Lesson learned: an "easy" job might not be so easy. What I thought would be a simple valve fix turned into a 5 hour DIY job that ended with the discovery of the copper being warped due to an over tightened ferrule by the original builder. 702 PlumbAIR and Brandon to the rescue! Thanks to Yelp, I got numerous quotes. Here's where I think 702 is different: They waited until they actually saw the issue before offering a quote. They worked within my budget and even though it wasn't the lowest, I believe "you get what you pay for" and plumbing is something you don't skimp on. Shout out to Brandon for doing such a clean job on something that initially looked like a bigger problem and doing it quickly as well!! read more

A family owned business that is responsive, reasonably priced, and has an excellent team that works for them. They came to my home gave me a quote. It was reasonable for all of the work I needed done and it was a lot, the office worked within my schedule and then they came and did the work on that day. Their team is courteous, kind, neat professional they know what they're talking about and their work was wonderful. They were at my house most of the day. They didn't take any breaks although they could have they chose not to. They work straight through and got everything done in one day. I saved their number. What an awesome company. We called them to get our HVAC inspected before summer and had a wonderful appointment with Hemal. He was very knowledgeable and educated us on everything. He found no issues, and that's great because you know he didn't upsell us on things we didn't need. We signed up for their yearly package of HVAC tuneups AND plumbing checks and it's very affordable, and they cover A LOT! We called 702PlumbAir after another plumbing company wasn't able to provide our service that we requested and scheduled for. 702PlumbAir responded quickly and efficiently! We were able to schedule same-day service and the plumber was dispatched earlier than expected, which worked out for us! Cameron Miller was the plumber that provided us excellent service. Having used this company any time I have a plumbing issue, when my AC died (in ungodly weather) I was a little relieved that I at least already had a place in mind. This was my first time using them for HVAC services and it was another great experience! Austin is super professional, he went through all the options before I eventually concluded replacing the whole unit would be the best option for us. There were some issues with installation due to whoever installed our original units- nothing to do with 702. Austin and his team not only worked over 12 hours to continue troubleshooting, they even came back the following morning to complete the job. called in for a AC tuneup and your tech found a leaky fan motor. After he swapped it out, AC still wasn't working right. Called back Keith (the technician) and he came out and personally ensured everything was good. We finally got the AC to work, but it wasn't even the AC that was the issue. My AC decided to go on hiatus at the worst possible time. The weather has been over 105 degrees outside the last few days. I was actually getting extreme heat warning alerts on all my devices, so you know it was less than desirable conditions. Being that hot outside all I wanted to do was retreat in the comfort of my own home and have some reprieve. Unfortunately, the temperature inside my house was 85 degrees and rising. It was extremely uncomfortable to say the least. 702 PlumbAIR was called and the technician came to the rescue. His name was Keith and from the moment I opened the door, he was very "cool," calm and collected, so that put me at ease. He immediately started diagnosing the issue. I'm the type of person/consumer that asks a million questions and he was so polite and professional about it. He took the time and helped me understand the issue at hand and was empathetic to my heat-exhaustion frustration. It was "refreshing" that Keith was so knowledgeable. Additional work had to be carried on to the next day, but he made sure that I was able to obtain a portable air-conditioner in the meantime. Thank you 702 PlumbAIR for sending out Keith. I highly recommend him. He was super "chill." *UPDATE* My air-conditioner situation is now remedied and the cool air is flowing and feeling great! If I could give them 100 stars I honestly would! I found out that my water tank heater was leaking a day before I had to leave on a trip and had requested a quote/visit through yelp. They answered quickly and offered multiple time slots for them to come out the next day, which worked perfectly with my schedule. There was a service fee for them to come out, but it is waived if you choose to go with any of the installations or services they offer. One thing I really appreciated was that they do send text notifications of when the technicians are scheduled to visit your home. They even send a photo of the technician which provided security so I knew who I was supposed to be meeting with. Due to having a cookie cutter home the water tank provided in the build had eroded and just failed due to age or spontaneously. The house was built in 2017 and I was informed that most times these builders don't use the best materials. The technician Daniel/Danny let me know my options between a similar tank to what I had and a tankless water heater. He went over the prices, the quality of the items, and how long they would last. Daniel was super professional and he really went above and beyond. I let him know that I was leaving on a trip and was wondering how soon this could be fixed, which he talked over with George the owner, and they were able to install the tankless water heater within 5 hours. George had also contacted a restoration company to come check out my walls due to the leakage. It was really amazing how they were able to come out, remove the old tank and install a completely new one all in the same day. I cant thank them enough for the service provided on such a short notice. I also thought it was really funny when Daniel mentioned a kamaaina discount after I had mentioned how I am originally from Hawaii. So if any Hawaii locals living in Vegas need any plumbing or AC work done, I would recommend this business. read more

