The associate was really friendly and helpful when he told me that the rear right one was significantly lower than the rest. He recommended that I come in to get it inspected as soon as possible, just in case, since it was going to rain the next day. It was a good thing that I did, too, because there was a giant nail in the tire! They were able to repair it, so it didn't cost me anything other than my time. The wait for walk-ins was only about 1.5 hours, which isn't bad at all considering how last-minute it was. The associate who helped me with it was also super kind and made the entire process extremely easy. Their tire pressure station is also a lot more efficient and organized. There's always someone ready to pump up your tires, while the other location near my house has an insanely long line because there's usually no associate there ready to work the machine. Again, I brought up the issue with the salesperson about the appointment time and the long wait. He then acknowledged that I did have an appointment but that they had not checked me in as an appointment but as walk in. He brought up that at some point, in the future, they might have a guarantee if it's not done in a certain amount of time, you would get reimbursed but that doesn't help me now since that policy doesn't actually exist. I did ask, since he brought it up, if they would take something off the price (I wasn't asking for a full reimbursement or free tires) or do something to make it right but the answer was No. They weren't going to do anything. TLDR: They made a mistake. They admitted and acknowledged thier mistake. They did nothing to try and make it right. They did not care about me or respect my time. I will go elsewhere in the future.

I recently took my Ram 2500 to 4 Wheel Parts (Temecula) and I couldn't be any happier with the service I received. The level of customer service, knowledge and guidance to what I was wanting to do to my truck given by the staff was more than I would ever expect in receiving any service. I was helped by two individuals Marcus and Joe Eddie, both of which did everything they could to get me the setup I was looking for at the best price. And not only that went out of their way to make sure the work was scheduled and completed before my scheduled trip this weekend. When I called to get info I received amazing service and information, I never felt like I was an inconvenience yet I was a priority. They remembered me when I came in to discuss further and order parts and schedule the installation, followed up daily on progress with shipping and got me in at the earliest service date (again in time for my trip this weekend), and what stood out is when I was called to be informed my truck was ready both Marcus and Joe Eddie saw me walk in the door and were excited for me to see the finish product. Greeted me by name and helped me check out and get my truck on the road. I've been driving it daily since the work was done (front end suspension leveling kit and new tires) and have been thrilled with how the truck looks and performs! These guys are AWESOME! They have earned my business for life. I'm a big believer in doing business with good people, trustworthy people and these guys are as good as you'll find. I originally found them when my wife was visiting their next door neighbor Pacific Interiors and she came out to her car and her rear tire was completely flat. They came out and started helping her just because one of them could see she was having a problem. First they got out the spare but unfortunately the spare was also damaged and they quickly determined it wasn't going to be safe for her to drive on so they put the spare back and went to plan b. They then called over to the Chevy dealership (she drives a suburban) to make sure they could fit her in. Then they filled her tire and did something to help the air deflate slower. Then one of the guys got in his personal vehicle and followed her all the way to the dealership to make sure she made it safe. This is truly going above and beyond and this wasn't even for a customer! Imagine how they treat their customers!?!?!? We now that I am a customer I can tell you they are the best! Huge shoutout to Chad and the entire crew over at 4 Wheel Parts Temecula! We brought in our Jeep to get it dialed in for my wife's birthday, and they absolutely crushed it. From start to finish, the service, communication, and expertise were top-tier. We went with a Teraflex 3.5" lift kit, Teraflex track bar, and Teraflex front lower adjustable arms to give it the perfect stance. The Fox Performance shocks all around (plus the push-thru steering stabilizer) made a huge difference in ride quality and control. For wheels and tires, we went with 17" Raceline 956B Compass wheels wrapped in aggressive 37" Falken R/Ts--and they look and perform amazing. To top it all off, they regeared the front and rear diffs to 4.88s and handled the Superchips retune. The Jeep drives like a dream and looks even better than we imagined. If you're thinking about upgrading your rig, Chad and his team are the real deal. Honest, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. Highly recommend! read more

went to ORW first for just a lift and wheels and was almost strong armed into what he "thought" I should have for 7.5K ( Wife was not happy). then I went to 4wheel (with wifey) and had an awesome experience! Spoke with Josiah and right off the bat he had recommendations and suggestions, walked the shop and knowledgably explained the products and was not in a rush at all. He pointed out good deals and very up front about the whole process, he even found discounts! The professional service I received was top shelf, the crew hooked my f150 up with a pro comp 6 inch badass lift complete with rims, tires, and AMP powerteps. They ran into a few unexpected issues that prolonged the job by half a day. Chris Burgess my sales rep felt bad about the delays and took very good care of me and went as far as paying for my uber ride back home. I had 4 Wheel Parts install a lift on my 15' Silverado. If you know what you are looking for they are a great place to get parts. Little disappointed on the level of non Jeep parts though. I recommend that before going in there you do your research on pricing. 4WP is high at first compared to others. Staff is knowledgeable but I think rely to much on ''what the book'' says as opposed to what will actually work. I was told my wheels and tires were gonna be to big and rub for my lift but they cleared no problem. read more

I'd like to say this was the only time this has happened to me with off-road warehouse, this also happened to a Nissan Titan that I got leveled from them as well. Sad part is I'm not even from Temecula and should've just did something local.
