The restaurant really does feel tucked away once you get inside the Rodeo Collection. We started with guacamole and empanadas before moving on to tacos. The Baja Style Fish Tacos were a favorite, with crisp fish, fresh slaw, and chipotle aioli. With the caramelized onion, guacamole, and salsa fresca, it had plenty of flavor without feeling overloaded. It was scary and disgusting. We looked past the parking lot situation because we were excited to enjoy our night out, but unfortunately the experience only got worse from there. The waitress kept pushing us to order more items, which made the whole night feel like a money grab. The food was absolutely embarrassing and nothing like what was advertised in the gallery photos on the website. It honestly felt like it came straight from Costco. Other reviews mentioned food being served on paper plates, and we can confirm that we experienced that too. The slice of pizza was literally Costco pizza. The pizza and snacks were cheap, low-quality, and nowhere near what you would expect for the price. It really makes you wonder how many people feel misled by that kind of advertising. There was also a complete lack of control and management. People who did not pay for reserved seating were hovering nearby, ready to take your seat the second you got up to use the restroom or go to the dance floor. We saw multiple people weasel their way into reserved lounge and table areas on the ground floor. At one point, a couple was even going through someone's fur coat and looked close to taking belongings before the actual couple returned. That alone says a lot about the environment and lack of security. The billing situation made it even worse. The waitress quickly skipped through the itemized receipt, which made it easy to miss that a 20% tip had already been included. We ended up tipping on top of the included gratuity and only realized it afterward. At that point, we felt completely scammed. We spent over $300, and the overall experience and management were absolutely not worth it. To be fair, some of the acts were great and the band was great. Separate from that, everything else was as mentioned. Between the deceptive billing, weak drinks that barely seemed to have alcohol, the delayed start, boring dance lessons, embarrassing food, poor seating control, and lack of management, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. I definitely do not recommend reserving seats, drinking at this event, or buying their food. Eat dinner beforehand and do not worry about arriving on time, because the show does not really start until around 10:30 anyway. We left feeling scammed.

The view from our seats were completely blocked by people standing around. Drinks and snacks were awful. I'd say my company was great, but the experience was regrettable. Interestingly enough, the people looked like regulars so if it's your cup of tea, then I guess you'll enjoy it but if you're trying to find a new place to try out for live entertainment, this isn't it.

One of the reasons being that the service at the bar( where we were sitting ) was so bad and it wasnt just exclusive to us. We ended up making friends with all the surrounding guests because wed all be laughing together when none of us could get some service. Anyways , it was sat the 19th. Guy bartender and blonde girl. Both hammered !!! watched the blonde chick take 3-4 shots myself. Guy with the goofy hat couldnt even look straight ahaha. And for some reason that foo seemed to always be f the well with ice ahahah but not giving any of his bar tops any attention. All of us would be staring at him at the other end of the bar as he mustered up enough brain cells to read a ticket, it was hilarious.Wheres all that damn ice going By the way, its not like your bar was getting any drinks !! Took 15-20 to get a drink . They are a racist establishment. My friend was having his bday party there and had the back room for his guests. We arrive approximately at 11:07 and we were told at the door by a white door man that they boss is not letting people in as its at capacity. Then we see white patrons being let INSIDE by that same door man who just said the boss said its at capacity, which it was absolutely NOT. Its very sad to see how we were treated. We eventually got in after much talking and damn near arguing. When other friends came as well they were dealt with the same situation! At one point this bald white guy (who was at the same birthday party in an all black TUX as the black birthday boy was wearing a tux too) went to go get his girl (a white woman) who was waiting outside with the rest of the black people and the door man let them in. White privilege at its finest. At another moment a black girl from the same party went to go get her white friend outside and they let her in as well. Again I thought yall were at capacity but yall let these Caucasian people inside that were going to the same fucking party! I've been here about 3 times. Most of my experiences have been very positive. The bartenders were really kind and asked often if we needed refills (which I love! I don't want to track people down for a drink). They have vegan options, not a lot, but hey what they have was great. The chef was accommodating and even put together a vegan dessert that he was trying out. I did have an experience where the service was awful, the bartender had no idea what they were doing, and there were issues with the food. HOWEVER, the GM was super cool and comped us. Since that was the exception and not the rule, and the management took care of it, I will definitely give it another go. With any new business, there's time to work out kinks and you have to be reasonable with expectations especially when people are trying. The tomato basil is amazing by the way! Go try it! I visited this establishment on 6/9 and while I was pleased with the quality of the drinks and the ambiance, I was disappointed by the poor customer service provided by one of the employees working at the bar. During my visit, the employee in question was smoking an e-cigarette and drinking on the job while making drinks behind the bar. Additionally, he took a phone call in the middle of making a drink for a customer, which I found to be unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. As a customer, I have never witnessed staff conduct themselves in this manner, and I believe it reflects poorly on the establishment. I hope the management team will provide more attention to the training and development of their staff, particularly in the area of customer service. read more

Hand down the best sports bar food I've ever had. This place located in the heart of Hollywood in a shopping center with valet service. The bar who opened just 2 weeks ago already has great amount of guests. The inside decor is kinda like a library, with bookshelves etc on the walls. The food here is to die for, and that's why I will be coming back. Who doesn't like bar food, burgers, hot wings, sliders, ice cream sandwiches, cheesecakes and more. It's a bit pricey bar food but well worth it because it's quality that you'll receive. There's plenty of staff constantly around asking if there's anything you might need. We need one of these spots on the west side, where you go for more than just a fight night or a super bowl - food! read more