We have been using 702PlumbAir for several years. We were pleased with the work and the Company at first which sadly we cannot recommend any longer. We have requested a quote for two projects in the past year and both were priced what we believe to be extremely high. We have to assume that either they did not want to do the work and thus set an extremely high quote or their rates are exactly what they quoted and we simply cannot afford their services. Project/Repair one (1) APR23' replace three NON frozen shower cartridges and Faucet (under 5yr old faulty MOEN parts (Moen supplied these replacements) + replace one standard small sink = $1,607.40); not astronomical, but high in our opinion. When you live in the desert, you can't take any chances with your AC or water systems. Both can turn into expensive issues very quickly. During our inspection, Arturo with NRS noticed some corrosion and possible past leak at our water heater connections. Chances are these connections are original to our 2004 condo and since we have neighbors downstairs, we want to avoid any leaks that could result in issues that could affect both units. The NRS Team presented us with an estimate that we were pleased with and we scheduled Arturo for today. Arturo called ahead when he was enroute (we appreciate that) and was onsite in no time. Arturo took the time to explain what he would be doing to eliminate a possible issue and make our system more secure. Changing out the old hoses (over 20 years old) and connections to solid copper piping and new connections gives us the peace of mind that you need with plumbing. He also configured it so should we need to replace the hot water heater, the new copper fittings will be easy to disconnect & reconnect. Arturo did an amazing job, kept us informed as he worked and the work area was spotless when he was finished. A true gentleman & professional. We also lost our furniture due to last home making my whole family sick from mold in the HVAc due to leaks. I know the APCOX pricing wholesale, the model I looked at is approx $ 900 dollars. I know the company needs to mark up to install and make a living but the quote I got was way beyond the normal mark up and upselling. The tech quoted that me I needed a duct clean on a 2 year old home, and put a quote for an April Aire that I did not ask for nor discuss into the quote in addition to the APCO X. The quote was an eye popping $11,000 dollars! Not only is this insulting to my intelligence but when I called the company they didn't care.

He took several pictures, cited plumbing code, etc. I was relieved that we did not require a repair and that Francis and Pure Plumbing was so honest with me. Unfortunately, my experience changed once the technician arrived. After discussing my concerns, only a very limited inspection was performed. The technician checked my refrigerant lines by hand and, during the process, tore part of the insulation covering the lines. The insulation was left damaged without being repaired, repositioned, or taped back together. I explained that I had recently cleaned the system myself and had been experiencing performance issues afterward. By the time of the appointment, the system had fortunately started operating normally again. Despite my concerns, the technician did not perform what I would consider a thorough inspection of either the outdoor unit or the indoor head unit. Several areas I asked about were dismissed with comments such as, "Don't worry about that, it doesn't need cleaning." When I later asked about replacement options and newer systems, the conversation quickly shifted toward sales estimates. I was quoted approximately $11,000 for a new ductless mini-split installation. While I understand labor, materials, permits, overhead, and warranties contribute to installation costs, the estimate seemed significantly higher than I expected. What confused me most was that the technician appeared far more interested in discussing replacement options than addressing the maintenance concerns I originally scheduled the appointment for. At the end of the visit, I was informed there would be a $19 charge. Assuming this was being collected before the advertised coil cleaning service was performed, I also provided a $20 tip. However, the technician then left without performing any coil cleaning service. In the end, I paid for a service call, had insulation on my system damaged, received very little troubleshooting or maintenance assistance, and never received the coil cleaning that was advertised and expected. I left the experience disappointed and feeling that my concerns were never properly addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I tried to post this review on Google, and to respond directly to Bob's before posting a review but…read morethey don't have an easy way to give them feedback. They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

The schedule of their team, when items would be finished, what work was complete, what work remained, etc. I even had another project (painting) started while they were there, and they were able to talk with the painters and figure out logistics on their own. * Organization: With a list of nearly 100 items on my list, I appreciate how detail oriented Brian was capturing every item and scoping it out. I don't think he missed a single item from our walk through. * Quality: Everything was done to a high level of standard, and Brian and his team have an eye for detail. They take great pride in what they do and make suggestions to help save money or improve above and beyond original recommendations. * Knowledgeable: Brian and his team are extremely knowledgeable. Given the broad list of items I presented to them, I was impressed how they were able to assess and repair all the items There were so many items they worked on, but I was truly impressed by how they were able to rescue my pool. It had been neglected for months on end and was absolutely overrun with and completely green from algae. Brian was able to get the pool back to a clear blue state without having to drain and chemical wash the entire pool (which would have been much more expensive and risk cracking the pool! It was truly amazing. At the end of the day, it felt like Brian and his team were taking care of their own home. I feel like pricing was fair and very transparent. If you have items you need done around the house, do yourself a favor and contact Quality Handyman Services. You won't regret it.
