Everyone was so great there. I had my things there for over a year and never had one problem. The place is completely clean (I wish my house was that clean!). I rented a storage from here from Oct 2014 to August 2015. Quick and friendly service from Susan from the beginning to the end. Susan and Maritza is an awesome team! They are there when you have questions or need help. Spacious location with clean units and facility. Hours of operation is from 7am to 7pm and assistance from 9 or10pm to 5 to 6pm. They even stay late to help me out with the moving to and from. Never had this kind of treatment elsewhere and even got some friends to rent here. Bottom line: No bugs, hostility, mess and crowds here! They take great care of you and treat you like family. You bet if I ever need a unit, I'm only going HERE. This location has the best manager ever...Stephanie!! The other emplyees are very helpful as well but my dealings have been with Stephanie and she went above and beyond to take care of me. Someone backed into my unit and damaged the door which Stephanie made sure was taken care of right away. She had the door replace with a new one which works like a dream. She was so helpful and always kept me up to date as to what was going on. I go there on a daily basis and she is always hard at work,either helping customers or cleaning, and she always has a smile. I was helping my mom find a storage unit and couldn't decide between A-1's 10x17ft vs Public storage's 10X15ft. The prices were both competitive compared to other companies. I told my mom to visit both locations. My mom said the public storage she went to was dirty and the door is narrow. She didn't like it at all. But when she went to the A-1, she was very happy with the size of the storage, the cleanliness, and helpful staff. Susan was the one who helped her. It was very extremely rude of the lady in the front to assume and try to pressure me into saying I was the one that left my trash in the building. This place may be clean but over the past 2 years of storing my things here, my rate has been raised twice. My original rent was under $80 a month. Today I received an email saying my rate will now be $92 a month. Its ridiculous. I didn't say anything the first time it was bumped to $86, or when they painted the inside walls inside and got a line of paint on my refrigerator. These rate hikes are dumb and I will be looking for another storage place immediately. read more

Easy setup online and came into the store the morning of my move to get a walkthrough and gate code. Susan was extremely helpful and such a delightful person to talk to. She was very patient with my questions and gave me a tour of the facility and showed me how to use the lift. I walked into this storage facility 5 years ago and asked if they have units for rent, not only the staff was friendly when i was signing up, they are 5 years later. it is very very impressive, i had no issues with security, the grounds are kept clean, and from the managers to the staff they are all understanding and they are REALLY willing to work with you to get you what you needed, i went from a 10x12 now a 10x 20. Granted some of the staff have come and go, but one team member "Susan" she has always been there, and whenever i leave a message, either her or another staff will call back within the hour. What is amazing is, they make very detailed notes, if you call and someone else is helping you out, you can expect the same service and expectations from them as well. Highly recommended! read more

Just rented a storage space here today, and so far I have been very happy with the experience. Susan helped get me checked in, and gave some great advice about storage size, and she was particularly nice! Gate to get in with a unique code for your convenient access, clean, well maintained, and friendly staff. They do make you purchase insurance if you don't have any for your belongings already, which is $10/month, so be aware of this before you go in because it will add to your bill, but as far as I can tell this is pretty standard practice for self-storage. read more
