This was located in the Hilton Garden Inn where me and my wife were staying. The bartender was very helpful and makes a great old fashioned! She was knowledgeable of the city and provided some suggestions on places to go during our stay. I did not have any food but they did have a variety of options. The waitress was extremely nice but she had her hands full trying to serve everyone and make that long walk to the kitchen every time. The drinks were nice. The Long Island was my favorite. The TVs are perfect for watching a sporting event. The bar stools are quite comfortable. I ordered the seared halibut and it came with black carrots. I was miserable eating this. This place is kind of a hidden gem. We dropped by for our anniversary dinner on a weekday. The restaurant is inside the hotel and includes complimentary underground parking, you just drive by the door where there is a sign with a phone number to text and someone opens the garage door for you. The restaurant was quiet that day. The dining area is quite large and looks nice and clean. The menu is small, but we loved everything we had which included our drinks, tomato soup, steak as main dish and a slice of cheesecake as dessert. Last but not least, our bartender / waiter was amazing, we loved his high standards, quality of service and going the extra mile to make our special night more memorable. read more

I love how many new businesses are opening so close to my office. I'm a bit torn about this one, though, because while I like the space/decor and enjoyed the food, the prices and portion size were a little frustrating. Why? The half bahn mi (sandwich) and small soup of the day (lunch combo) cost $15 before tax and tip. The sandwich was delicious and the soup was good but I was still a little hungry after lunch... and most male coworkers were shocked when they saw the photo of my meal (because they would definitely still be hungry after that lunch combo). I have been staying at this hotel since they open a year and a half ago. The hotel is good, but their restaurant 47North is the best in the area. As a diamond member, I am rarely impressed with Hiltons' bar and/or restaurants; however, their bartender Shane has to be the best in Bellevue. I am always shocked that he remembers his recurring customers' drinks. This guy is so attentive and exemplifies what customer service should be in a restaurant! I prefer to eat here than go out to other places in the area, and that is because of the food, service, bar, and atmosphere. I promise if you just sit at the bar, you will be entertained, engaged, and make new friends because of the atmosphere Shane creates. Just come down and try the bar when Shane is on duty... They also have a delicious chicken sandwich with golden brown crispy sourdough bread, I like to have it with tomato soups which is also delicious! Can't say I'm impressed. I work in the vicinity and one day someone comes up with the idea to check it out. I got a lunch combo (stew + 1/2 sandwich) for something around $16 and although the food seemed to attempt for fanciness (the flavors, the ingredients, etc..) basic stuff such as the bread being burned or the meat overcooked were not handled well at all. Also, my first reaction to the portion size was that I'm gonna have to fill up on the kitchenette snacks at work after this in order to make it until dinner. Although the amount of food was small, I didn't actually leave there hungry so they didn't skimp on the butter at all. Very efficient calorie/gram ratio, IMO. If you stay at the hotel and you're too lazy to leave and have a proper breakfast I guess it would be fine but I can't see a lot of people eating here. And that is unfortunately the case. I walk past it almost every day when I go to work and the restaurant isn't busy at all. A shame, really, as I absolutely hate the whole Food truck thing in DT Bellevue and whenever a new restaurant opens I get very excited. read more

The food is pretty good, it's okay. The service we received on the other hand was horrible. It was possibly the worst service I have ever gotten to seen given. The lady who served us on Friday night, we didn't feel welcomed. Our talk the whole dinner was "wow is she going to check on us?, refill our drinks? Ask if everything is okay?". After she walked past us 2 times walking to the kitchen and back I finally stopped her to ask for boxes and the check. She brought the boxes, we didn't receive a check at our table. After we packed up our food, I went to pay after about 5 mins. We got charged a 20% gratuity fee, for her never checking on us, for her not being friendly, and not providing good service. I asked oh you added gratuity, it makes sense why we got no good service because you already make your money. I asked the requirement for gratuity she said it was 5 people. We had 5 people but 2 of our 5 people were 2 years old. 2 years old. Provided the bare minimum in service, our drinks were empty when we left. That's $18 for service when she really deserved a $0 tip. And we are tippers always 20% at least. I work food service! I know the responsibility I know how to treat people and people giving good service. I was beyond shocked and we will not be eating here again because of the bad service we received this last Friday night 4/21/2023. We love the hotel!! But when you spend money you should enjoy. The food is good too, not bad, this is purely a review on the lack of service. read more

This is right next door to the building we live in. I love being able to walk next door for their delicious food! The bartender Jason is so friendly and makes amazing drinks! They have GREAT happy hour times: 4-7pm and 9-11pm. I believe I met the manager here last time and he is a really nice guy too! I love how we can call them to order food and pick it up, it is as close to room service from our building as it gets! I tried the garden salad with steak, it was perfect! My friend got the clams and avocado toast, really good too! We tried several drinks, all super cool! I want to try their cheesecake pops next time!! We will def be back, and OFTEN! read more
