He was on his break unfortunately and no one else could handle my request. I waited for an additional 15 minutes for him to return. I asked if I could have my order remade. He did so without any question which I greatly appreciate. Now that location was very busy. Almost all the tables were full and more people were coming in by the minute. With that said, the restaurant was a mess and some of the workers clearly didn't want to be there from what I saw. I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and a vanilla shake.