I ordered a drink (just a Coke) and waited 15 minutes, but they told me they ran out. Then I waited another 10 minutes to hear they also didn't have my second choice, a Jarritos. By then, everyone at my table had their food, but I couldn't find a waitress to ask about mine. When I finally got my food, the tater tots were great! Was told about this bar after a ridiculous wait at mama shelter. We walked up and noticed several open spots and plenty of tables getting up and leaving. The male host told us he believed they were "at capacity" and stated he would ask the manager?? He came back and said he was told we'd have to spend a minimum of $200. First of all, we called ahead of time A WEEK PRIOR to ask for reservations, and we were told that they didn't take reservations and it was "first come, first served." So we arrive, and there are plenty of tables open, and we point towards a booth that we want and they say that it is "reserved". We then ask for the manager and explained to him that we spoke on the phone to their staff (again, a week prior) and they said that they didn't take reservations, and it was "first come first served." And then he tried to turn it into "oh, it's because it's a booth that fits six people and you're only three people, but I can get you a table." So we were like OK. We understood that it was just the three of us and we didn't want to take up a six person booth for three people. We got a less desirable table. We proceeded to order drinks and food. At one point, I order a drink and 20 minutes go by. I make eye contact with the guy who was taking orders. He acknowledges me, and comes over with his thingamajig, thinking I wanted to get the check and I said "no I'm still waiting for my drink." He says " I'm so sorry I'll check on it." He acknowledged the lapse. Yet another 10 minutes go by. So now, I politely approach the bar to get the status of my elusive drink. I see the man who told me he would "check on it", frantically telling the owner "She wants her martini...right now!" And then the waitress comes running up and goes (literally, snarls at me) with "I put it on your table! You were speaking so you didn't hear me!" Honestly I could not believe my ears or my eyes. This woman has no business being anywhere near hospitality, or customer service. The "owner" clearly doesn't know how to run a business. I feel like the waiter or the man taking orders on his thingamajig/digital device was inept/incompetent or unable to multitask, so he was trying to throw the customers under the bus instead of acknowledging the fact that he didn't do his job. He was the turd in the punch bowl from the moment we walked in. No smile, no "hi, how are you? Welcome!" Just nastiness. There are so many other hotspots to go to in West Hollywood. Or better yet, just stay home. And by the way, that booth that we didn't get - it remained empty, except for 2 people. They were making out the whole time, and they barely ordered anything. If you're going to tell people there are "no reservations", then there should be no reservations. Period. You don't get to do that to patrons, and guess what? We will never go there again. And guess what else? Customer service is everything. People will look past your crappy product, and past so many other shortcomings, but only if you have good customer service. You cannot have rude wait staff who repel local business, and seem so obviously annoyed that they have to serve other humans food and drinks! These are not the people that you need in the hospitality industry. Get over yourselves.

The Great Pear is like the Holidays in a cup and the pear tartlet was warmed up and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which really hit the spot. Unfortunately, they do not have the tuna ceviche anymore. They have an indoor area and a private outdoor area with a big canopy. Probably good for happy hour, group gatherings. Cute Spot with Great Staff but Different Vibes Day vs. Late Night…read more Ambiance and Setup This place is super cute and has a really nice patio style "rooftop" area (technically the second floor). The decor is fun and aesthetic, and it's a great spot for brunch, drinks, or hookah. You do have to walk up about two short flights of stairs to get there. I didn't see an elevator, so that's something to keep in mind. Parking There is shared parking downstairs with the other businesses in the building. During the day it can get pretty full, but when we came late at night there was plenty of parking available. Food and Drinks On our recent visit we ordered the nachos and added protein, and they were really good...flavorful and filling. I've also been here before for breakfast/brunch a couple years ago and the food was great then too. The mimosas were really good, and overall the brunch experience was wonderful. They also offer drinks and hookah, which is one of the reasons we wanted to come back at night. Games One thing I thought was really cool is that they provide some games for guests to play. We didn't end up using them, but it's a fun little touch that adds to the experience. Brunch / Breakfast Experience (5 Stars) When I came during the morning for breakfast and mimosas, the atmosphere was relaxed, cute, and really enjoyable. The staff was friendly and everything felt calm and welcoming. It was honestly a great brunch spot and I would absolutely recommend it for daytime visits. Late Night Experience (3 Stars) We came back late at night around 2 a.m. for food. While the staff and food were still great, the overall energy was very different from the daytime experience. The late night crowd was louder and higher energy, and some of the guests were a bit unfriendly, which made the atmosphere feel a little less comfortable for us personally. This isn't really the restaurant's fault, but it did change the vibe compared to the relaxed brunch visit I had before. Hookah Policy They do have a hookah minimum policy. For example, tables of three must order one hookah, tables of five must order two, and so on. If guests choose not to order hookah, there is a required minimum spend or a small fee per person. Just something to be aware of before going. Service Charge There is an 18% service charge added, so keep that in mind when budgeting. Service The hostess and waitress were both very friendly and attentive. Even when things got busy, they stayed calm and professional, which we really appreciated. Overall Still a really cute place with great service and good food. I'd personally recommend coming earlier in the evening or during brunch hours if you're looking for a more relaxed atmosphere. I'd definitely return during the daytime again.

My friends didn't eat their food batter the waiter left it at the bar for 10 minutes while people breathed all over it. That right there was crazy. So...yea it wasn't a good experience at all. The waiter was a sweet guy, but I was hungry and didn't end up eating anything, but French fries.
