This store has a great product selection and the turnaround has generally been pretty quick for most of the cars I've brought in. The staff is pretty knowledgeable, but doesn't really give me the warm and friendly customer service vibe when I need some help because their dealership rep is generally always out in the field and all approvals need to go through him. I recently had a small issue where I wasn't given the 5th wheel and tire on a Jeep that was included in two of our prior Jeep builds before, but because the rep wasn't in for a few days, nobody could be done by the store staff. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake, but it's hard to say because they had a second invoice for it on top of what we've always agreed on before. As a normal customer looking for a lift/wheels/etc, I would probably give them a shot... however, I would definitely shop around too. Some of the comments here are hilarious. First off, I went in there intending to spend money. If you're going in to a store like this, expect to spend some money. The work they do isn't cheap labor. They were professional, knowledgeable and more than willing to answer any questions I had. I can't remember the guy who helped me. Either Chris or Dave. I told him exactly what I wanted to do with my Tundra and he knew EXACTLY what I was talking about. He gave me the quote (which was lower than the previous place I looked into). When I dropped my truck off I knew my front breaks were going bad. I had actually scheduled an appointment at another place to have break work done. As they were installing the leveling kit I was called and it was the mechanic who was working on my truck letting me know my front breaks needed to be replaced. This instantly let me know that this place actually does pay attention to their work which I completely appreciate. So I just had them do the work and cancelled my other appointment. I would give these guys more stars but it only allows 5. I just brought my Jeep JKU in for a total overhaul. I did some research and shopped around quite a bit before going with 4 Wheel. They ended up being extremely reasonable on the price. (But let me be clear, if you want to go pay for the cheapest lift and service, then you are going to get what you pay for) The guys who has been helping me is Dave. The dude is a rockstar. Dropping a lot of money at one time is always difficult but he was there every step of the way. All of the other guys who helped out along the way we're studs as well. They helped me out and ,when my wife was there dropping parts off, were super nice to her. When I picked up my jeep I was immediately in love and being a Jeep owner, that meant time to head straight to the dirt! I took it out and ended up wrecking some parts that were put on for the Sway Bar connectors. (Probably user error) I can back the next day, discussed what happened with one of the guys, and they fixed it the same day under warranty. "THEY" need to figure out what's going on!?! The guy helping us takes 2 phone calls and starts looking up parts, then answers another phone call and starts asking for payment on order after searching for parts for someone else on the phone. I would really like to write a good review for this place, unfortunately I can't. I purchased a 2" leveling kit for a 2015 F 250 2wd online, made an appointment for install. When I showed up for my appt. Chris, one of the store managers, informed me I had the wrong kit. Had the kit for about a month before I made the install appt. when I originally picked that kit up I asked the counter guy if I had the right one, he assured me I did. After confirming I had the wrong one, Chris told me the only one made for my truck was additional $300 bucks, total install with alignment would be $746. I reluctantly bought it. When I picked it up, didn't look like I got the full 2" of leveling I expected. Chris also informed me he needed a camber bushing and charged me an additional $60 bucks, without a phone call or txt letting me know about additional parts and its cost. 2 weeks later, my front end is making noise, still not satisfied with the amount of lift I expected, only 1" instead of the full 2". I emailed Chris this morning with my concerns. 6 hrs later I have not received a response. Lesson learned, big named company that only cares about squeezing more $ out of you. If no response by end of today, will go to their Corporate office and see what happens there. Go to ORW or Nexgen for a better experience. read more

Walked Up to the counter with about $100 worth of merchandise and two men were helping another customer. Both men were busy staring at the computer screen while trying to help the other customer. they acknowledged me about three times and never said a word. About 15 minutes later both men still staring at the screen not trying to help me at all just ignoring me. The telephone rang and one of the guys broke free from the screen and started helping the customer on the telephone and again ignored me. Feel like a Karen leaving this review but some might find it helpful. Ryan was great and most of the guys are super cool. The Hawaiian gentleman could cheer up a bit more. Every interaction with him I die a little inside. The level kit install price was very fair. This is our only car and I've had to take it back three times now. The alignment was very poor, and the truck made a knocking sound. After taking it back and spending the entire day at the park with the kids down the street, they tell me they cant replicate it so nothing was done besides the alignment. No appt avail for a long time so I'm having to just pay to take it local. Its a brand new suburban and the sound is getting worse. It happens every time I drive it several times. I've tightened every bolt I could to spec but this is not something I want to mess with. If your time isn't worth much take it here for a good price. But if not I woulda paid twice the price to get it done right the first time. read more

I bought my 2015 jeep in March of this year. It came with a 2 1/2 inch rough country kit with all other stock suspension. I really wanted to upgrade and suspension Quick and I went to all of the other 4 Wheel Dr. stores in town and they all said let's rip it apart and do it today. The guys at 4 Wheel Parts are definitely service guys they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need didn't try to upgrade me to something fancier and told me to drive it until it breaks and then we'll figure it out. They definitely talk me through every part of it. Of course being impatient and wanting something different I put on a Rubicon short arm kit this last week. I have them do it as I am... Lazy and didn't feel like doing it myself they didn't outstanding job called me with a couple of questions like on my skid plate etc. and tried to talk me out of a couple things and we discussed options. I run a large US based and internationally functioning service organization in the medical field. So you can imagine I have a pretty high standards when it comes to service and how people treat customers. The team at 4 Wheel Parts and Temecula didn't try to sell me anything they tried to educate me so I can make the best choices myself. These guys are great and I'm sad Tommy went to Oregon. But he promised me he would be back. At every step they never made me get anything I wouldn't need, but they made sure I had every essential piece to make my trucks transformation go extremely smooth. The people are friendly somewhat, they ordered a rim that was the wrong size even though 3-4 guys looked at the rim That was on the tire looked at the numbers on the rim and continued to say "yes they make that rim and we can order that rim" anyways after that they ordered it and it came in about a week later...we went to get the rim installed on the tire but the rim was not the one that was on the tire. After that we returned the rim and tried to order new rims, we were told they would be in the following week, they weren't even shipped the following week. We have cancelled any kind of order and went with summit racing (we should have gone with in the first place) which was cheaper and will have them shipped the same day.
