You need to keep an eye on this restaurant. I ordered the lobster noodles with a whole lobster. Even though the lobster was small, when they brought out the dish, we inspected it and found that the middle section of the lobster was missing. I cannot believe they do business like this. They kept the best part of the lobster even though we ordered a whole lobster. We complained to the manager, but their excuse was that the lobster was small. That does not explain why the middle section was missing. I will leave a bad review for this restaurant and warn others about what happened.

I can't believe we actually found a nut bolt in the rice! Look at your food before eating it.

Got their roast pork which is actually Chinese or Cantonese barbecue. It's nice that they used pretty good quality pork belly for this, but I did't like how they put hoisin sauce in the bottom of that slap of belly but it's ok, not a deal breaker. The skin is crunchy and meat quality was good, portion was generous too.

Had dinner here on a weekend. Parking was easy in the plaza. The restaurant was clean, server was attentive and efficient. Food came out pretty fast. Broth, pork and wontons were good however the noodles were a bit too chewy for my liking. Overall, I'd give this place a 3.5/5 stars.

Food was good yet there was quite a wait on our order of Seafood Fried Rice. Roasted Pork - really good Roasted Duck - just ok Seafood Fried Rice - really good

The roasted duck here is amazingggg! All the food here is authentic. This place is great for large groups because of how many seats they have and the portions they give. We tried the salt and pepper chicken, the sautéed pee shoots, fried rice, clams, and a few more dishes. Everything tasted great and the duck was a winner.

Duck and bbq pork (xa xiu) that comes with the egg noodle soup

Food: 4 out of 5 Food is amazing here. I usually get the egg noodle soup with roast duck and bbq pork (xa xiu). That's my go to. I love rice noodles, but the one time I tried the rice noodles, it didn't taste right, so I just stick to the egg noodle. One of the best egg noodle duck soups in the area. They have a lot of options to pick from but I think they're known for their bbq items. They put the roast duck and bbq pork on a separate plate instead of in the soup so it doesn't lose its flavor. I tried the rice plate with bbq items before too. The bbq items are good but the rice was average. Doesn't beat the egg noodle soup. The soup is extremely flavorful. I love asking for a side of their chilis in vinegar too (the red chilis and the pickled jalapeño with garlic are my favorite). They make it in house. Service: 5 out of 5 They're very nice and attentive every time we come. Service is extremely good especially considering it is a Viet place. Food comes out fast too. Ambiance: Casual Parking/Plaza: 2 out of 5 Cleanliness: Well it is a Viet restaurant in Vietnam Town

Dined here after browsing the menu at Blue Monkey (which was where my in-laws had chosen to eat). Someone wasn't happy looking at the food portion, wait and prices so walked around the plaza and dined at 360 instead. Our group of 7 left well fed and pleased. Got seated right away with no wait (place was pretty busy but not overly packed). Service was efficient. They had a huge variety of dishes to pick from. As it was lunch time, most of us got some kinda of rice plate or soup noodles. Husband got the duck and bbq pork noodle soup as well as the daikon rice flour cake. Soup was a little salty but really flavorful. I ended up taking a full leftoved container of soup home just so I could drink the broth. I got pho ap chao which was really good as well. Portion was huge and they actually use pho noodles unlike some other places. Honestly, it was hard to choose a dish as so many things sounded really good! Hoping to come back with a group of friends so that we can eat family style and enjoy more delicious sounding dishes!

