I made an appointment with Zuly to have my hair fixed after a disappointing experience at another salon. I was very upset about the state of my hair when I came in, but she empathized with me and gave me reassurance that we could make it better. I visited the salon after official reopening. Mary was very prompt in responding to my ask for any appt. I was asked to wear a disposal mask (safer than a cloth one for prolonged indoor interactions). My temp was checked when I walked in and my chair freshly sanitized. Mary did a quick consult and got me started. Very professional and good service. Stations were at distance and there were less than 3 customers in the salon during the 3.5 hours. Mary did a fantastic job with the color and blow dry. This was my first time bleaching and coloring so was very nervous. I am pleased with the results. I love this place! This is my "go to" place when I can't get to Alamo. Monica is the best! She can cut curly hair...REALLY! NOT one of those people that tell you they can cut curly hair, but can't. She does an amazing job! I'm trying to grow my hair out again and she has taken my once fried over processed hair to making it feel wonderful. I asked for it to be shorter in front because then I would be sure the fried parts would be gone. She does an amazing job on my kid's hair with color high lights and cut. After the place in Union City destroyed my kid's hair, Monica went out of her way to make sure that my child would get the best haircut experience possible. She did a gorgeous job. I am super picky when it comes to ANYONE touching my hair My sister-in-law went to get her hair cut here and got Renae, let me tell you about Renae, she is FREAKING AMAZING!!!!! my hair looks healthier than ever, she was super patient with me and understood my phobia to hair. Well, doesn't meet the hype, and not a great blowout. But charges you twice of what anyone else does. They charged me twice of what I was told before the service. I don't mind the price as long as service was at least satisfying. There definition of deep conditioning is weird. Just washing your hair with cocktail of conditions is not what I was expecting. There was no heat treatment, when I asked if deep Conditioning doesn't involve letting conditions soak in and use heat to help it, she said she could throw me under heat for a while if I wanted. I hated my blow dry, I can do better job on my hair than what I got. Overall very disappointed. Reviews on yelp were misleading. read more

First time getting my hair done here and it was a good experience. Located off Mowry near a Lucky's. Parking was plentiful and easy to get to off 880. My regular salon didn't have an opening that fit with my schedule so I booked my first appointment here with Mary who is the owner of the salon. I went on a Monday during lunch to get my gray hair dyed, tone the rest of my hair and a haircut. Finally, my hair was getting way too long and I was going crazy losing so many hair! I was able to get an appointment in less than week. I booked it via text after asking some questions. Pretty easy process. They sent instructions prior to my arrival: sit in car, text that you're here, wear disposable mask, sign waiver upon arrival and get your temperature checked. I normally wear a cloth mask with a filter but good thing I didn't, my disposable mask got some hair dye on it so I tossed it shortly after. My appt took less than 2 hours and I like how they set a timer to alert when my hair is ready for the next step... my previous salon was just based on estimation. Mary was very nice and warming, and I liked how she cut my hair and provided suggestions along the way (I'm pretty low maintenance). The prices are on par with other salons; slightly cheaper than my other salon. The salon looked clean, the worker cleaned the seats with Lysol spray after each customer and everybody wore a mask. I felt like it was low risk and glad I took the time out of my workday to come here. Will be back here in a few months! read more

My daughter really wanted her hair fixed after trying to dye it herself. She had an appointment with another stylist but she cancelled twice and the the morning of the appointment so we were able to walk in to 3sixty and they looked at her hair and was able to be seen later that day. Alisha was wonderful in explaining what she needed to do to correct her hair and how to maintain it. She explained every process and step she was doing and making sure my daughter understood and was comfortable. Even the other staff members were warm and friendly and made the long day comfortable. I only trusted one other hair stylist before, and she was one that I've been going to for over 10 years. Ever since moving away from my home state, I always been hesitant on going to a new stylist. After years of searching, I'm very glad I found Mary, a stylist who I can trust and does such a beautiful job. I have been to Mary three times so far, and everytime she takes very good care of my hair! I love how she doesn't only focus on how the hair will look but the health and longevity of it as well. I found this place on Yelp. For a month I had been in touch with them via text about my appointment because I had to move it a couple of times. They were accommodating and pleasant. 