None of them were being charged. Looks like they are holding on to them until their batteries die and then take them elsewhere to be captured and released. If they would do this, gotta question their integrity under your hood also. These people are extremely unprofessional…read more I called to see if they could do my smog check which they said they could so I said I'd be there in 10 minutes. When I got there the lady told me that I had to go to another location that was not far because her machine was broken. I am sure it didn't break in the 10 minutes that it took me to get there as they weren't working on any cars. she could have told me to go to the other shop instead of having me come to the first shop and then go to the second shop. She said she didn't want me to get lost. But wait it gets worse. She told me that her husband was waiting for me at the second shop. When I got there he was not there. I knocked on the door no one answered. I called her back and she said he was there. She said she would call him to see where he was. He said he stepped out to pick up the paper and that he would be back in three minutes. As I write this I'm still waiting 10 minutes later.

I live in Alameda,CA, and I had to look at the sign twice. What? Yes, it's on The Alameda. Which means...."tree lined avenue" or a "a public walk shaded with trees." Anyway, I stopped for gas on a Monday evening. All the pumps were cash only. No card use due to the network was down. So I went inside and gave the friendly clerk $40, and asked to use the restroom. The restroom was decent for a gas station. Not "spit shine" clean, but okay. Other drivers didn't seem to mind paying cash, so the place was full of cars. Nice spacious gas station on The Alameda in San Jose.

After explaining the issue, the service team took the concern seriously, confirmed it was covered by the Lexus service bulletin, and performed the repair under warranty. They replaced both front brake rotors, installed new brake pads, new anti-squeal shims, new hardware, and properly lubricated the brake components. Most importantly, they test drove the vehicle afterward and confirmed the noise was eliminated before returning it to me. A special thank you to Tommy Luong, my service advisor, for keeping me informed throughout the process. I also want to recognize the shop foreman, who previously took the time to explain the issue, acknowledged the Lexus bulletin, and made sure the repair was handled correctly. That level of honesty and professionalism gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. About two months after the purchase, I began hearing a noise coming from the engine. I brought the car in for inspection and was told there was a loose screw inside the engine, which was causing the noise. I was charged $295 for that repair. Recently, I received a recall notice for the airbags and brought my car to the dealership for the recall service. My vehicle stayed at the dealership for three days, and unfortunately, no loaner vehicle was provided. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed something was wrong. The car was not cleaned after the work, there was a warning message on the screen, and the engine light was on. I called the dealership and scheduled to bring the car back the following Wednesday. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and picked it up late Thursday, and I was charged another $295. I am very upset because these issues started shortly after I purchased the vehicle, and I also paid $5,000 for an extended warranty. I explained to them that this was not my fault and asked why I had to pay for it. I spoke with the service manager, the finance manager, and the sales manager, but no one helped resolve the issue. They told me they would call me back, but no one ever did. When I called back the next day, I spoke with Bao, who said he would take care of it, but nothing was done. This experience has been extremely disappointing. When you are purchasing a car, they treat you very well, but once there is a problem, it feels like they do not care about their customers. The lack of communication and poor customer service makes this experience feel very unfair and unprofessional.
