There is just not enough time for me to express how HAPPY I was at this location! So first off I bought a new Jeep it was all pretty stocked, and as my first Jeep I had a lot of home work to do before I started my build.. I knew first off I wanted to get it lifted.. soooo I did a lot of shopping around and received a few different quotes from some small shops and big shops.. And honestly being a women who loves to off road it can be a bit intimidating dealing with all these off road shops.. like I said did all my homework and decided to walk into 4 Wheel Parts.. I was greeted by David one of the managers he was super friendly and welcoming.. he listened to exactly what I wanted my Jeep to look like and what i needed it to perform like for the type of off road I do.. he basically gave be a quote on my lift kit shocks rims and tires.. the price was very reasonable.. it was definitely competitive with all the other shops that I called around to.. I didn't feel up sold at all and I didn't feel like they wanted to rip me off.. all the other posts that said that "this place just wanted to take all your money" definitely not the case here.. i of course wanted some pretty pricey work done and I definitely knew what I should be expected to pay if I wanted it done right! but I'm so happy with my Jeeps performance and style! Love love love it!! The last thing that absolutely made me feel comfortable and confident with 4Wheel Parts was the fact everything has a warranty!! The tires have a lift time of the tire warranty which came with the tire.. I paid a little extra to get the warranty on parts but sooooo worth it! If you want to spend a lot of money with guys that don't know anything, then go here. Here's the back story. Bought a used ram and it had a lift on it. They told me it was a 4" and I wanted to put 37" tires on it. So they did springs and shocks and put 37's on it. Had a really tough ride and bump steer. So I had my mechanic look at it. First it only had a 3" lift. Not a 6". Explains why they ordered a drop bracket that took a week to get. They ordered the wrong one and never told me. Te springs are wide spread and super stiff. So my ride sucks. And the tire inflation was way to high. I dropped $5k with them. Only to find out that there is a carli suspension warehouse in corona. So I stopped In there. After they looked at my truck. Told me that everything is wrong. So my steering and suspension needed to be redone. Had these guys told me that I would have probably went with other options. But they know nothing. Just a big company that wants money to fix stuff but they don't do anything right. Do your research. There are other companies out there that will take care of you and actually know what they are doing. That's guys know nothing except how to ring up your bill. read more

Big thanks to the 4 wheels parts crew for saving the day and helping me out as a walk in. I was installing new springs on my front shocks and the consumer spring compression tools were just not strong enough. I had the shocks and springs already off the truck I just needed the new springs installed on the shocks. Came in, they took a look and within 20 min they took care of me when 2 other shops turned me away. Really saved my ass because the truck was in pieces at home. These guys absolutely suck!!!! Worst experience they take close to $3k and promises us a few weeks for wheels and tires. 5 months later finally they come in. They tell you what you wanna hear when they have your money. Worst customer service and they actually fired our salesman. The step up bars finally came in and they ordered the wrong ones. We ordered 3 different sets of wheels because we got tired of waiting for them. We paid in full the day we ordered and 5 months later once the rims and tires were installed they said we owed them over $100 more. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to ORW these guys take your money and tell you should be a few more weeks and they will be in. UPDATE to 4 wheel parts response : if we were told from the beginning "we don't know when your rims will be in" we would have been fine with that. But, once we found out our second set of rims were gonna take another two months we decided to go with other ones and your salesman said well I know these won't take 2 months should be about 2 weeks. We found out later that that salesman was fired. Then our new salesman, well should be about a week or two. It wasn't until we were about 4 months in after many many phone calls we finally got, we don't know when they will be in. We were only offered a wheel you had in stock after we ordered the third set. My wife didn't wanna come down there again and pick out a set of wheels because we would have been told no we have to get those in. You didn't have a great selection of in stock wheels. And if you call my hanging up on your salesman because I said we have been waiting 3 months for these wheels and his response was well we have customers waiting 6 months for shocks then you are in the wrong business. We never got an apology on the phone ever, all we got were excuses. Then you had the audacity to tell use we still owed over $100 lol. You and your staff are nothing but clowns!!! read more

I realize that 4WP isn't known for being the best repair shop, but I can confirm that 4WP Temecula store is a great shop. I've tried several off road shops in the Temecula/Murrieta area, and 4Wheel Parts is the shop that I trust with my built Jeep Wrangler JK. My Jeep gets used hard off road and I wear out and break stuff and they always take great care of me. I recently went through a transition with my Jeep, trying to get the suspension dialed in right. I was willing to spend the $$$ on upgrades if that's what it took. 4WP Temecula suggested before I dump a bunch of money into parts, that I re-valve my King Shocks, and change to a heavy duty Helwig rear sway bar, and a Terraflex S/T sway bar up front. This saved me a lot of $$$ compared to the alternatives I was considering. And it rides fantastic now. This is not the first time they have saved me money. I really liked this 4WP shop under the management of Victor, and was concerned when he left to manage the Riverside store, but they haven't missed a beat, and may be even a tighter shop under the supervision of the current manager. If there's a '0' Star, that's what I would give this store. My fiancé and I, has been trying to replaced a simple tire carrier latch on our Jeep since it's still under warranty. The employee name Jonathon, said he was going to order it from the factory and this was 3 weeks ago, we called last week to see if the parts came in, a different guy answered and didn't know what part we were talking about. He called another guy to logged in and see if they could see any open orders, and no fucking order was made from Jonathon. This is very upsetting and disappointing esp because we spent a lot of money to be treated like this. These employees needs a proper training because they don't take their job serious!! I just had an SYE kit and drive shaft installed on my 06 TJ. Dave was the sales rep I spoke to since the beginning and worked with me on price, turned out to be lower than most places around. Over priced and the sales reps talk like used car salesmen (probably hustling for a commission). I called them to see if they could install a part for me and was told to come in. When I got there they said that could not work on my vehicle (without even looking at it) because of the make/model. Wasted my time and gas, when they could have told me out right over the phone. They will install any part you buy from their store however. So if you have a brand new Jeep and want to buy over priced tires, lights, shocks, wenches, etc then I could recommend them. read more