5 stars for cut, style, and service w/ Gladys Yesterday I was going through old photos and really missed my short hair. I have had super long hair throughout the last 2 years of finishing up my degree, and I was in desperate need of a chop! After looking through yelp reviews I decided on 3Sixty salon. Texted them about walk-ins but they suggested to make a same day appointment. Big props to them for being so accommodating for a last minute decision. I arrived at my appointment early, but was acknowledged promptly. When Gladys freed up, she sat me down and got straight to work. I showed her a couple reference photos, and she made a couple of clarifications about the style and length. Let me just say I love a stylist with great communication skills! Honestly, I was little nervous about going to a new salon, but she made the whole process very calming. What surprised me the most is how fast she got the cut done. It felt so nice not spending hours and hours at the salon. I was in an out in less than an hour! Great customer service from her and the salon! It's been about ~3 years since I've let anyone other than myself cut my hair (traumatized from previous experiences). I was recommended this gem of a salon from Vivian L. I scoped around the @3sixtysalon Instagram, then I stumbled upon @charlieloveshair. I saw his work with mixed curly hairstyles and took a chance by booking with him asap. Charlie books his appointments personally, you'll need to contact the 3sixty Salon for his contact info. The wave structure of my hair: Crown of my head: 2a wavy Mid-section: 2b wavy Nape of my head: 2c wavy (stay away from relaxers and perms, they might mess up the texture/growth of your hair like it did to mine~) As you can imagine, the top of head is "straighter" than the curly coiled waves in the nape of my neck, so the cut and shape really changes the way the hair sits. Charlie flawlessly worked with all the variations of my waves and even provided me tips on how to continue cutting it myself. The salon is partnered with Unite Hair products, but he wasn't pushy with upselling any of the products. Instead, he gave me some background information about what types of hair products would help the texture of my hair. I really appreciate that he gave me pointers on how to work with the variating waves and the awesome cut! I have fullness and shape in my hair again~! Thanks again! ----- 3Sixty Salon is the BEST! I recently got my hair did by Mary and she was phenomenal! I actually found 3Sixty through yelp and was tempted to make an appointment and I'm glad I did! I actually spoke to Mary on the phone in the middle of the week and asked about services and what days were available. Thereafter I actually started texting her to find out when I could schedule! Funny thing is that I wanted to make an appointment at the same time for myself and my girlfriend for both Mary and Monica at the same time (they had the best reviews for ombré and balayage). Mary mentioned it would be a little hard to get them at the same time but she made it work for all of our schedules. I also ask if we can do it asap because I would be going to Coachella the next week and would have no time to come in. Mary got us booked that Friday night even if their schedules were tight and it worked out perfectly since I was coming from work. Their salon is very chic and cute! Was not expecting to see such a clean and modern salon in the back of a plaza off Mowry in Fremont (ps I live in Fremont and have never been to that plaza/area ever). Open layout and greeted when we entered. Really loved the attention given to each customer, they even offered us mimosas or water while we waited! Anyways, my hair dresser was Mary and my girlfriends was Monica, so happy they were ours! Both fun and professional which included their other staff as well who were so awesome! But down to business, I asked Mary what might work for me. I went in thinking ok, I want to go lighter ombré or balayage! She took in my suggestions and artfully cut my damaged hair then proceeded with my balayage process. I have long hair so of course it took a while to get me all set. In the end, it was all worth it! My hair turned out GORGEOUS! It was the lighter color I had hoped for! I have been to many other salons and the price is what you pay for, and I paid for great service! I had been wanting to get my hair done for the longest time and looked to yelp to help me find the best salon around. I came across this salon and I knew this was where I wanted to go. When making an appointment I got a response back very quickly and I was able to get in the exact day and time I wanted. Upon arriving to the salon I was very pleased at how clean and cute their set up was. They had coffee and water as well as other drinks for their clients. When it came to the actual process of doing my hair, I was again very pleased by the service I received. I went in to get my hair cut and a balayage done. I brought in a picture to show what I wanted and I truly feel that I left looking just like it, if not better! Everything was very fast and done very neatly.
