Just got my 2500 HD Silverado set up with a 5" BDS lift with 2.5 Fox Shocks on 37"x12.50r20 Toyo RT's (without any rubbing)! RJ at ORW was great to work with! He listened to what I wanted and gave me some awesome suggestions that took everything to the next level. The attention to detail was on point--every little adjustment was spot on, and you can tell he takes his work seriously. The team exceeded my expectations, and I'm very particular about my stuff, having had a lot of lifted trucks in my life. This lift was a true 6" in the front and 4.5" in the rear, which leveled the truck out just enough to not look like a pre-runner when I'm towing. Adding the Amp step and the recommendation to add the fender delete kit made everything super clean! Not only does my lift ride great (even with tires at 70 PSI), but it also looks amazing. Returned 2 in half hours later, almost 3 to check on it, was told it was worked on already and waited until they found "Waldo", I mean the mechanic who worked on it (15 min later) to than be told it actually wasn't even started on yet and proceeded with, "well it was considered a drop off appointment so others come first." I have to say I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this place. I called yesterday and spoke with Ryan (I believe the manager) regarding an air bag kit for my new truck. The price was 153.77 for the parts and he told me it would be 200.00 for the labor. It's not a super hard job, I figured the shop rate is probably 100 an hour so I agreed to the price considering it's roughly a two hour job. He instructed me to order online and click the checkbox for "Have it professionally installed" and stated I would get a call to schedule an appointment after they receive the online order. I got a phone call this morning to setup the appointment and all a sudden the labor went to 320 dollars. I ended up canceling the entire purchase. The installation shouldn't take longer than two hours. Any YouTube video on the air lift kits or Firestone airbags typically are under 2 hours. Even the Timbren kits under the bump stocks are relatively easy. I don't think it's cool to quote me 200 over the phone and then sky rocket the price of labor the next day after I made the purchase for parts. Then when I decided to cancel my order they didn't even bother trying to work with me. "Okay, we'll refund your PayPal." I wouldn't recommend this place or order from them again. read more

If I could break down this company into one word it would be pathetic. I went in on a Saturday to order gears for my work truck and was told that I would have them by Wednesday. I gave them an extra day and called on Thursday to check and they told me that it should be there the following week. I then checked back a week later and they had a different answer for me. They don't know when the parts would be in and that it might be towards the end of the month(Nov 23'). I called back at the end of the month and they then added another month for delivery(Dec 23'). I then called back at the end of the month once again and they told me another week or so. I called back a week later and they added another (2) weeks. When I finally received the parts it was over (3) months and I took them to my transmission guy to install(4WP was over double of what any person was charging). When my transmission guy was able to work on my truck he called me to let me know the rear end gears were ordered wrong so I called in to 4WP to let them know and they said that my guy was shimming them wrong and they offered the right parts saying "we crossed our T's and dotted our I's". I called back to my guy and he confirmed again that they were to big of gears and they ordered a 14 bolt rather than a 12. I then called back to 4WP and explained to him that the guy that ordered my parts even physically crawled underneath my truck to confirm before placing the order. The salesman panicked and said he would call in the replacement parts. He then told me it would be delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday (I called on a Friday). Called in Tuesday and they did not arrive but he said that he checked the tracking number and it should be in by Wednesday . Called in Wednesday and they said they didn't have a tracking number and that they should be in by Thursday. Every person I spoke to said something completely different and just kept lying through there teeth or was completely oblivious and didn't give 2 shits about what was going on. I called again Thursday making sure that they had a confirmation that the parts were coming in tomorrow. My truck had been at the shop for (2) weeks and he had already taken apart the truck and had to reinstall everything to get it off his lift while waiting on parts from the fuck around gang. I finally get my parts Friday around noon and drive an hour to my guy. Within 5 minutes he said if they gave me the new install kit to fit the new gears. Of course they didn't. I grabbed my incorrect parts drove back an hour and requested a refund for the parts I brought back and didn't use. They chuckled when I said that they didn't give me the right kit. They processed my return and I got a bullshit sorry for that. These guys costed me $300 plus fuel to drive the parts back and forth and what I had to pay my guy to put my truck back together and park it at his shop for yet another week. Before I left they offered the install kit that they conveniently had in stock and obviously didn't give me in the first place. I told them that I was fucking done with them and I'd rather have my guy order the parts. I wouldn't recommend this place to a single person I know. What I wanna know is how 4 wheel parts is going to make this up to me? I'm out $300+ and I didn't get offered a discount, money back or something to make things square. Don't ever expect a call from these guys with any updates and even if they did it would probably be a lie or whatever they feel like telling you. 4WP you have my address send me the money you owe me make it right. You have my number. If you really gave a shit you would call me . Your the one who chuckled when I told you that you didn't give me the install kit haha. read more

As a 50th birthday present to myself, I wanted to beef up my 2018 Wrangler JLU, nothing crazy, just beef her up a bit - bigger tires than the stock ones and a 2.5" lift. I knew nothing about how to make that happened nor what to upgrade to and relied on the "experts" in the field to guide me. I had explained that she was my only vehicle, that I'm a mobile massage therapist so commuting comfort is a huge factor, and that I like to get offroad but am by no means a rock-crawler or even into hard trails. Based on their recommendations, I ended up with Nitto Recon Grappler 35's and new springs and track bar to "improve" handling at the grand price of $6.500. While she "looks" cool with ginormous Tonka truck tires, she handles TERRIBLY!! I am quite disappointed. Instead of hugging the road, I feel like I'm driving a covered wagon, bouncing all over, and feeling very out of control. What are the new springs and track bar doing, because I can't imagine the ride being any worse. My gas mileage also plummeted from an avg 23 mpg down to avg 16 mpg, costing me over $100 more per month in fuel costs. See above that I explained I am a MOBILE massage therapist and commuting and comfort were important. I do not feel like I was actually listened to as a customer. For the decline in drivability/handling and drastic loss in gas mileage, I would have chosen to simply replace my stock tire size and foregone the "look". I spend too much time in my precious Jeep to dislike the thought of having to drive it, which is how I feel now. I am so upset. read more

It's really sad that naturally I call or go to their web site for any advice or purchases. I called once was on hold for over 45min for a conversation that took less than a min. This last time I called it has been the worst conversations I have ever had in less than two min. Example being, I needed an adjustment on my truck and immediately was shut down. After explaining I spoke to the factory and was told I can adjust from 0-2" of lift. They continued to explain they don't adjust that model and yet it can be adjusted but it's wrong and basically no. It was more their approach and professionalism that was horrible. Had a buddy warn me about this location, figured my experience might be different. I was clearly wrong. I understand it is their profession and 100% know more than I do. Not to mention they deal with multiple calls from people asking questions that don't make sense.
