Came here around 6:25 pm on 9/25/25 to play Lottery and the store was completely empty, I waited for a little bit after saying hello a few times then the manager named Jimmy came and looks like he doesn't wanna do his job, and when I asked what's wrong? He said to me rudely " You know we don't make money doing lottery right? Do you know that?" I said " okay, but you are getting paid to work here right and you are promoting lottery so why you don't wanna do your job and if you don't want to do lottery then take the lottery sign off outside saying "play here" then He said " we really should! This man was rude no hello or good morning , the coffee was absolutely nasty and cold the sugar was hard in the packet he literally did not say one word to me the entire time I was in the store in overcharged me for a refill in a 16 ounce cup. I paid 399 for a coffee refill that is unheard of at any 7-Eleven in the United States of America. read more

Excellent store if you like sugar. A few diet drinks and chicken protein and soft spoken over worked workers. Nice and clean place.

We go here for lottery tickets and sometimes ice but not much more than that... new staff so the un-talkative guy is gone (sad) but the new folks are much faster and much more friendly. Parking is still good and it's convenient. read more

Been coming here since I was 15, use to ride my bike because they had pinball machines. Gone thru some changes, but all in all, it's still a good place. If you want something on that isn't there just request it. Enough requests and they will stock it again. You want good service, say Hello. Get to know them. You can't expect folks pulling a 12 hr. Shift everyday at minimum wage to smile at you, when you are a complete Turd from the start. English isn't their 1st language. read more

Bought the wrong soda and went back to exchange it. The guy wouldn't do it because he said it was open. It wasnt. Literally paid got in the car and saw it was the wrong one. You want to not serve your customers you will find out the hard way. read more

The gentlemen working at this location work so hard each time I enter. Rit, he's so kind and willing to go out of his way to help customers find or order items that may be out of stock. This is a great pit stop to go in grab what you need/want and have a pleasant conversation. Very clean and organized too! read more

Went in to buy a winning Lotto ticket. No one was present when I walked in. I waited at the counter for about 1 minute and then a lady from the back came up and helped me out. She made up for the wait with her funny charm and sense of humor saying to come back when I win. I asked her if had the winning ticket and she said I hope so with a smile. read more

The guys that run (and probably own) this place are about as unfriendly and non-customer service-oriented as it is possible to be. They don't look at you, don't speak to you, and move at the speed of sloths. As someone else said about another employee (who probably doesn't work there anymore), they make you feel like you are hassling them by making a purchase. It's a very mysterious business model. So 7-eleven is offering a free cup of coffee "any-size" every day this week. I stopped by and got some lottery and an extra large cup of coffee. The cashier rang me up and tried to charge me for the coffee. I told him its supposed to be free and pointed to the display behind me that was promoting the deal. He said it didn't apply to that size. I pointed out the "any size" part of the promo along with an extra large cup being displayed as an example. He shrugged his shoulders like there was nothing he could do. I told him, okay I'll just pour this into a smaller cup because I'm not paying for it. As I walked away, he told me to wait and he zeroed out the coffee. I gave him cash for the lottery and he tried to short change me. Are you kidding? I called him out on it and he gave me the correct change. No apologies or anything. To top it off, their coffee sucks! I have the urge to come back every day this week to get a free extra large cup of coffee then walk outside and dump it just to piss the guy off. read more

This location is very convenient and I would love to go more often however I avoid this location during weekday mornings. The girl that works in the morning during the weekdays is extremely rude, she has her ranchero music playing so loud it assaults your eardrums. If she's not on the phone then she takes her sweet time acknowledging a customer that is ready to purchase the items. She acts as if it's an inconvenience to serve you. It's a shame because everyone else that works there is really pleasant and nice and I purposely come in at other time so I can avoid her. I'm sure I'm not the only one because many times I have heard Customers murmur to themselves as they walk out the store and it's always about her. She needs to remember that she gets paid by the hour and she should be grateful to have a job. This is the worst service I could ask for. Everytime I have gone in here, the lady that is working there does not speak or say hello. It would be hard to have a conversation with her anyways since she is blaring her speaker ON the check out counter. Very rude person. I am blown away that she still has a job there. POOR management team I suppose. This has happened to me a dozen times or so, so I know it goes on all the time. The convienience is not worth it.