Came with a group and ordered a lot of food. - roast duck. - very good and juicy - jelly cold salads- good - Dou miu veggie- seemed old. Not good - lobster noodle- avg. Roast duck was the best and the best in South Bay. The rest is average

Yo. I went to 360 before 'cause someone said they had the best roasted pork in San Jose and I don't remember who told me, but I owe them a hug, a shot, and maybe my rent. Today I got the number 194 and lemme tell you... JUICY DREAM MEAL. I think I cried a little. The soup was like a hot tub for my soul. The dumpling? SPANKTACULAR, yes, I made that word up but it's accurate. And the roasted duck? That thing flew straight into my mouth and quacked me into nirvana. Will I come back? Try and stop me. I might show up tomorrow in pajama pants with a bib

We went in at 9 pm on a Friday night with a group of eight of us. Please note that the restaurant is tiny so it did take sometime while we waited for our table, but we did not wait too long. There was plenty of parking spots in the plaza and the restaurant was a little loud, but it was a small place for a bunch of people dining in on a late evening. The service was great. They were checking in whenever we were ready to order and answering all of our questions. Because our group was so large, we did have to squish into a small table, but it did not make the food any less delicious. They had a special where we could choose 4 pounds of any types of shrimp, mussels, crawfish, clam. This was a great deal, and I wish I knew to order more. Once we were finished with this 4 pounds... We ordered some more. I believe we ordered with the Louisiana sauce at medium and it was to die for. We also tried the sweet California, but I thought it was just OK. To be honest, it was a little bit too sweet for me, but everyone's taste differ. We also ordered the basil clams and they were also delicious but they did come pretty late into a meal. My friends that don't eat seafood, enjoyed the lamb chops, the chicken wings, the garlic noodles and some other dishes. All in all, I would definitely recommend coming here. It's a great spot to enjoy with friends and I am so grateful that it was open late night. I am already thinking about the next time I come to visit San Jose to eat some more.

Very much gen z service here. We got garlic noodles and the 4lb combo (2lbs crawfish, 1lb shrimp, 1lb mussels) with medium spice Sweet California sauce. The garlic noodles are very homey and uniquely Vietnamese. They remind me a lot of my mom's cooking. I don't recommend the crawfish right now because they were so small and overcooked. However the shrimp was plump and sweet, so I wish we got more of that instead. There were a bunch of empty shells in our bag because the actual mussels fell out. It's very crowded seating inside the restaurant. Parking is easy at night but during the day, the plaza is extremely crowded.

Sweet soy dipping sauce, chili sambal and pickled shredded daikon / carrots were given on the side. OK overall, the taro cake was too dense and heavy for me. The dipping sauce was delicious though. I think I would have preferred the original rice cake version. The portion was kinda small for the price tag. 3/5* CHA CA CHIEN (2) $12 -fried fish cake taco. It's basically fish paste smeared on rice paper, folded in half and deep fried. It came with sweet and sour sauce. Pretty good, different but again, hefty price tag for what you get. The corn tasted old, the shrimp and snow crab didn't taste fresh, and the snow crab clusters had barely any meat. By the time I cracked everything open, it felt like there was more shell than seafood. The mussel shells even had barnacles on them, which I've never seen here before. It made the seafood feel like it hadn't been cleaned as well as it should have. The garlic fries were crispy, but that's it. It was weird--I could see the garlic and was literally eating it, yet there was no garlic flavor. The garlic noodles used to be one of my favorite items because they were bold and packed with garlic. Now they've definitely toned the flavor down, and they're just not the same anymore. It's honestly disappointing because this place used to be one of my favorite seafood spots. We added a side order of 4 egg rolls, $9.00, and a side order of 4 fried chicken wings, $7.95. A human waiter brought us our ice-cold waters in tall aluminum cups and took our orders. You can also order via their QR code printed on the side of the napkin dispensers. Also set on the table is a dispenser for stainless forks/spoons, condiments, and a basket of chopsticks/plastic straws. The roaming "cat" robot brought us our tray of egg rolls! This was fun! Of course we videotaped the rolling service! That was pretty much the extent of the robot, which usually brings your waters, boba drinks, and appetizers. Our big bowls of pho were hand delivered by the waiter, which I think is safer in the long run. Pho was delicious and flavorful. I received 3 pieces of oxtail in my pho and they were tender and almost fall-off-the-bone. I would've loved one more piece of oxtail. Our favorites were the appetizers, served hot and crispy!
