This is a great facility with all the items one could need in a convenience store. They provide great service and super friendly staff at all hours of the night or day. Sometimes the floors might get a little sticky, but that's probably due to a slurpee mishap and those things do happen unfortunately. 5.0 - Probably stop by there this afternoon.

Forgot to add. There are even bacon bits spread throughout the pizza as well!

Arvin survival day 2 THANK YOU, COME AGAIN!!! Okay I can see now why stereotypes :X Began my walk 5.4 mile round trip walk towards this destination of choice. Another franchise that is only seen in one city, I think, of KY; London. It was my first time EVER at this place and it is hilarious because probably everyone has been here. My eyes were set on the pizza, of which, Joey's World Tour, advertises and the SLURPEE. When I entered, it was pretty much dead and so I was able to make my quick move towards the Slurpee machines and then I asked for the pizza. The Slurpee brought me back to those movie theater ICEEs, probably because of the Wild Cherry flavor and the pizza was like, what Joey describes as, "those take home pizzas you put in the oven"; it was actually pretty satisfying! Comparative to Little Caesars, I would have to say better due to the crust being soft and the cheese melting off the pizza. All in all, the trip was worth it!

Much to my surprise, it was about as lively as I had remembered it. The Alley was established during Covid times and offered a retreat to escape from the humdrum of the homestead. These days, its friendly vibe welcomes neighbors and visitors with a backyard setting strewn with twinkle lights and family-style tables. It's a causal scene and easy to soak in the live music, sunlight/moonlight, and neighborly banter. The layout resembles an alley with shops on either side, big open doors invite you to grab something to eat, sample a drink, or shop for handmade gifts. On one side, you've got craft brews and coffee roasters. On the other side, it's local wines and piping hot pizzas. Dogs are welcome all around. At the center of it all, there's live music on the weekends. Modeled after a Beer & Wine Garden concept, The Alley features Enegren Brewery (beer), Lucas Sellers (wine), California Coffee Republic (java), Fire & Vice (pizza), and The Craft House (non-alcoholic tchotchkes). As a self-proclaimed wino, I opted for a sampling of the Lucas Sellers Wines. Ashley, who was behind the bar and top of the pours, gave me good suggestions and offered anecdotes about each wine on tap. At the end of the night, my light pinot paired perfectly with the Mushroom Arugula pizza from Fire & Vice. And I felt right at home, surrounded by friends.

Within ten seconds of walking in, I was greeted by Ama, who set the tone for the whole visit. She was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. She even let me sample different gelato flavors and suggested some great dishes to try on my next visit. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way. The affogato here is on another level. Most places serve it in a paper cup where the espresso and gelato just blend into a mushy mess. Not here. Carrara's presents it beautifully on a stone tray, with a proper espresso cup and a transparent glass so you can actually see the layers of gelato and espresso. And Ama personally poured the espresso tableside, which really topped off the whole experience. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Place was pretty busy when we went, always a good sign. I tried the Honey Matcha (staff recommendation) and liked the flavor, but it was sweeter than I'd prefer, totally on me for forgetting to ask for less sweet. My husband got the Mexican mocha and said it was good, but both our drinks had way too much ice. We also ordered sausage and egg croissants. The flavor was good, but the sausage patty was on the small side and it was missing mayo. Still tasted fine, just not quite what we expected. Overall, solid spot with friendly staff and cool vibes, just a few small misses on execution. Would go back and customize my order better next time.

Ambiance: This cafe/bakery has a cute warm welcoming atmosphere, it isn't too small or cramped. The cute hedgehog theme runs throughout and it's so charming. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available once you've picked the pastries and drinks you like. Their days of operations and hours are not ideal at best and looking on their instagram, they close for holidays or need extra days of prep once in a while so check there before you come in. Food: I mean just look at the other reviews...they speak for themselves. Everything is on a first come first serve basis so do keep that in mind because of their limited batches per week. We have gotten a matcha croissant, pistachio croissant (2nd best), chocolate croissant, espresso croissant (1st best), some chocolate filled cream pastry, and have never been let down. The quality is always there and does not disappoint. Service: All of the workers are extremely friendly and helpful in making your selection. Overall: Le Hérisson is a charming warm cafe and bakery that stands out for both its quality pastries and its cozy cute atmosphere. While the limited hours and first come first serve availability can make planning a visit tricky, the experience once you're there feels well worth it. The pastries are consistently high quality and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The overall vibe makes it an enjoyable spot to slow down and treat yourself.

I came here to try out California Bun, an eatery that has harnessed an interesting (long overdue) concept, to package portable food. Here they prepare snack sized bites (or a little more) of favorite food fancies, enveloped in a daily fresh baked round brioche bun. The store is high ceiling, spacious and large, with ample space to dine in or carry out. It is a mom and pop joint, that is slowly but surely, beginning to make a mark. On the main wall, elegantly displayed, are all the many enticing varieties, for the day. My visit was designed to take something to go. The conundrum here is, what to order, because there were so many inviting choices that were talking to you. I finally decided to select three of these evenly browned and differently topped buns. The El Sabroso (Egg, cheddar & jack cheese, bacon & Jalapeno salsa, garnished with Cheese, bacon & jalapeño). The Roadside Burger (Seasoned ground beef, grilled onions, white American cheese, & secret house burger sauce, garnished with Cheese & bacon). The Mac Daddy (Creamy mac and cheese with a cheddar, jack, and parmesan cheese blend, garnished with Panko bread crumbs). So whats the verdict? The Mac Daddy was my least favorite. In comparing the other two, the Roadside Burger seemed to have the higher of (inside filling/inside bread) ratio, as compared to the El Sabroso. However, the latter is the most attractive bun on the outside and overall, contains a good mix of flavors and slight kick. Any food with a visible Jalapeño is a magnet, for me. Still, this concoction needs more of the egg mixture, to achieve the right balance. In general, all 3 buns were soft, had a nice texture, bread taste and chew. Service here is warm, inviting, friendly and informative.
