, and it's absolutely normal to sort through and select fruit? These mangos are EXPENSIVE, I don't want to just blindly pick a box. When I asked if I should pay outside or inside at the cashier (since some grocers will have you pay for outside merchandise, outside), she rudely asked if I was blind and couldn't see the cashier. I asked the cashier about this behavior (in Vietnamese) and was entirely ignored. Literally not a single word said. Not sure why I hadn't just left at this point, but I bought 6 large, rather expensive, boxes. I truly regret it because even THEN, they made me feel like a nuisance for setting them down outside as I carried them 2-by-2 to my car on the other side of the parking lot. There are no carts and I'm not exactly the strongest body builder out there, not sure what they expected of me. I regret spending my money here. There are plenty other stores in the area for tropical fruit, with better prices and better service.
