So happy this bakery is closer to home! I love getting their Toro Lavender latte. The pastry here never disappoints always so yummy. The location is so cute inside a lot of parking spaces and the service was very friendly.

Recommend: Yes I'm excited to see a new business like this open in this part of town! It's currently in its soft opening phase, with the grand opening scheduled for June 26, and they are already extremely busy. The location is bright, clean, and welcoming, with music playing softly in the background. There is seating available, although the dining area isn't very large. Still, it feels like a comfortable place to enjoy a pastry and coffee. One thing I loved was the huge variety of pastries, ranging from hearty savory options to sweet treats. I picked up the jalapeño cream cheese pastry, spinach pastry, and guava pastry. I couldn't wait to try them, so I took a bite of each as soon as I got home--and they were all delicious. The spinach pastry was probably my favorite. It was flavorful, soft, and satisfying. The jalapeño cream cheese pastry had a nice kick without being overpowering, and I think both savory pastries would be even better warmed up for breakfast. The guava pastry was sweet, soft, and a perfect balance to the savory items. I also ordered a brown sugar oat milk latte. It was strong and exactly what I needed to start my Sunday. It was a little sweeter than I normally prefer, but overall it was very good. The service was excellent despite how busy they were. The staff kept the pastry shelves stocked and were constantly bringing out fresh items. It's great to see such a strong start for a new business, and I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu. I'm looking forward to seeing them thrive in this area.

New bakery in town. I was excited to try it because I heard good things. American baked good tend to be on the sweeter side and that is too much. They have a very large variety of pastries, cookies, cakes and other cool items. This location is still in its grand opening period so I also got a free mug and tote bag with my order over $25. The staff is very friendly and patient. Considering this is a new spot it is very busy right now but the staff is handling it very well. The establishment is spacious and lines with goods as soon as you walk in the door. You can use the kiosk to order drinks and made to order food. It is a little overwhelming the first time but I will definitely go back.

Now, I spent 5 years on Asia when I was in the military so im a bit bias, I love Asian food. That said, this bakery is off the hook. When i saw it was finally open I had to stop, everything looked and smelled amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful especially considering it was the 2nd day they were open. I highly recommend stopping by, this is there soft opening so the hours may be a bit wonky for now

The Pearl's beautiful mix of historic architecture and modern design creates the perfect backdrop, and there's no better spot to grab a table, sip a coffee, and enjoy some of the best people-watching in the city. The food never disappoints. The Quiche Lorraine is consistently outstanding! Rich, creamy, perfectly seasoned, with a buttery, flaky crust that somehow manages to be both delicate and substantial. And then there are the macarons. Bakery Lorraine has one of the best selections around, with flavors that range from timeless classics to fun seasonal creations. Each one has that perfect crisp shell with a soft, chewy center, and every flavor tastes intentional rather than overly sweet.

All of the bakery items looked so tempting, but I ended up trying three macarons. They were very good. The filling was more of a light cream, which I actually enjoyed more than a typical jammy filling. The Earl Grey flavor was my favorite! I also had their matcha latte, which was pretty much a standard matcha with agave. The only downside is that food items are a bit on the pricey side, and they're definitely best eaten fresh because the croissant can get hard. Still, a lovely spot to check out if you're in the area!
