Worst store ever I rate them a minus zero. Had an issue with the employee refusing to make a pizza and threatened me. I complained to corporate and the owner never heard back. This was a regular spot I used to go in there twice a day. Staff is rude un professional and always the their cell phone. Avoid this place at all cost. Absolutely horrible 7/11 I had the worst experience ever WOW!! Completely ignorant staff with illegal company policies! I got told my service dog was not allowed inside because she's not wearing a vest. I informed them they are not required to wear identification by law he responds "I promise you they are". And he REQUIRED me to show my service dogs identification WTFFFF so illegal it's crazy. And I told them that was insanely illegal and he says I'm just following company policy to which I responded that company rules do not surpass the laws. They were yelling at me and talking to me so rudely and I get absolutely zero apology even after appeasing and showing them her certification... which they legally cannot ask for. This is the worst and least reliable 7 eleven... I live right around the corner and this location claims to be 24 hours but they're never open when I try to come here! I never come at the same time or same day but they're never open when I do come ): Tonight I pulled up at the same time as a few other people to find the doors locked and no explanation why or when they would be open again and we all rolled our eyes because we have all had this happen so many times before... it's so frustrating I can't swing by the 7 eleven by my house when I need too. The best thing about 7-11 is it is there and they have so many things. But this one had such a sad selection of ice creams, and even the ones they had tasted bad. I am not sure what to tell them, not to sell ice creams, or to bring a decent amount of them. Got what I needed. Good to have 7-11 there. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF...I stopped in for a grand total of 5 minutes to use the ATM...I was not sure whether or not it was sanitized so I stepped into their restroom briefly to wash my hands. A woman yells at me from across the store..."WHO LET YOU IN THE RESTROOM...NOBODY USES RESTROOM!" As if this is 1st grade and I'm going to ask. I tell her I didn't ask since there's absolutely no signage whatsoever regarding the closure of their restroom, the pathway is wide open, the door is unlocked and there's literally no reason someone would assume it would be closed - even despite covid. They have a sign up that says buy one get one free on a specific beverage. It's 12/22 and when I try to get this deal, the guy at the register says it's expired and pulls out some signage from behind the counter as if he's already aware and says, "yeah, we really need to take that sign down." I tell him they should honor it since the sign is up and he gives me major attitude before finally, begrudgingly honoring the deal. He actually had the nerve to tell me that I'm "taking advantage of him." Are you kidding me? If the offer expired on 12/20, why is the sign up at 6:30pm on 12/22 with no visible expiration date? The right thing to do is to honor it without question then remove the sign, not harass the customer when it's your mistake. read more

This is your typical 7-Eleven. Good location and convenient, right by the 101 Freeway in Woodland Hills. This location has a Red Box which is a plus for me. I normally come in for coffee at various times of the day. Coffee is always the best in the early morning. If you do come in the mid-afternoon, they'll be more than happy to brew a new pot, if you ask them. read more

I had the WORST experience at this 711 today. I purchased something for $10.00 and I paid with a $20.00 bill. I stepped aside after the transaction so the next person could go and then realized while still standing there that the cashier didn't give me my change of $10.00. I told the cashier and he refused to give me my change and said that he needed to check the cameras and I should come back tomorrow evening because he doesn't remember what bill I gave him and if he gave me change or not. (This was a matter of 2 minutes) This is ridiculous! He knows I just gave him a $20 and he never gave me any change. The worst part is that he said it was my fault for not asking for my change!!! Nothin' Like a Cold Slurpee on hot day!!! Just relaxin' and suddenly had a flashback to my childhood and walking to our local 7eleven for a cold Slurpee!!! Those were the days, and now 17 years later it still feels the exact same way taking that first sip while waiting in line to pay. Pretty cool selection of all kinds of goodies.
